Perkins Place Iris Cottage
Delizioso cottage con tre camere da letto che può ospitare fino a sette persone per brevi o lunghi soggiorni. Le carte principali sono una cucina completa e due enormi camere da letto a Jamieson in posizione centrale a un piccolo isolato dal Courthouse Hotel. Una grande area barbecue divertente coperto area comune nel cortile sul retro. Veranda anteriore di buone dimensioni e un mix equilibrato di mobili ed elettrodomestici moderni e antichi. Un sistema split condizionatore d'aria per riscaldamento e raffreddamento. Questa sarebbe una destinazione perfetta per le vacanze in famiglia con la neve a soli 70 minuti di distanza e il fiume Jamieson al cancello posteriore. Fai un salto a Jamieson per una vacanza perfetta.

Amazing location, very convenient with great access to Jamieson and surrounds. The Host was very helpful and ensured that we were all okay once we had arrived and settled in.

Carl and Donna were very nice and friendly. The cottage was clean and cozy. Kids loved the stay! Would highly recommend !

No heater in the bed rooms. It was horrible to stay without heaters in temperature around 8c.

It was a great property to stay . Check in process was smooth and property was preheated for us. The only small feedback that i wanted to share with the host was if there were some more ladles , plates and some minimal kitchen items. Overall the stay was great and thank you for having us .

If I could give more stars I would. Carl and Donna are the most lovely people. The cottage was exceptionally clean, I could not find a speck of dirt or dust if I tried. Rooms were set up great. Beds are comfy and plenty of warm blankets for the cold nights. This will now be our place to stay for as long as they wil have us. Thankyou for a wonderful experience and sharing your succulent love with our son. Can’t wait to come back.

The accomodation was comfortable and has all amenities you would need.
The property is 1 minute walk to general store for morning coffee and also 1 minute walk to pub for evening meal, and also 1 minute walk to the beautiful clear river.

4 of us recently stayed in the cottage which was conveniently located close to the hotel where we had dinner.

We were greeted by host on arrival and made to feel very welcome.
Cottage is situated below host's home and you can hear floor boards squeaking as they move around. Cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Resident dogs are very friendly.

My friends and I were cycling around Lake Eildon, and arriving at the cottage was like coming upon an oasis in the desert. Carl was very welcoming and helpful, and the cottage was perfectly appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the dogs were lovely to play with! Would highly recommend

Best price, great customer service and also the house is spotless! So clean and has everything you need. Maybe an electric blanket would be nice, less cost for you then air con. Love the place and most definitely will come back. Thanks Carl and Dona

We stayed for a night over the weekend. The property is clean and well maintained. Amazing easy communication with prompt response. Easy check in/ out. Highly recommended for family trips/ groups of friends. Great value too!

It was a wonderful experience for our groups. Online listing were accurate, owner was really friendly, helpful and supportive, rooms were comfortable, very natural and perfect location for the visitors travelling to Mt Buller and Mt Hotham.

This property is perfect. 3 bedrooms with great beds, extremely clean and the person who owns/looks after the property is brilliant and so hospitable.

We found that the hosts are very lovely people and wished that we could have talked to them at the beginning of our stay instead of the day we were to leave.

Excellent location for a family wedding; hosts welcoming & approachable; they set a high standard of welcome-the friendly end of town! This place was perfect & accessible, only 100 steps down to the Riverside where we spent a whole afternoon, fishing & enjoying the company of a very large extended family.

Hosts were awesome, greeted us on arrival and are a great couple.
Property wasn't quite what we expected, i think the description needs a bit more info and we didn't know they had dogs - which is absolutely fine for us but feel thats a detail some people may want to know beforehand.
Overall, loved our stay, location is amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is ideally located a stone's throw from the river and general store/pub.
Accomodation was very clean and beds were comfy. The hosts were lovely and helpful, and my son had a lot of fun playing with their dog.

Hidden gem
This would have to be one of the best places to stay if you are keen on fishing .. a short walk to river. The house is clean , comfortable and well set up . Will stay here again

Perkins Place a great place to stay
The accommodation was clean and tidy and quite functional and is well located within the township. A short stroll to the south is the river and the park and similarly to the north, the Courthouse Hotel, general store and a café that serves good coffee. Perkins Place includes a communal covered outdoor area with a BBQ and pizza oven and a large fire box centrally located providing a cosy warmth to the space. Jamieson is a beautiful place with great sight seeing, fishing and an abundance of wildlife and Perkins Place is a comfortable place to relax after a day of touring, or fishing. The owners Carl and Donna are welcoming and will assist wherever possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great holiday place.
Great cottage in great location. The cottage was very clean and tidy with wide space in all rooms with all you need. Back was massive with lots of flowers and roses. All you need for BBQ (gas, electric and wood) with secured fireplace. Few meters to green river bank. The hosts were very gentle and helpful and near by all time. In general, nice place for holiday without hesitation.
