Family gathering involving another rented house on the lake for our overflow. We found out the day before we were scheduled that the cable on the tram was broken and we would have to walk down to the water. We were given a generous discount on the price. The house is a little worn on the carpet and kitchen needs repair but all was clean and in working order. We enjoyed out stay.

A group of us head to Northwest Arkansas each year to mountain bike during the day and just float and hang out in the lake in the evenings. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we would all highly recommend it. All of the beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out.

This was a time of life celebration for my father who had passed. What a great place to gather with family. Then when you need to get away, just take the elevator down to the water. Very nice place!

This was a fun long-weekend over the Memorial Day Holiday for our family.
This house was great for our group. We had enough space inside to hang-out in, bedrooms to sleep in and enjoyed both the upper and lower decks. The tram made it easy to get to and from the dock and lake. Also enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard available for use.
One suggestion would be to add additional kitchen items ie, paring knives, serving utensils, spatulas, chip bag clips and cheese slicer.

Stayed with my adult children and found the property to be generally clean and well-maintained. Loved the tram, the screened-in porch and location on the lake. We did find a few hairs in one of the beds and would have liked for the boat house to have a few more floaters and be better organized. Would stay again, though. Thx so much!

This is a wonderful house, and Rhonda is an excellent communicator, responding promptly to any inquiries. Our group of 10 stayed here for 4 nights, and the house was very spacious and lovely, with plenty of seating. The waterfront property allows direct access from the backyard to the lake. The house includes 3 kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, several life jackets, pool noodles, and kids' floaties. We squeezed 10 women at the kitchen table as we wanted to all sit together and enjoy our meals together. We could have split up our group - 5 sit in the kitchen while the other 5 sit in the separate dining room area, but since we were all close friends, we wanted to be together. While there were enough plates and utensils for one meal, having extra would have been helpful for cooking without needing to wash dishes frequently. Please note that the walkway from the bottom of the stairs at the back of the house to the lift is very steep, which can be challenging for those with knee or ankle issues. However, the lift itself is very convenient for transporting heavy coolers or for anyone with mobility issues, allowing them to enjoy the lake. The lift also takes you back up, which was particularly useful for one of our friends with knee problems. All the beds are comfortable, though the two futons downstairs are firm and narrow, best suited for children. The house sleeps 10, but the driveway can only accommodate abt 5 cars. Street parking is not allowed. Overall, I highly recommend!

There were 6 of us total, staying at the house. Three kids and three adults. The house was well kept and clean. It was in a very private, quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and very helpful. There is a long steep bank down to the lake. However, the powered cart helped tremendously with the journey back up. Having the kayaks and paddleboard was also fun for the kids. It was a great place to stay. No complaints.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely home. It was clean and beautiful. The younger ones enjoyed playing in the water off the deck. The kitchen was very well equipped although we ate out most of the time. They also enjoyed playing in the game room. I was in my wheelchair so I stayed on the main floor. I only had to bring my shower stool for the shower. We were treated to an awesome lightshow over the lake when a big storm blew through on the second night. Our power and cable stayed on. Overall we had a great family get together.

This was our third time staying here and we would have stayed here a couple of other times but someone had already booked our dates.The house is very roomy and we always feel at home. Not having to walk down the stairs to the lake is definitely a plus especially since we went fishing at least once a day. It is always a treat for us to stay here and we definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We rented this property for a reunion of old friends. It was perfect for our 3 couples with plenty of space to come together and to spread out. Ping pong was an extra treat. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen, etc. Our group is already talking about next year.

The house was clean, and very peacefully quiet, and even larger than it looks in the pictures. Neighbors were very friendly when driving in and out. Everybody waves! VERY well stocked/supplied kitchen. The family that owns this were EXTREMELY communicative and FANTASTICALLY accommodating. Didn't get a chance to actually use the lakeside access, as we were in town for a memorial service, but it looked beautiful while we sat on the back porch in the mornings and evenings we were there. Very close to several other towns, including Bentonville, the home of Walmart (with the first store museum which should NOT to be missed for visit), and the town square was also VERY fun to visit on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We would love to come back again! Thank you for being such AWESOME hosts!

The house was great. A nice open floor plan with plenty of space for a full house. The dock was nice with an outdoor elevator up and down to the dock. The only complaint is with the clothes washer. It is extremely loud. It makes conversations in the main living area almost impossible while it's running, but that's just a minor issue. Rhonda was great to work with and very helpful.

Very cute place with plenty of room for 10 adults. It was very clean and tidy. All needed cooking items were available and easy to find. The home is Right on the Elk River. The only issue we had was the listing says there are 3 queens and a king but there are 2 queens, a king and 2 twins. Other than that, listing was exactly as described. We VERY much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely
Property is quiet and the cove is perfect for swimming and lounging for a few days. Kids played a lot of ping pong. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kayaks, life jackets, floats and beach towels were all great as it a saved us from having to pack so much Great place.

We choose this house because of the location and access to the lake.
We found the beds to be comfortable and all 4 bedrooms to be as advertised.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Limited hand towels in the kitchen for drying dishes.
Over all the place was very welcoming.
It was great to have the tram to bring cooler and other water supplies down to dock. The location was so peaceful and loved the cove.! The local told us this the the better cove for fishing early in the mornings. Some minor improvements could be done to landscaping and decking.
Would recommend or would stay here again.

House was great, clean and kept up. The dock is nice, but a little rough and the landscaping on the backside of the house provides privacy but does obstruct the view somewhat. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, relaxing carefree getaway.
Beautiful home had everything we needed to just settle in for a cozy few days. Finally a place where everyone can have a bed and a bathroom.
Several different conversation areas and 2 big tables for puzzles or mahjong.. Great safe location and even took a pontoon boat for a sunset cruise. Thank you for being so responsive to us. Made me proud to introduce my friends to NWA

Wonderful house
Bedroom upstairs next to washer and dryer is shown to be a queen and it’s two twin. The room does get warmer than the other room so a fan is needed. Everything else was great.

Disappointing
The outdoor "patio" off of the main living area/kitchen is fully enclosed, but not air-conditioned. There appeared to be a stand-alone unit, but it wasn't on when we got there and we didn't try to turn it on. It was so hot and stuffy when we got there, we avoided the area. We had to cut through the enclosed patio to access the outdoor stairs down to the boat dock.
The refrigerator indicated that the water filter for the ice and water dispenser needed to be changed. We texted the owner to notify them of the issue and received no reply.
No outdoor dining table. Repairs needed to exterior stairs.

Great trip to the lake
We had a great time staying at this home. It is on a quiet cove and a fun place to stay. The owners communicated well.
PROS:
-Excellent location
-Quiet spot on lake
-Nice linens & towels
-Well stocked & nice kitchen (open shelving nice in a rental to know where items are!)
-Fun dock with kayaks to use
-Close location for mountain biking and access to Bentonville
ITEMS FOR IMPROVEMENT:
-Overgrown vegetation on stairs to lake
-A few spiders in the home
-No great storage spot for mountain bikes (no access to garage and uncertain security of back porch)

Great Place for a Group or Family!
We had a staff retreat at this house and it was amazing. Very spacious, had enough bedrooms and open space, great kitchen and eating areas, etc. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Life is BETTER at the lake!
We decided kind of last minute to plan a get away over labor day weekend. We looked and looked for a property that was to our standards and that would give us a good relaxing weekend, to say we hit the jackpot is an understatement. Lake Loch Lomond is a beautiful Lake and perfect size. The lake has wonderful coves for swimming and kayaking. We decided for one day that we would rent a boat for some lake time. We rented the boat from Rhonda and Bo and had no problems at all, it was perfect and delivered and picked up at the private dock down from the house. This house is large and allows people to spread out and is the prefect place to take your family and friends. The house is equipped with anything you would need during your stay, except food. Rhonda was very quick in her responses to us for anything we needed. The house was very clean and there was sanitizer and cleaning wipes in every area of the house. This area is really beautiful, the house was perfect, we will be definitely be back for sure!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! There are so many unexpected amenities to really put this rental over the top! You can literally bring your groceries and your clothes and move in. The house has everything!!!!!!!!! I want to say size really does matter!!!!!! The smallest bed is a queen..... and all of the beds are memory foam.... it's like sleeping on a cloud!!!!!The loch Lomond was the best swimming we have ever experienced!!!!! The water was refreshing and we jumped off the dock and swam around or used the kayak for hours. Seriously people.....the teenagers didn't even need the television!!!!!!!
