It's not fancy or super upscale but more down to earth. The owners are friendly and kind. They have snacks and drinks out everywhere for your convenience. They have a common area for everyone to gather in evenings as available so you have opportunities to meet folks and socialize if desired. Breakfasts were wonderful.

It is with total pleasure to recommend Katie & Ray's Casa Paloma B & B to anyone desiring a uniquely pleasurable experience in the Tubac area. These two very special people perform a delightful blend of hospitality in a personal and friendly manner that sets them apart from the ordinary B & B. Their hospitality is enhanced by the peaceful setting of the expansive property and their special companion, Emmy, even adds her warm and friendly black lab personality to the total experience. Lastly, its difficult to do justice to the delectable breakfasts provided after a comfortable night's sleep, but one has to experience Ray's gourmet concoctions to taste their delicious flavor. Simply stated for the entire package: 10 Star !!

Casa Paloma Bed & Breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Katie and Ray make the standard high for Bed & Breakfasts!
From complimentary teas, coffee and biscotti in the room, to wine, beer and snacks available at any time. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Katie and Ray are warm, welcoming and see to your every need! Very, very personable!
The grounds of the house are quite relaxing, inviting, and peaceful! A bird watchers paradise!
We will most definitely be back! I highly, highly recommend Casa Paloma! Much better than a resort, for us!

Casa Paloma is a beautiful place. The Mourning Suite was large and luxurious. This gorgeous house sits on shady acres perfectly manicured with multiple seating areas. Both Ray and Katie were the most gracious hosts and the breakfasts each day were outstanding. we hope to return before too long.

This bnb exceeded our expectations. The gardens were lush with plentiful birds and areas to relax. The indoor areas were spacious and beautifully renovated and decorated maintaining its historical charm. The breakfast was delicious with a daily change of offerings and fresh fruit, juice and assorted jams, preserves and a variety of syrups to go with the Belgium waffles with bacon or sausage we had one day. The hosts were friendly and responded to questions we has without hesitation. The large suite was worth the extra cost, We intend to return with family or friends. Joe and Linda

We had a wonderful weekend of excellent breakfasts, hiking, birding, and restaurants. Hosts are very attentive and available. Beautiful location near the Santa Cruz River.

My husband and myself had a wonderful time there. They did everything to make us comfortable. The owners Katie and Ray where great people. Loved their dog Emma.

The breakfast always exceeded expectations. They were well planned, prepared and tasty.
Snacks were always available as well as a kitchen area for our use.

Katie and Ray were absolutely amazing. I was spoilt more than I could have imagined. The breakfasts were fit for a queen, they generously shared their best wines, fireplace, hot tub, advice and recommendations, and overall friendly conversations. The room and guesthouse in general were so comfortable, and warm, with an electrical blanket and even robes included.

What an amazing first ever experience staying in B&B! Ray and Katie were the most amazing hosts/chefs we could ever dream of meeting and truly enjoying. Our accommodations were first class with every possible comfort awaiting our arrival including a delicious birthday cheesecake and sparkling wine in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the breakfasts were so delicious. My dietary needs were heeded beyond my expectations! What delicious plates were served with such attention to presentation. We especially loved chatting with our hosts who are fascinating and truly focused on providing a magnificent experience for their guests. We feel so fortunate to have this first B&B experience be the best--who could top Casa Paloma?
We have no negatives. It would have been fun to be able to use the shortcut to our destination but our host contacted us prior to our arrival that the water was too deep to safely cross the water in our vehicle so we wisely took the longer, but safer, route to the lovely country home.

it was one of the most charming and comfortable B&B I've stayed in . Ray and and Kate were delightful! Every amenity your could possibly think of was at our fingertips. The breakfasts were "to die for" and I HIGHLY recommend this B&B

We are particular and seldom do we gush about lodgings. Casa Paloma is nothing short of exceptional and an amazing value. There is not a single detail overlooked to make sure that your stay is peaceful, comfortable and that you are well fed. The breakfasts are delicious, substantial and beautifully presented.
The hosts are a delight to interact with, but never intrusive. We would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to everyone we know! Thank you so much for a very lovely stay.

Every single thing! The “hacienda” was so well appointed for comfort and a southwest experience, with friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Over the top amenities. The best breakfast ever.

The Casa Paloma was gracious and private, in a lovely setting. The accommodations were stellar, nearly every need anticipated. But the best was the owners, Ray and Katie. They were friendly and helpful and interesting to talk with. They were willing to alter breakfast plans for me at the last minute and made us feel at home. I would recommend Casa Paloma to anyone looking for a retreat south of Tucson.
The tub/shower in our bath was a little difficult for a person with uncertain balance and mobility to navigate.

The gourmet breakfasts were fabulous. Our room was comfortable, and the fireplace in the family room was so cozy. Casa Paloma is beautifully kept, is serene and quiet overlooking beautiful mountains.

We were pleased with everything; the hospitality, the Mourning Dove Suite had everything one could want and more; the breakfasts were great, and they provided us with Champagne and cheesecake for our anniversary. Super clean, great furnishings, etc.

We loved the two large friendly sweet dogs; maybe some guests wouldn't, but we think they had a way to restrain them outdoors.

Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The hosts were friendly and made us feel at home. The property was beautiful. Every amenity was provided along with some unexpected treats and the breakfasts were amazing. And if you like birding, this location is perfect. Definitely a 5 star B&B.

Tubac is a charming little town in southern Arizona.
The property is lovely, with a private living room and kitchenette for the three rooms available.
Very quiet. The owners are very thoughtful and provide everything you could possibly need.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Katie and Ray were excellent hosts. The property, amenities, food, and the service were beyond reproach. Our entire experience was as good or better than 4-5 star resorts.
The wash crossing the road into the B&B was a little daunting, but was manageable.
