Great location and easy walk to downtown. Everything about the unit we stayed in was perfect!

Wife and I stayed here for 4 days. One of the biggest perks was being able to park the car and walk to 90% of the places we wanted to checkout. Clean, quiet, cozy and affordable. Definitely looking into returning again in the future for a comfortable Colorado getaway!

This condo was super convenient with a fantastic location. Just steps from the lift and the shower pressure was amazing and felt great after a VERY cold day on the mountain. Clean and comfy too.

This was a lovely place. Nice location. But there were major issues with the management company, Vacasa. They do not respond to emails. They are not helpful on the phone. Stayed 27 days (that’s a lot of money!) We asked for cleaning halfway through only to have two emails ignored. Called and was told we don’t have anyone available. Who sleeps in the same sheets and uses the same towels for 27 days??? So disappointed.

Overall great location but the property itself needs some work. Many things in room are falling apart. Cupboard doors are barely held on. Dishwasher came out of cupboard. Parked where listing told me to, and I received a parking citation from the Marriott Property. Overall not great communication with Vacasa, who manages the property.

Walking distance to major lift. Ski rentals nearby. Walking distances to shops and restaurants. Clean and nice room. Underground free parking. Perfect for two adults. Would be a little crowded for four adults. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Beautiful view and well located
The property was exactly as portrayed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the proximity to a chair lift was perfect! Hot tub and pool were nice and the walk to town was five minutes at most. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay at this property was excellent! The room was small, but we knew that going in and it was the perfect size for us (two adults & two children). Room was also very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Located right on Maggie Pond with great views of Peak 8. The location couldn't have been better! Within walking distance to everything... Main St. restaurants and shopping, hiking trails, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Condo nice but no support if you have problems
Thermostat stuck on 78 degrees, t. v. cables had been disconnected and under console…..no support response from Vacasa when notified. Slept with sliding door open.

Perfect location
Great location! Walking distance to everything. Common areas are wonderful. The pool is heated to 84 degrees and we were able to swim laps every morning.
The unit we stayed in #7224 needs some maintenance as it is quite run down. It would not pass a Marriott brand standards audit. The towel rack was ripped off the wall and put in the bathroom drawer. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain well so the sink is always dirty. The dishwasher was broken and we contacted the property manager and they replied everyday telling us that someone would come to fix it but no one ever came. I don’t think it has worked for years and it wouldn’t even close. The kitchen isn’t well stocked - no butter knives at all. We purposely didn’t us the heater because when it came on, it sounded like an animal was stuck in the wall suffering a slow and painful death.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again, and have in the past, but I would avoid this particular unit.

Wonderful scenic view and location.
Awesome location with wonderful view—right on Maggie Pond! We were there in the summer to take Senior pics not ski. We had underground parking in a different bldg though and so it was a bit to haul everything up steps and down. Little elevator was not working in Eagle bldg to Bighorn where VRBO is located. Also no air and it was hot and stuffy until we opened glass doors and utilized fans, but that was at 2 am. So if you are wise and know to do that your stuff will be awesome!! Best location!! Scenic view! Pool

Perfect getaway
This place was absolutely perfect. You can’t beat the 5 min walk to everything on Main Street. The place was cute, quiet, well furnished, has a full kitchen, and a pretty view of the pond. I was worried because the place looked a little old (and it is) but it had everything we needed. The heated pool was also great! We were sad because the hot tubs were closed (not sure why). That is the only negative feedback I have.

Beautiful room and great location
This place was really nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered us sleds and snowshoes to use. It's walking distance to lifts, restaurants and shops. The room was very nice with good spacing between bed and living area/kitchen.

Easy access to the slopes!
We enjoyed our three night stay in this condo. Kitchen was well equipped, probably could use a skillet for pancakes but otherwise had all we needed. Comfortable bed, great location, easy walk to the slopes and downtown.

Great Breckenridge location
This was a lovely condo in a fantastic location, Its easy to check in - 24 hour lobby staff. It’s a little bit dated but very functional and there was nothing that it lacks.
