This newly remodeled private home, a fully licensed Florida resort property, has a fenced yard that faces the Atlantic Ocean and is steps from the beach. Stay in roomy comfort minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier and 1.5 miles from the Port Canaveral Cruise Ship Terminals and casino action! Only 35 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, this oceanview townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1400 square feet of living space on the closest beach to Orlando and the theme parks. The home is fully furnished including beach chairs, coolers, beach mats, and sand toys for the kids! After your day in Orlando or lounging on the beach, come back and enjoy a relaxing soak in the 4-person hot tub. You'll find cable TV/DVD players in all bedrooms, wireless Internet, stereo, and flat screen in the living room. One car garage with additional parking available. All utensils, silverware, dishes, pots/pans are also included as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and cork screw. All linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are also supplied. Seaside Escape is fully furnished for children with a high chair, Pac-N-Play, and stair gates. Wireless Internet is available for guests and full cable TV can be found in the living room and all bedrooms. The yard is fully fenced and many beach toys are supplied for your use. There is a small second floor balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped yard off the upstairs queen bedroom. A gas BarBQ grill can be found on the back deck as well as a 4-person hot tub. We are fully licensed by the State of Florida and accept credit card for your protection!
Surrounding Area: The surrounding area includes many activities such as Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, casino ships, and, of course, the beach about 600 feet away. Go-kart tracks and mini-golf courses are only blocks away from the house and cruise ship terminals are less than 2 miles away. Great seafood restaurants and dining are close-by and fresh seafood markets are only minutes away so that you may create your own seafood feast at the house.

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation were nice
convenient and affordable. We loved being close to the public beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We could see the rockets launch from the street. For the activities and places we wanted to visit, location was perfect.

This place was so nice! It made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door! Perfect walking distance to the beach and we just loved the supply of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs provided for our use! The owners were very nice and helpful and we would definitely pick a rental house from them every time we needed one :) thank you for letting us use your home. Hope it was left exactly how it was before arrival :)

This home was amazing! It was clean, cozy, beautiful and had literally everything that we needed for the beach including clean beach towels. There was an entire selection of board games, condiments in the fridge, paper plates in the cabinets, laundry detergent, a grill out back, etc. We will stay here again in a heartbeat! My boys enjoyed the hot tub-the only thing they wish it had was a pool. However, there was a nice hose area where you could hose off the sand from the beach before you would walk into the house. Fantastic property and even more fantastic price! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Our stay was wonderful! My family stayed here after spending a week at Disney, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood that is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 5-10 minute drive to the Cocoa Beach area. All the beach gear we needed (wagon, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys, etc.) was provided. The house and beach are also a prime spot to watch any launches from NASA.
The owners were quick to respond to any messages I sent, and they even gave us a heads up on a launch that was going to happen during our stay - which was amazing to watch!

We had a great stay at this home! The hosts were very helpful with the information left at the house and answered any additional questions we had. The home itself was beautiful and very clean and spacious. They also supplied lots of supplies for the beach for guest use which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this property! Dawn and Todd the owners were Fantastic hosts and sooo accommodating. We arrived to the home after a 16+ hour drive to Florida with three small kids. Everyone was excited and ready for the beach. The home had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and relax after our trek. everyone in the family kept commenting how wonderful the home and location was! We will definitely be back to stay in the future!!! Thank you so much Dawn and Todd for sharing your home with us and sharing all the best spots to visit and eat while we were there!!! 😀😀 This counts as one of our best trips!

We absolutely loved this property. The owners responded quickly and politely when I lost the email with our access code, which I really appreciated. The beach was so close, and the house had everything we needed for a family day at the beach. We would love to come back and stay at this property.

The house was perfect size and location for our getaway to meet up with family from out of state. Beach was very close about 5 minute walk. Mattress in 1st floor bedroom could be upgraded along with sheets on all beds. 1st floor bed fitted sheet did not fit properly and kept coming off. Master bedroom sheets were microfiber and were very slippery and kept coming off bed also. There were no extra sheets or blankets. Make sure you bring or plan to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other necessities. If you plan to cook meals, make sure to take an inventory of standard kitchen necessities like aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc. before you go shopping. You also might want to purchase paper/plastic plates and utensils. Plenty of grocery stores and great restaurants close by.

This is a beautiful half of a duplex. It is payed out well to maximize space. It act seems quite spacious for its size. It is well kept and clearly cared for. There were many essentials there. That was appreciated as we didn’t have to buy condiments coffee filters etc.
it was just a quick walk (or ride with provided bikes) to the beach. We saw people honking and getting irritated over beach parking spots and it was so nice to not have to worry about that.
We did have one sizable issue while we were there. We contacted the owner and they were very accommodating and understanding. They handled the issue well and did what they could to make it right as soon as they could.
I would highly recommend this property and these owners.

Good house for grandparents, grandkids and mom & dad. 2 bathrooms. We had to bring extra seating for 2 kids (big Joe bean bags), only sofa & love seat. Bedroom TV's are tiny. King bed is decent, downstairs queen bed is terrible as are the sliding glass doors, dirty. Hot tub full of sand, didn't use it. Beach toys and wagon very good. We use vrbos a lot and never were asked to wash all the towels and replenish all the paper goods, garbage bags, saran wrap, foil, etc before. The house had very little in the way of supplies when we arrived so we spent on things I felt should have been provided. The kitchen was a disorganized disaster. A few spoons only and tons of junk was shoved into drawers and in the cabinets. Dirty grill. We pretended we were camping and made the best of our time near a beautiful beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Oasis! The location was excellent and we loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach throughout the day! It served as a great landing pad for our daily adventure!

This property is walking distance to the beach and very close to a lot of great restaurants but the neighborhood is not busy. Everything you need is provided to have a fantastic vacation. This really has been an incredible week. We have stayed in plenty of rental homes, and only on a rare occasion you'll step into one and immediately feel the comfort and attention to detail this place offered. Fully stocked from kitchen, bathrooms to beach toys and chairs and everything in between. Only two blocks from the beach, what bv else does one need? 5 stars well deserved!
