地點優秀，在銀座中心購物或吃東西都很方便，附近有許多超商，另有大澡堂可以泡澡，房間雖然很小但有兩個洗手台很方便。

浴室的浴簾打開有霉味，應該需要更換新的。

das frühstück war bzgl. umfang und qualität enttäuschend. dass man sich alles in wegwerf pappbecher packen und mit plastikbesteck essen muss ist nicht angemessen. das gym ist ein witz.

Great location not far walk from center of Ginza and have public bath (Onsen) to enjoy at night after tiring day of walking

The Onsen need to have rules and regulations board to be posted on the wall because a few guest didn’t clean their bodies properly and some made some noisy conversation and invade other users calmness

Beds and pillows a bit hard. Room too small for 3. Gym? A treadmill and a pelaton... Gym is an exaggeration.

Excellent location, walking distance from Tokyo Station and very close to the high-end shopping district of Ginza. Good shower. Clean room and corridors. In a charming nod to Japanese tradition, the hotel provides pyjamas.

The rooms are well-designed but very small. The double bed was hard up against the wall on one side and there was little space for our luggage or to hang clothes. The price reflects this. If you are looking for a place to sleep only and are set on staying in Ginza in a cool hotel, this is the place for you.

バストイレが別で快適でした。部屋の掃除が行き届き清潔さが保たれていました。 都会でありながら静かに過ごせてくつろげました。アメニティも充実していました。スタッフの対応は迅速で分かりやすい説明でした。特に、大浴場があり使用時間が午前２時まででしたので、時間を有効に使えてとてもとてもありがたかったです。

Amazing value for money. Location is superb, staff super helpful, and all travelling needs are catered for.

It must be mentioned that the beds are very hard. Perhaps this is different from room to room, but ours were very hard.

Location was good for our purposes. Staff were friendly, however, sometimes the front desk isn't manned and you have to speak to the bar staff instead. Also you have to check-in yourself using the machine, which yeah ok is technically advanced, but the staff sits there and watches you do it to help anyways, so why not just have them do it anyways.

No point in beds that feel like you're sleeping on the floor when there's very little space in the rooms as it is. I've never experienced such a "bed" that is hard as a rock. No exaggeration. Had to request extra pillows as the 2 provided were flat as pancakes. Not recommended for older people who need a bit of comfort.

Nice hotel as well as the staff! Located in a beautiful neighbourhood (Ginza) also near to the central Tokyo station. I would recommend it for your stay in Tokyo!

It's within walking distance to the shopping areas and some train stations! It's also about 10 mins walk to Tsukiji Outer Market!

The bar downstairs was nice and staff were all super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great

The onsen downstairs wasn't great. No cold water came out of the taps and no towels made available. If there was an extra towel in the room this would have helped but there was only one small towel provided.

Staff were lovely, easy access to public transport, bathroom/shower were great, breakfast was super fresh, barista coffee was superb!

Mattress was very hard and it was almost impossible to use the laundry as it was always busy/finished cycles hadn’t been collected
