Very clean and quiet. Loved the patio area for morning coffee. In a residential area so need a car to get around. Easy drive to La Jolla Shores and Birdrock. Will defintely be staying here again!

Nice spot near the top of Mt. Soledad. Quiet and comfortable with easy access to beaches. A gorgeous but steep walking area with amazing views.

Great property and location. We’ll be back someday.

A great little place to have as a base while visiting several family members in various locations in the region. Nice to come back each evening to a quiet neighborhood and place to relax. Beautiful mornings for walking or listening to the birds in the garden. Wonderful host. Hope to stay again my next family visit. Great restaurants and galleries inLa Jolla! And of course beach walks.

Nice place! Quiet, clean and private. Bed is very, very firm - fine if you like that style but too hard for me. Other than that - it was perfect!

Wonderful stay at a lovely suite surrounded by beautiful gardens. Super comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of premium stations on cable TV. Location is close to everything. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Good experience ~ e-mails just a little confusing at first until we talked with the owner and terminology was cleared up for us. Property owner was very nice and easy to talk to.

We enjoyed the relaxing time inLaJolla. Drinking coffee and reading each morning on the quiet patio was just what I was wanting to do before seeing the sites.

Overall great experience. I wish the lights would turn off on the back patio and side of house, but to Bobbies defense I didn't ask. Our stay was during a hot spell of 3 days and the room temperature was just a little uncomfortable because there just wasn't enough breeze to ventilate the room at night and we had to leave the window open which allowed people walking on the sidewalk to look in on us. Price is slightly high given no AC, but the property condition and beautiful neighborhood make up for that. PS. Leave all windows open during the day to let the heat out of the room in the summer.

No seating in room- except 1 stool. No full length mirror. Too far from LaJolla Village. No beach chairs/umbrella or towels.

My husband and I stayed in this guest house for 3 nights in June. It is located very close to the beach and in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The guest room has a private entrance and private patio from the rest of the house. It was clean and well equipped. The manager was friendly and responded to the few messages we sent him immediately. I would stay here again if I ever come back to the San Diego area.
