Location.

Fridge was dirty, i had to clean it to put the food inside, because it was 3 day stay I couldn't just ignore it. The stove was broken. We didn't have necessary dishes to make a cup of coffee. The bed in one room was too small, definitely not big enough for two adults.

very nice apartment, great location. Close to everything you need in budva. I will come back is recommend to my friends.

the place is at the very center of the city. the owner is nice, the house is spacious.

one of the rooms gets a a bit of humming noise from the shop's AC's that are next to the apartment.

It is spacious. Both bedrooms were comfortable. The location is very good. It is budget friendly.

The kitchen was not well equipped. It lacks some basic cooking materials. There were lots od mosquitos. Only one bedroom had an AC. The remote control to the AC was damaged so I couldn't switch the program.

Great location, very nice clean apartment, very nice welcoming and accomodating host. Everything is within an easy walk, many restaurants, bars, and shops all around. The nearest restaurant is actually downstairs.

Direct in city Center! and big enough for two families (4 persons)

Location is good and apartment is spacious.

Apartment was not clean at move in, especially kitchen was very dirty when i moved in. I had to clean dishes and entire kitchen, before using any of the glasses. Unable to sleep peacefully because of AC units from neighboring restaurants which are mounted on the opposed side of the bedroom wall.
