Breakfast was good, in buffet form. I could also ask for additional things I would like. Room was very clean, warm and silent (well isolated). I also could make a hot tea with provided gear. On the first floor it was possible to iron.

The problem I've seen in the bathroom was the ventilation noise level (~ 50 dB), triggered by switching light in the bathroom. It cannot be put on hold when one is shaving ore doing a make up.

Breakfast was strange, I have to wait quite lot. Not good cofee.

Modern looking facility, decent breakfast (I guess due to COVID was kinda limited?), about 20 min walk to town centre.

When I checked in, there was a wedding, my room was located above it - I could feel vibrations through floor. Luckilly, I was going away and by time I come back, wedding was no more. Otherwise I would have to ask for different room. One more minus goes to lack of air conditioning - indoor was warm above expectations (outdoor at least 32 deg C whole day, over 20 at night).
