We loved the location and the apartment. The owners were kind, friendly and helpful. There is breathtaking view to the sea. The location is at very good proximity to St Tropez: the sea side roads heading to StTropez had good evening spending restaurants, bars options, a lot of happy tourist vibe there. Also we liked that there were many water activities access provided by the hosts (snorkeling gear, SUP board, kayak etc) and toys for the young ones. Till next time!

Need door for wc/shower area. It was ok when we where 2 with wife. But when wife’s mother joined for 1 last night, it became not comfortable for 3 people.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by our exceptional host, Fred. His fluency in English made communication effortless, and his friendly and direct manner immediately put me at ease. Fred went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing us with excellent tips, detailed instructions, and a genuine willingness to assist in any way he could. His politeness and hospitality were second to none. The location of Villa Sunbeach is simply unbeatable. Situated right on the beach, the rooms offer breathtaking views of the sea, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoy a panoramic spectacle from the comfort of your own bed. The proximity to the beach is a true luxury, and the small, clean, and uncrowded stretch of sand is a hidden oasis in itself. The villa's shared kitchen is well-equipped and immaculately clean, making it convenient to prepare meals. A lovely table situated in front of the villa offers a delightful spot to enjoy your culinary creations while savoring the picturesque surroundings. Additionally, each guest is provided with two sunbeds, allowing for ultimate relaxation and the opportunity to soak up the glorious sun on the beach.

You are looking for a breathtaking location, with your almost private beach to your feet - inviting you for a swim before breakfast - and ever so friendly , helpful, like minded, wonderful hosts and a relaxed atmosphere? We had the apartment that can take up to six guests for the three of us and it felt like heaven - Pure bliss !

Perfect place to relax and escape to

The owner is nice and he provides for free a lot of beach toys. Location on the small beach is nice.

All amenities are old and dated. There are no doors to the bedrooms, only some curtains. It was raining when we arrived and in that evening and next day water was dripping on one of the beds. There was no soap to wash the hands. A/C was not working. Smelly and stained coach. On the beach to the right there is a sewage going into the sea. Probably is for the rain water but I have seen some thin dirty water at two days after the rain. A lot of algae on the beach that smell bad. At more than Eur 350 per night is way overpriced .
