Vuile douche die zeer slecht doorloopt en een toilet dat niet werkt!! Ons moeten behelpen met een pot om het water door te spoelen. Geen kleerkast/rek met kapstokken

Large space, good size

The bed and pillows are terribly uncomfortable, large window does not lock, couldn’t use stove and exhaust fan at same time as there is only one plug.

Nothing

We booked a two bedroom apartment months in advance. We were given a room number early on. On the day of our arrival, we get a message that the room number has changed, no further info. When we enter the room, it turns out it's now a single room where they put a second bed, making the space incredibly cramped. There's no aircon, the vinyl floor is breaking up. You hear every word of the neighbours. We call the host to find out what happened to our reservation. He sends over the cleaning lady, who wants to show us to a different building entirely. Our room "is already occupied" - no explanation as to how this could happen considering we paid for that room. Looking at the reviews here, this isn't the first time they did this sneaky swap. The other building is a hostel they also own, called Caserna. It seemed like an improvement at first, being quiet and more spacious than the tiny room we were given first. We smelled mould when we entered, but we figured we could air it out. We accepted the change, and wanted to start cooking. Then we noticed the hole in the ceiling above the stove where a lamp is missing is dripping constantly, often hitting you on the shoulder while cooking - pretty disgusting. There's big wet mouldy patches in the ceiling around the hole. That's the least disgusting part though: when returning the second night and turning the light on in the kitchen, we saw a massive cockroach scurrying across the counter. We trapped it in the only large bowl the hostel has, hoping it would be the only roach. This wasn't the case - shortly thereafter, another one ran into the master bedroom. After trapping it, we saw a third one running into the dormitory. At this point, we were honestly grossed the f out. Apart from the mould, dripping ceiling and cockroach infestation, none of the windows can close properly, making for a big security risk.

The shower stall was loose

The place is nicely located, close to the centre, shops, and restaurants. One hour by rain/bus to Lisbon. The owner gave us detailed instructions on how we can get the keys and they were easy to find. The bed was comfortable.

The flat was rather basic, not particularly well-equipped and the bathroom has seen better days. The master room is basically the former living room converted to a bedroom, so whoever stays there has to be prepared so that people from the small room can only go out through them. The bed and furniture were rather old. Sound insulation is virtually non-existing we could hear every step (and joy) from the neighbouring apartment.

It was more than enough space for us 4. The place was very clean and nice in the old part of the city.

The location is great. Very clean room. A little noisy.

Noise neiberhoods

We absolutely loved to stay in this cosy apartment. It had everything we needed and made us feel at home.

43 stairs some 14 high stairs with 30 co width. Impossible to climb with small luggage. Room had only part usable as it was loft and one had to make sure no to bump his head on the cowling. Terrible experience. Client should be informed of the stairs and cowling being so inclined. I would never book a room with booking com or your place.

The room was comfortable and exactly as per the description. The location was central and quiet. It was a lovely stay.

The check-in was at 16:00, but there was no where to store your luggage until then.

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment but after arriving we see that the apartment has 1 bedroom and on the living room they put a bed and call it "second bedroom", the owner did not want to refund, booking said they are not responsible for what is written on the apartment description. When asking the owner if he has another apartment with the 2 bedrooms that we booked he wanted us to pay 400 euros more. The apartment was dirty, the shower box so dirty that the white floor turned black, bugs, the itching after sitting on the sofa was terrible. The apartment is located in a very bad location, looks like a favela, many drunk people on the street so it was scary to go out at night. After 2 nights we went to look for an hotel. We don't recommend this place to anyone

cooker needs attention. Two rings on hob not working along with ignition button. light on stairs inside property not working some floorboards are split and feel a little unsafe

Location, roomy space

Shower a quiet small and the mattress wasn't the best.

Close to centre.

Kitchen bathroom and furniture needs updating. Steep stairs to get to rooms but that is probably normal. Our friends had studio and we had one bed and were charged the same.
