Wouldn’t go back for the money I spent there over rated

The location and pool

The rooms need to be upgraded and the bathroom was a disappointment. The toilet was like a convince store and the shower was so small. I was afraid I was going to fall over. The parking was ridiculous over priced.

Warm and welcoming staff, convenient, yet costly.

Everything was close by & walkable. The room & pool were nice.

The room cost was high, yet we were charged additional money/fees for every little thing. They only offer valet parking, and it was very expensive. The fridge in the room was unusable for personal items.

Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff, high quality food and amenities, great location.

Lovely room that was very comfortable. The bed was amazing!

The soap/shampoo dispenser fell off the wall and was not fixed while we were there. It would have been nice if we were told that the lounge was being renovated.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was nice and helpful. Valet deserves a special mention! They were slammmed when we were checking out, but brought out cars quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face and made sure to help each individual get loaded in their cars. If they were stressed, they didn’t show it at all. We ordered room service for breakfast. The food was hot and prepared perfectly and delivered with care. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great restaurants and venues. We would stay here again.

Worked hard, Played Hard and Rested Hard comfortably at the Fairmont Dallas!

The bed was like sleeping on pillows! The staff and location and the all the space you get. The rooms were clean and warm(we stayed in Jan. brrr). Walking distance to bars,restaurants and omg a star bucks down stairs..

Let’s not talk about the sofa bed(Kid said it was hard lol).Lightning was dark in the room.

Fair price for the prime location hotel.

Holiday Decorations and snacks available for purchase in room.

Room did not have a fresh smell, sink was clogged and we had to switch out our iron.

Service great - room not as nice as expected.

The staff was amazing. They were so nice and friendly.

The ability to control the temperature of the room. It was so hot in my room and I had air on, but the room did not cool down. This caused for a long night and made it hard to sleep.
