Very good location and nice room

The check in process could be improved because the description text is very long

perfect location, good size room and very clean. Had everything you needed even a little fridge in your room!

as you’re basically sharing the apartment with other guests there’s likely 4 other rooms filled with guests. unfortunately we had one couple who were full of complaints and very aggressive as we were talking or watching tv at a reasonable time. So you never know who you’ll be sharing with. But the host was very kind in terms of check in and check out and if we needed a little time. Lots of amenities in the kitchen as well as a mini fridge in the room which is helpful.

Amazing location, close to the downtown area, as well as to the sea. Pretty nice room (101) with a cute balcony, clean and spacious apartment. The bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee machine in the common area - which also comes with a nice terrace :)

Since the host was not present, other guests who came late (10pm, midnight) and had difficulties with entering the property, rang the bell and woke us up. This happened both nights on many occasions and it was really annoying. No hot water while showering, only lukewarm water was coming even in the best case.

Very clean and modern flat and would say the pictures match the apartment. The bathroom especially was really well decorated. The apartment was super clean and the shared kitchen was well equipped (e.g. When we needed to borrow a bottle opener it was available).

The check in process was slightly complex. The door could definitely be more highlighted e.g. A plaque with Doras Room would be helpful as we were worried we were trying to get into someone's home for a moment.

Super friendly and helpful property manager. Apartment and property always well clean, organised and equipped, similarly for the shared kitchen. Balconies are a plus. Comfortable beds. Directly in the town centre and a walk distance to the beach. Everything you need. Big cheap public parking nearby (train station)

Everything was amazing!

location was great, affordable, clean, tidy, no interruptions.

Clean, very comfortable bed and great shower with good water pressure. The owner was very kind and helped us after hours find parking and get into the building. He also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We were only there one night to break up our drive from Florence to Puglia, but wished we could’ve stayed longer. Very cute place and town!

The apartment is in very central location, not far away to bus stations and beach. And there are lot of restaurants and cafes are very close to the apartment. The host was very nice and helpful. We were also able to store our luggage in the apartment after checking out.

Some pictures of the apartment showing breakfast, but during the time we stayed there, there were no breakfast served. So the pictures were a big misleading. But there were many restaurants close to the apartment, so to get breakfast was no issue.

The location was close to the beach and right in the city center. The room was very clean and we had housekeeping every day. Also, at your disposal, you can find coffee and tea, free of charge. Easy check-in, support from the host when needed and the accommodation is according to the posted photos. I highly recommend Dora's room if you're planning to visit Pescara.

Everything was wonderful.

Very nice place, clean and spacious room, access to shared kitchen, nice balcony. Location is perfect quiet street but in the middle of the neighbourhood full of restaurants, shops and bars. Last but not least just 5 min walk to the beach.

check in process wasn’t great. difficult to get into the property and no keys when we arrived. Our room had a gigantic air conditioning unit right outside the window which kept us awake nearly all night. Avoid room 101!

Amazing location, comfy bed, nice balcony

Unfortunately it was incredibly noisy and I barely got any sleep. The rooms are advertised as soundproofed, but I had the one opposite the entrance and heard every single other person come in and go out. I think having no staff on site meant people thought less about being quiet, from coming in at 2am yelling on the phone to talking very loudly in the communal kitchen at 7am-which also woke me up. Additionally there are beautiful black out blinds which are rendered pointless by a green light above the door which stays on all night. I really wanted to like it and there was much to like but I can't give a high rating for three nights of barely any sleep.

It has a lovely shared space with terrace and each room has a terrace. The room was nicely appointed and had everything needed. It was bright and clean.

There was nowhere to hang towels. Marks on the bathroom wall indicated a past hook that must have fallen off. There was no soap dish. Also some indication of how to leave the property upon checkout (ie keys in the room) and how often the room would be cleaned would have been helpful. The room was cleaned the first morning but not the next.
