Ampio patio anteriore sul lungomare con comodi posti a sedere per 10, grande terrazza sul tetto con built-in barbecue, frigorifero, zona pranzo, TV, altoparlanti esterni, vista sul tramonto sull'oceano e vista su Newport Bay. 2 camere da letto hanno letti king size, e la terza ha un letto matrimoniale più un letto a castello con rotelle. Posizione molto familiare. Cammina verso la "Fun Zone" dove puoi guidare la ruota feris e goderti la sala giochi. Cammina fino al traghetto che porta a Balboa Island. A pochi passi da Balboa Pier con Ruby's Diner alla fine. Aperto e arioso casa appena ristrutturata, progettata per il comfort e trascorrere del tempo di qualità con amici e familiari. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Giochi da tavolo e puzzle. Sedie a sdraio, teli mare, giochi di sabbia e ombrelloni per l'uso. La casa è sul lungomare dove puoi andare in bici per chilometri lungo la spiaggia. Ristoranti, farmacia, market e noleggio di biciclette e barche d'acqua a pochi isolati da casa. Ottimo per due famiglie per divertirsi insieme, o una famiglia e nonni. Prepara anche per un gruppo di coppie o un fine settimana per ragazze.

5 stars all the way around!!! Beautiful home with incredible accommodations!!! Loved the location on the boardwalk and so close to the beach, bay, pier, volleyball net and a fun walk or bike ride to all the restaurants. We will definitely be back. The owner/property manager was also amazing and very accommodating. Thank you!!!

We loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our family vacation with my parents, my husband, and our 1 year old. Everything was clean and comfortable, the host was great with communication and had so many amenities for us to use (beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc). We loved watching the sunset from the roof every night after the baby went to bed. It was just a dream week :) we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous location on the Oceanfront Home has multi levels, with several flights of stairs throughout. Floor level access to beach. Bedrooms on the first and second levels. Living and Dining rooms are on the third floor. There is a rooftop deck with grills. The bedrooms were comfy and clean. The view of the beach through the large family room were spectacular. Equally enjoyable were the morning coffees shared on the rooftop deck.Jessica, the host, was easily available and quickly responsive.Family members of all ages enjoyed the trips.

This house is perfect! Such a great location! The house had everything we needed from beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the host who was always available if needed.

We hosted our family vacation here. The location is the best. Walking distance to restaurants and the Fun Zone. We did daily walks on the board walk, bike rides to Newport and The Wedge, paddle-boarding in the harbor, bonfires at the rings right out on the sand, and lots of swimming in the ocean! It's a perfect spot! The house had everything we needed so we literally only had to bring our clothes. There were towels, chairs, bikes, shampoo etc, all in great condition! And there is a grocery store very near about a 5 min drive on the peninsula.

Such a great house, clean, spacious, perfect location really. Park your car in/near the house and just forget about it. Walk the town cuz everything is so close by. Plus the host is the best! They worked with our timings and adjusted accordingly. And the best thing was that the garage is full of bikes and paddle boards and toys for kids and beach chairs - literally everything you may need for the WHOLE family. None of my friends had to rent a bike or anything. That was really awesome how everything was already there. So many beach chairs, footballs, etc. we had a great time, thank you! And we will be back soon.

This place is exactly as described. We thought it may be a little tight, but the way the house is layer out is perfect, never making it feel small or cramped. I love the living area on the second floor because the extra height allows beautiful views all day. They also have everything there from beach chairs to towels, cornhole and paddle boards! The icing on the cake is Jessica the owner/manager. She was so kind and accommodating, even when she was on vacation in Europe!!! So awesome. Thank you for sharing your place, we hope to stay here again!

This property is right on the beach! Walk right out the back patio to the sand. We loved being very close to the soccer field and the fire pits.

Great place! Our family of four booked it for spring break. Boys are ages 13 and 15. House is clean, updated and really unique with the rooftop deck. Views are unbeatable! Property manager also amazing. Communication was easy, pleasant and inviting. Would definitely recommend. We already booked another stay.

The perfect house in the perfect location. The house is nicely updated with beautiful views. The kitchen was supplied well. We went there for my son‘s first birthday and had so much fun. My kids absolutely loved playing in the sand and walking down to the beach. It was a little bit chilly during this time but we had so much fun walking around and the ferry to Balboa Island is super close so we went there a few times. I think will be coming back !

This is a lovely vacation rental with beautiful views of the ocean. We unfortunately had a lot of rain during our visit and we’re able to take advantage of all this place has to offer, but it’s very well equipped with beach items and bikes. The owners were very communicative and helpful, sharing suggestions for rainy day activities and offering later check out. If we return to Newport Beach we would rent this home again.

Great spot for a family trip with teens. The house is well stocked with all kinds of beach toys. We especially liked using the cruiser bikes to explore the area. The house has enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

After moving to California a few years ago, we finally convinced our families to skip the cold and join us out here for Christmas. Their one condition in giving up the seasonal snow was that we find a place "on the sand." This spot could not have been more perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 kiddo). The location right off the boardwalk near Balboa Pier and the park made it very walkable but also much more quiet than further up toward Newport Pier. The view from this house is absolutely stunning, and the photos don't do it justice. Jessica, our host, was super communicative and accommodating, and she even put up a tree for Christmas to make it feel more festive. This Christmas was one for the books!

We booked this house for our daughter’s 18th birthday and it’s the best decision we have made. All the rooms are very comfortable to sleep in. Kitchen is well equipped with everything I need and the bathrooms were clean. It has the BEST unobstructed view of the beach. So relaxing !!! It felt like our home away from home. Jessica is so easy to communicate with and responds to to my inquiries quickly.

Wonderful property with an excellent location on Newport Beach. We enjoyed grilling on the rooftop patio which not only has beautiful views of the beach but also overlooks the harbor. The house had everything we needed and more. We utilized the beach chairs and bikes daily! They had a variety of bikes so everyone in our party of 5 was able to find one that worked. We loved exploring Newport as the house was in close proximity to a lot of things! We hope to be back in the future and highly recommend!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week here! We have been vacationing in Newport Beach for 25 years and this property is now at the top of our list. Updated, fantastic views of the beach AND the bay, wonderful hangout spaces, spacious bedrooms and A/C (a must for us) are a rare find. Add the best location on the boardwalk, an amazing rooftop deck, super generous amenities (beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards & beach games (to name a few) and an owner who is a 5 star communicator and cares that you have a wonderful stay and you have this property. We can't wait to return!

It wasn’t the ideal weekend due to weather, however the stay was perfect. Five adults and one toddler stayer for 4 nights. We encountered unexpected weather that left us staying inside and playing games for 2 days. The patio view of the beach is great and there is a fireplace for wonderful ambience. The rooftop is perfect for sunrise/sunset views of the beach. There are tons of fun board games to play and puzzles to solve. We made the best of our trip and when the weather cleared, we had a day to enjoy other great amenities. The host is great. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even checked in on us to ensure we were having a good time. We have already booked another stay and will be back in a few months to enjoy the rest of what the house has to offer!

We had a great time and the owner was amazing to communicate with and very prompt in dealing with any issues we had. When we arrived the house was very dusty and sandy and the owner immediately sent the cleaners back out to the house. The location was amazing and could not be better and the house overall was great!

The home was within walking distance of several restaurants. It is also located right on the boardwalk and we used the bikes provided to ride end to end. The weather and water was a bit cool but we sat on the beach each day. We even spotted a whale about 50 yards directly offshore. Easy check in and checkout. We would highly recommend!

This property is awesome! The house itself was perfect for our two families of four (8 total). The four kids stayed in the bunk room and each family had their own full bath. Rooms are spacious. House came with all the necessities (bikes, chairs, paddleboards, umbrellas, and more) Close to the harbor for paddlboarding, boardwalk for walks and biking, beach-level patio for happy hour cornhole and rooftops for golden hour…we loved it all!
