We had two different families coming from two different locations and Freddy made the check in process flawless. Had a wonderful stay great location perfect set up for two families to have their own space while making it easy to spend time together as well. Highly recommend!

Great location and large space. Two units are ideal for 2 families. On the third floor of the building with no elevator so be prepared to haul your stuff up three floors and not suitable for anyone with mobility limitations.

Our family had a wonderful time time on this property. The split level was ideal for a large family of cousins staying together. Property manager was super attentive and the location is great in that it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to great Piazzas.

We loved our stay here! We could walk out in the morning and meander through all the alleys until we came to a quaint cafe. The area fulfilled our Venice dreams

We enjoyed the apartment. If you stay be sure to order taxi to the train/bus/airport the minute you get there. They are limited so we ended up having to drag our luggage through town and take a public taxi, it wasn't a great experience.

Wonderful communication with host and superceasy check in. Eight of us on a girls trip stayed in the two apartments but they felt more like one place than split unto two, so that was a nice surprise! We took a private boat from the train station and I was in contact with Nadia on our way, and she was right there to let us in when the boat dropped us off! It was perfect timing and the checkproperty absolutely seamless!
The property is in a great location, not a busy area but an easy walk to main attractions. The bedrooms were absolutely beautiful, with wonderful views of the canal from the outside bedrooms, also from the living room and kitchen. They provided nice, soft towels and made it a little extra by providing slippers too. It was a very clean property, and it was nice they provided some shampoo, conditioner, etc. We didn’t cook food here but they seemed to have everything you would need to do so.
There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your luggage to get to the apartment so keep that in mind. It wasn't an issue for us.
The only issue was the shower in 2nd floor (bottom) apartment wouldn't get warm the second norning, but we were leaving that morning so we didn't ask the host about it. Im sure they would have fixed it if we were there longer. I'd absolutely stay here again and stay longer in Venice!!
Trash take-out was a bit odd... understand the need to sort trash since its a city requirement, but getting it to the right place was a bit tricky!

We had 2 adjoining apartments. Clean and nice but i would have preferred one living space snd kitchen. Good location. It was a good rental choice

We wish we could give this apartment a 5 star review! It is a comfortable beautiful apartment perfect for a big family. We were a family of 3 adult couples. There are 4 bedrooms and we were charged a fee for a 6th person. I thought that was strange with 4 bedrooms to be charged for a 6th person. The apartments have large bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, large living areas and beautiful canal views. Very quite. Unfortunately, for us the bathroom in the downstairs apartment did not have warm/hot water in the sink or shower. We contacted VRBO immediately and were told they can monitor the boilers in both apartments and they were working. The boilers were working but the hot water was not getting to the sink or shower. We were only able to use the toilet. Six of us used one shower. The owner of the apartment came to assess the problem and agreed the boiler was broken and there was no hot/warm water in the bathroom and would call a plumber. The plumber could not come and we never were able to take showers in our bathroom. VRBO should have addressed this problem and not tell the customer they don't know the difference between ice cold water and hot. Plumbing problems happen and it could have been fixed very quickly.

Our family enjoyed the dual apartments for two days. The location was fantastic and the apartments were very comfortable. Alp who checked us in was a gentleman and carried my bag up the 51 steps to the door.

Wow! We enjoyed our stay at this amazing Venice apartment so much. It was just magical to be tucked on a side street overlooking a canal. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and perfectly clean.

This condo gave us a true feeling of how the locals lived. We enjoyed our time, and it was very close to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was spotless, and Elisa was great to work with.

We were met at the boat taxi station and taken to our accommodation. The host representative was very helpful in explaining the best way to get to Venice from the airport. The area was quiet and away from busy congested areas, but close enough to walk to the main areas of interest. There was a lot of walking and many stairs into the apartment, so it may not be right for all visitors.

The property is as advertised. Clean and well appointed kitchen. The washer/dryer was a very helpful addition. The beds were comfortable. There are lots of local restaurants in the area that are more reasonably priced than in the busier tourist areas. The only major negative
I have is the issue with garbage removal. I was shocked that I was required to get up at 6:30 am on my vacation to sort and take garbage out to the garbage collection point under threat of a €167 fine. I would think that garbage removal, once sorted, should be included in the rental cleaning costs. Otherwise a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. There were three couples. The space was very comfortable for six and very clean. Kitchenware was sufficient for light cooking and nice that there was a dishwasher when we prepared meals. Convenient to everything we needed. The amount of stairs into the apartments was a little rough with all our luggage but we knew Venice would be a challenge. Our only small suggestions would be to provide extra trash bags and more toilet paper. Overall a very nice stay and we appreciated the help of the property manager. She was very responsive and met us at the water taxi. She also provided us with directions for our departure. She was great!

We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of room. The apartment was clean and was in a pretty location right on a canal. There is a 10 minute walk from the nearest water taxi to the apartment and lots of stairs to get to the front door. The neighborhood Castello is quiet and not far from major attractions.

Venice stay
The Appartment(s) as we booked both, were everything we had hoped for and more. Very historic but tastefully modernised to suit our families needs.
Approx 10 minutes to St Marks Square and about a 4 minutes walk to the nearest vaperetto stop at Ospedale.
Plenty of restaurants within 5 - 10 mins walk many of which seemed to be used by locals and tourists alike.
The host Annalisa was very easy to communicate with and resolved minor issue re towels within minutes ( the maid hadn’t put enough out for our party of 6.
We definitely hope to return to Venice and stay here again.
As in description it is a lot of stairs which didn’t bother us but if you do struggle with mobility perhaps its not for you.
Overall an excellent apartment in the heart of Venice.

Historic Charm
This is as advertised. Worked perfectly for us as three adults and two teens. The only thing people need to keep in mind is that there is no elevator so there are a few flights of stairs. Not a problem for most, but my 79 year old mother in law found it taxing.
The managers were very helpful in setting us up with water taxis and were available for questions.
The apartment is near a grocery store and easily walkable to major sites.

Beautiful and confortable doble apartment
We spend from December 29 to January 1 on this location. We were my wife and 3 young kids. Each of them had their own room and we as well. Location is perfect as there is no stairs from the embarcadero drop off/pick up location to the place entrance. One you get in there are mandatory stairs to go to the apartments. The place was very nice decorated, clean and neat. Thanks for hosting Us. We enjoy a lot in your beautiful city.

Overall a great location and property. Rooms were a bit warm and it wasn’t hot outside. It was nice to have laundry in unit as well.

Very Nice Apt in Venice, Great Location- Great for Large Groups
We had 2 families stay for about 2 days in this Venice Apt. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Two apartments that connect. We had everything we needed. Location is amazing and was easy to get water taxi service right to front door! I would only clarify 2 things. The 2nd apartment is another set of stairs inside the front door. And, would only clarify that the A/C units are in the hall, and especially upstairs the 2 bedrooms never got cool. it was super hot when we arrived but I was never cool in the bedroom and when we opened the window mosquitos came in. Other than that, amazing place, location with no issues.
