This is an ideal house for a track visit but really for any kind of reason. Pool was an amazing late morning or post track location. The house was an A+ but communication/generosity of the host was off the charts- if there is a better host- we have not met him/her

Dave and Jenn are truly the most gracious hosts we’ve encountered in our many years of renting houses. Their house is lovely in every way and the heated pool was enjoyed by the whole family. My granddaughter was delighted by the miniature horses that live around the corner - the owner gave her carrots to feed them. Definitely a place to make wonderful memories!

My siblings and our spouses enjoyed this rental when we came to town for a huge family reunion. The location was excellent and the gift bag left by the hosts was so appreciated! We were excited to get an occasional glimpse of a racehorse in the stables next door. Loved sitting outside by the pool too.

Very nice property walking distance to the race track and 5 minute drive to downtown. Pool area and deck are fantastic. Comfortably fit 4 couples in town for a wedding.

The hosts of this house went above and beyond anything we’ve ever seen before. There was a generous amount of supplies and gifts left for ALL the couples. They even made sure we had several items to mark the occasion of the special event we were up there for. As for the house, it was gorgeous, immaculately clean, an amazing location, quiet and spacious enough for all of us. Before and during our stay, anytime I reached out to the host I had a response quickly after. Very accommodating - I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE!!!

We rented the house and the room over the garage for our daughter's graduation and could not have been happier. The location is great, in the morning we saw horses being led out of the stable next door for their morning walk! Our ages ranged from 21 to 94 and all were comfortable and felt at home. The hosts have made sure you have enough of everything you need (towels, bath amenities, coffee pods) and more (game closet). They are very helpful and generous, having left us a very memorable welcome gift. We hope to be back!

The home is gorgeous with a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here with family for a wedding. It was roomy, clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Wonderful welcome gifts! Hosts are available and helpful. Lots of special touches throughout the home to make your stay the best it can be.

Perfect size house for 4 couples. Plenty of room and equipment to cook if you want. Lots of storage for all your stuff. Comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Easy 20-25 minute walk to downtown Saratoga. Lovely gifts from the hosts. Lots of snacks left for us. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

We are a group of friends in our senior years who get together from all over the US every few years. Although we didn’t use the pool area, we very much enjoyed the main house and had fun exploring the area (including a trip to Williamstown) and visits to racing museum, Skidmore, history museum, and many shops and restaurants. The house was very well supplied with all we needed and more.

What an absolute gem! I have stayed in dozens of rentals through VRBO but this one truly stood out. Never did I have a host that clearly cared so much about providing a welcoming experience for their guests. The house's location, amenities, cleanliness, everything were just so top notch. Everything was so seamless I didn't have to contact the owner once. We didn't have plans to visit Saratoga again but this house by itself may be the only reason needed to return. If there were more than 5 stars I would give this house that!

This rental is amazing! We stayed here for a girls weekend - perfect location. Close to the track! Walkable to some bars or quick Uber ride to downtown. Dave and Jenn are very communicative, kind and attentive - there for anything we needed! They went out of their way to help us and also gave great recommendations to ensure we’d have the most fun this weekend. This house is super spacious and clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Saratoga! Thank you Dave & Jenn!! :)

I have rented many VRBO properties and this one by far I s truly a gem! The photos on VRBO are exactly how the property looks, this has not been the case with other properties I have rented.
The house and pool were essentially immaculate, there were ample towels for the kitchen, pool and bathing. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies: pots, dishes, spices, wine, paper towels, cleaning solutions and the gift bags were wonderful surprises for my 4 yr old triplet grand children. The owners definitely take care of this property and make you feel welcomed.
If this property is available then grab it! This is an accurate VRBO listing unlike others I have rented.

This is our second visit to this home and our host Dave couldn’t be more accommodating. The home is fully stocked, kitchen couldn’t have more equipment, utensils etc. Bedding and towels are great and the heated pool is a real treat. 5 minutes to town, the track or SPAC and a longer walk but manageable. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The house is clean, spacious, and quiet; and Dave and Jenn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
One of the more appreciated details was that we didn't have to strip beds, or do anything outside the basic considerate cleaning a person should do- these feels all to rare these days and allowed us to feel like we were truly on vacation.

We have never felt so welcomed at a property. Dave and Jenn go above and beyond. Their home is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It’s also stocked with any supplies you could hope for. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and our family plus both sets of grandparents found the space incredibly comfortable. Mattresses are great, always a crapshoot with a rental.
Biggest regret is not discovering your home sooner! Thank you for helping to make this event so special.❤️

Perfect stay! We have stayed at many different properties but this one tops our list of favorites! Everything from booking to checking out was easy and more than pleasant. Great communication with host who was genuinely concerned with our stay. Before arriving on the day of check-in we asked if they had cupcake pans. Not for sure so they immediately ordered and had them delivered to the property the next day…above and beyond!! So gracious with their welcoming bag of local products!! Dave addressed any questions immediately and enthusiastically. The house was amazing and stocked with so much more than most. Clean! Lots of towels! Large closets and storage for your belongings! Guest binder had everything possible to help you through out the property. Location is great, especially if you are there for the races. Beautiful house with lovely ambience. Dave and Jenn, we thank you for your generosity!

In town for a family wedding and found the perfect house to serve as our home base. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The house was exactly as listed and clean. We were there during the winter but this house would have even more appeal during August given its proximity to the Saratoga Race Track. Was a mile walk to the lovely Saratoga State Park too! Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at this exceptional property twice and enjoyed both stays immensely. Large enough to let 4 adults and 1 child spread out when needed and come together when wanted. Saratoga Springs is a great community /half way point for our family to meet and this property exceeds al l we have stayed at before.

Our family can not express how perfect this property was for our recent stay! We have long been visiting Saratoga Springs as it is a great half way point between our home towns, but this property exelled! We stayed in just the main house, which by far was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever chosen. Hosts were incredibly accessible and accommodating.
First floor master suite, cook's kitchen, large dining and living rooms, 3 bedrooms up (1 en-suite) with massive closets, laundry and another full bath.
Great location. Amazing private back yard with inground pool and grilling. This one is truly as good as represented on-line.. We are returning for a 3 week holiday stay soon!

This house was the absolute best! There was not a thing that we needed during our stay. Dave and Jen left us wine and an assortment of sauces, etc. Hoping to return for the races next summer!

Dave’s property is wonderful! It was clean, had every amenity we needed, and the communication with the hosts was extremely easy and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, too. Location was great- nice quiet street walking distance to the track, but only a few minutes drive from downtown. Bonus for the kids was that there were horses next door!

Having stayed in many VRBO properties, this one, by far, is probably one of the top 3 properties. It was spotless, comfortable, great location, and the information from the owner was impeccable. It was also wonderful watching the horses come down the street each morning to the track. For all of us, this was our first time in Saratoga Springs and several of us are planning to return sometime in the future. Stay here - you won't be sorry.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house and hosts in Saratoga! Not only we’re Dave and Jenn incredibly accommodating throughout the booking process, they truly went above and beyond to make my stay absolutely perfect! They made sure that we were prepared with directions for any and everything we may need to know about the house. They provided a great detailed list of recommendations in the area and they were always available for communication leading up and following. Most of all, they set up a very thoughtful welcome that made my party feel at home from the start of our trip. With the proximity to the track and nearby horses, short walk into town, and wonderful amenities in the house, you can’t beat the location. Whether it’s your first trip to Saratoga or you’re a long time visitor, this house is the perfect choice for a great vacation!

House was conveniently located by the race track, restaurants and downtown. House was very well stocked! Heated in-ground pool was a definite plus. Host was on-site when we arrived and explained everything to us. Left us a great welcoming basket and even had some things for my 9-month old granddaughter! Very thoughtful. Great house.

The moment we walked in, there was nothing but wonderful impressions of warmth and generous hospitality from the hosts. Every item that we would possibly need for a great family gathering was present in abundance. The location was perfect for walking to the Saratoga Race Track and short driving distances to restaurants and shopping downtown. All of us were extremely impressed with the home and will keep this place as our #1 Go To for future stays in Saratoga Springs.

Stayed right next to barns and stables, Track is easy 5 minute walk, Horseshoe is within 3 blocks, Broadway is 5 minutes away. This was the best location we have had for a Saratoga Track vacation.

House is clean and well stocked if you forget anything.
Dave and Jenn are excellent host and communication is quick and easy.
