Stunning Hotel, Great for Family, not for couple.

This a beautiful hotel, Great facilities and beautiful big room with lots of onsite facilities to relax at a resort. The staff were very friendly and couteous. The buffet was reasonably stocked for westerners and the coffee was quite good for those coffee snobs. Cute local dog out the front in the afternoons ( can be a bit snappy but seems to adore the kids) The hotel had a compact yet good gym facilities for those looking for a workout including dumbbells, free weights and machines. The hotel location was very quiet with the seaview rooms having sweeping views over the pool and into the Gulf of Thailand...stunning. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a family.

We felt the location was a bit far out of the action such as bars, restaurants and beaches. The actual room is very noisy from neighbouring tourists as the areas outside of the outside of the room are tiled and bounce the noise around, echoing into the room. Not an issue if the people staying actually had respect for their neighbours, however we were woken in the middle of the night with screaming children, and early morning with people yelling at eachother as they were leaving. We found the temperature in the room a little warm, however we do like to sleep cool, so personal preference. On check out, we were charged for the bottled water, however there was no mention on the menu that this cost money. The concierge appear to have kickbacks going for local taxi services, use a Grab otherwise their mates rock up in dodgy vans.

Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany, a miejscem odpoczynku wyjątkowe.

Codzienna wymiana pościeli i ręczników to dla mnie ważny detal, a bogate i zróżnicowane śniadania serwowane w formie bufetu stanowiły prawdziwą ucztę dla podniebienia. Obsługa restauracji zasługuje na wyróżnienie – miła, pomocna i błyskawicznie reagująca na nasze życzenia.

Niektóre potrawy w części samoobsługowej mogłyby być lepiej utrzymane w temperaturze, czasem były trochę zimne. Choć ręczniki i pościel były codziennie wymieniane, zauważyłem pewne niedociągnięcia w czystości części prysznicowej w pokojach.

Super hôtel

Petit déjeuner super, près de la ville et à l 'écart du bruit, chambre côté piscine très tranquille la nuit, très petite plage à côté, sinon plage de Pattaya à environ 350 mètres. Je recommande cette hôtel sans hésiter.

Great views, nice pool, good location

The hotel had a great view close to the water. The pool was beautiful and the decorations for Christmas also added to a nice vibe. Breakfast had enough options and the staff were helpful and kind at the front desk. There was a short shuttle from the hotel that was easy to use, so we took it and went shopping at Terminal 21 Mall which is a fun experience if you have not yet been to a Terminal 21 Mall. Each floor is themed to a different place of the world and it is really fun to visit and take pictures.

The beach was very small. This is not really the fault of the hotel, but if you are expecting a long and enjoyable beach walk, this is not the location. The views were beautiful, but the walk was very short. The hotel rooms were nice and had great views as well; however, our room smelled a little musty upon arrival and it was difficult to keep the water from leaking onto the floor during the shower. But overall, a positive experience.

We had 2 night stay intended to celebrate my wife's birthday.

We had a top floor rom with great sea view and everything else about the room was excellent including the decor which also applied throughout the whole hotel

OVERALL FACILITIES IN THE HOTEL FOR OUR SHORT STAY OF THREE NIGHTS WERE QUITE SATISFACTORY

ROOMS AND POOL WERE QUITE GOOD . VEGETARIAN BREAKFAST NEEDS ADDITION OF INDIAN FOODS IN THE BREAKFAST MENU TO ATTRACT LARGER TOURIST FROM INDIA TO THIS PROPERTY. THE HOTEL MAY PROVIDE BREAKFAST OPTIONS LIKE IDLI/MASALA DOSHA/ RAWA DOSHA/ UTHAPAM/CHOLEY BHATURE/ALU PARATHA/PLAIN PARATHA WITH ALOO CURRY/DAHI/ SIMILARLY DINNER MENU MAY INCLUDE INDIAN FOOD ITEMS THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE A 24 HOUR OPEN RESTAURANTS SPECIFICALLY FOR TOURISTS REACHING THE HOTEL FROM VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD AFTER 10 PM.. WE FOUND DURING OUR STAY THAT LOT OF INDIAN TOURISTS STAYING IN THE HOTEL WERE GOING OUT TO FIND INDIAN RESTAURANTS NEARBY FOR THEIR DINNER AS INDIAN DINNER DELICACIES WERE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL.

THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT PROVIDE A TOURIST MAP OF WORTHSEEING PLACES AT PATTAYA TO VISITORS WHO STAYED IN THE HOTEL FOR THREE FOUR NIGHTS. THE HOTEL STAFF NEED IMPROVEMENT IN COMMUNICATING IN SIMPLE ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH THEIR INMATES THEY MAY EVEN TRY TO PICK UP SIMPLE HINDI LANGUAGE TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOTEL GUESTS FROM INDIA THE HOTEL STAFF MAY KEEP A PANEL OF OUTSIDE DRIVERS WHO KNOW PROPER ENGLISH AND HINDI WHILE TAKING THE INDIAN TOURISTS TO SIGHTSEEING. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD NOT ASK FOR ANY SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM GUESTS WHEN CONFIRMED BOOKINGS HAVE BEEN MADE THROUGH REPUTED ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATION PORTALS LIKE BOOKINGS.COMOR MAKE MY TRIP.COM ETC

Really relaxing and a quiet piece of luxury.

Located at the quiet end of Pattaya beach. Rooms are lovey and the pool area and bistro fantastic. Breakfast inclusive and a very good choice buffet - Asian, western, egg station, etc.

Some noise from chairs scraping on the tiles floors but nothing major.

The room overall was good, it was clean and facilities were good, everything was working. The staff was friendly and helped us with our needs. The breakfast had good options. The pool was big and clean, and was near the beach and the restaurant was by the pool too. The restaurant had good food. The hotel had a shuttle bus near the Terminal 21 mall and it was every 30 minutes.

Everything was good, it was just a long walk and route till you get the pool/restaurant as there was two parts of the hotel.

This was a horrible hotel.

This isn’t hotel for couples or families.

I was very disappointed with my reservation and changed my hotel 2 days early without refund. First of all, the breakfast was not good at all, most of them were soup, fish, etc. From building 1 to dining hall came bad smell. Room was very noisy, hallway noise came to the room easily, especially when employees talk to each other with walkie - talkie.
