Great location but expected better.

The location was great since we were in Dallas for my husband’s surgery at Baylor hospital which is nearby. There are also lots of restaurants in the area.

The handicapped accessible room was nice but small. The shower temperature was very difficult to control and did not drain well. The floor got soaking wet.

No staff could help me receive my money back and it’s been a month !

Awesome experience. From the ability to check in two hours ahead of time to the process to get into the building. I felt

A nice property to stay in for an overnight in Dallas.

Element Dallas, accommodation was actually very nice. The room was modern and a great little kitchenette and bedroom area. The breakfast wasn't too bad, a little more choice would make it better.

Element Dallas was our final overnight stay in the US after a 3-week trip. The staff looked uninterested at check-in, not rude more like a poor greeting for new guests. The area surrounding this property was a little run down with several characters hanging around, which made it feel a bit unsafe to walk about. For a us it was a quick trip for Fried Chicken and Aldi for dinner provisions and a night in.

Excellent

Our stay at the Element hotel was excellent, we stayed 6 days and our room was very nice and clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and helpful That made our stay even more pleasant . Very very hospitality. I do plan to come back to Dallas in the future for business and pleasure and of course I will make the Element Hotel my stay in the future.

Could not have been an easier location for being treated at Baylor

Fantastic location for Baylor treatment. Only issue--toilet was not cleaned when we arrived. Otherwise give it a bonus for ease and convenience. The car was right outside the door!

Clean and comfy. As advertised.

I had stayed here earlier in the week, so I knew what to expect. It was handy having a guest laundry. It is a 5 minute walk to the hospital and some restaurants/take aways in one direction and some other places to eat in another direction. The gym was OK.

Amazing and will book again

The property was AMAZING !!! We stayed here for a concert and I have nothing bad to say . From the staff down to the environment. We most definitely will be coming back very soon.

Good location, nice enough, careful if you use different cards

Good location. Walkable to hospital. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Staff were friendly, pool was small but decent for swimming.

I reserved on one card. It said I would pay on arrival. However, despite paying on a different card (which had a random $1.95 charged), the charge was paid on the reserved card. I asked for a receipt at checkout, and they said it would be emailed but I never received it.

Nice hotel with friendly service.

It's very nice and comfortable. Customer service is very friendly and easy to work with. This was our second stay at this location and we both talked about how comfortable the bed was! The shower is also very unique and nice to relax in.

The room size is a bit small, BUT it's not an issue. We only need to sleep there. There's a king bed and a chair and a desk and room to stand around and get ready for the day, so it has all the amenities and is fine for us. But if I were staying for more than 1 or 2 nights and had to be in there for hours on end, I might start to feel claustrophobic.
