We started for 4 days while house hunting in the area. Great space close to Downtown Greenville as well.

We stayed several nights at this property and it was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for two people with full living area and kitchen. Would stay again.

Location was great! A little surprised at the train coming through one night after midnight🚞, however it was a unique experience so no complaints. I do, however, have a couple of small suggestions. Please keep in mind I was a Club and Concierge Mgr at a Ritz Carlton so I may be looking to exceed expectations. A small amenity on the kitchen bar would be nice. Even a couple bottles of water or bottle of wine would be welcoming. The sponge in the sink should be changed out with each guest. The makeup wipes in the bathroom should be new and unopened. It was requested to use those rather than washcloths to remove makeup, but there was only one left in an opened packet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extremely accommodating, very clean and the decor was very welcoming. Quiet and peaceful. It was such a welcoming place. We would highly recommend this little treasure of a place.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family nearby. It's a pristine one-bedroom second-story apartment with all the conveniences of home, centrally located but completely private. A real gem, with and welcoming and knowledgeable hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay, very pleased with the property and grateful the property manager contacted us before we arrived and followed up with us to check how’s our stay. Very cleaned inside and the surroundings. The Private Gateway is located behind a real estate office building with dedicated parking space. Is far far enough that the street traffic is not a bother. Nicely equipped equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and bath is very nice. We are in town for house hunting and we’re sure we going to have more opportunities to stay here again.

We rented this apartment to be close to our daughter and family in Simpsonville. It was clean, comfortable, and attractive. We could walk to a great breakfast spot. Convenient and affordable.

This apartment was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and that is always what I look for. I loved the walk-in shower because a 70+ woman doesn't like to climb over a bathtub. After visiting my family during the day it was like going home to my own place. The property manager reached out to me on the second day and that meant a lot to me. The only drawback for me were the stairs leading to the front door. Also the pavement from the car to the stairs was uneven and I had to be very careful. The stairs to the front door were well lit up at night. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The property was exactly as pictured in the ad! Super clean and tidy and no gross smells : ) It's pushed back a bit further from the road and super private and has a little deck area with chairs where you can sit outside. Walking distance to anything you would need really including a super fun brewery and ice cream shop. Highly recommend.

This location was just perfect for my wife and I who were in town to visit the area. It was super convenient, close to just about everything. It was very comfortable for us and so much more comfortable than a hotel. The management was also very helpful. Highly recommended.

I was in the Greenville area for work and always prefer VRBO to a hotel room. This little find is a keeper for future trips. Could not have been cleaner and furnishings/decor is bright and cheery. I made the time for short visits to Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail downtown and took a walk at the Conestsee Nature Preserve. All fantastic and worth seeing/doing. All in all a successful business trip and enjoyable stay.

This rental has it all ! Location is great - near lots of restaurants and shopping. Communication with the rental agents was top notch - they were very responsive from the time I submitted the rental request until the time we left. Unit has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, TV with wifi. It was a perfect size for the two of us. Would definitely use again if we were in the area.

This property was within 6 miles of my son’s family and close to lots of sights to see.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my brother in Simpsonville from NJ. My husband and I, along with our 3 and 1 year old had everything we needed. The place was right in the downtown area and directly across the street from a really good breakfast spot! A pack and play was provided for us which made traveling so much easier along with a baby bath tub since there’s a stall shower provided in the unit. Our 3 year old very much enjoyed the pull out couch bed which he got all to himself. The porch/deck area was very secluded and relaxing as well! Very easy to get to and close to everything! Commmunication was perfect and everything was made very easy for us. We plan to come back and stay again on our next visit!

This place was perfect for me for my week in town on business. So much better than a hotel room ! I’ve been coming to the Greenville area several times a year fir over 20 years. Very glad VRBO Iis an option. This rental was clean, nicely decorated and friendly helpful hosts. Who could ask for more?

I was in town during a difficult time with a family illness. I couldn’t have ask for a more lovely and comforting place to retreat to at the end of stressful and emotional days. We came into town for the weekend to celebrate our son’s engagement and needed a dog-friendly place to stay. This apartment was absolutely perfect for my family (husband, teen daughter, and myself + <10 lb dog). It was super clean, exactly as described, very nicely decorated, had more than what we needed for our stay, seamless & contactless check-in, and included a very nice little yard and private entrance. We had breakfast at the place across the street which was great, too! Would definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you for everything!

I stayed here for a few days while waiting to close on my house. The owners are great with communication however the code they gave me for the door in my email had been changed and I wasn't made aware - so I couldn't get in (and I was soooo jet lagged) but I was able to reach the owner for help. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other places I've stayed - toaster didn't work and there was no can opener nor a bottle opener. It was a very small unit-perfect for one person and easy walk to Main Street.

The apartment was cozy, clean and in a great location. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Simpsonville, SC. We were in a great location with access to everything in Greenville, SC.

The owners Shaun and Shari have created a home away from home for those seeking an upstate getaway, with an extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed small apartment. They have provided a list of local restaurants for those who don't want to cook. However, the kitchen had everything one would need to prepare any type of meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower is modern and of good size. This unit is convenient to everything Simpsonville has to offer as well as Greenville and the upstate. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. WDS
