A comfortable stay in a useful location.

We were made most welcome, and helped to find suitable parking. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The loft room was comfortable, with a welcome through breeze. Excellent attitude to energy capture and use.

Apparently the road was much more crowded with cars than usual, so parking was a challenge. We managed to find somewhere in the end.

Very comfortable stay and with a friendly host.

Chris was a friendly host in a lovely house. The top floor room had good views and was clean and spacious and with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, refreshments etc. Very comfortable bed. The en suite was also very spacious and clean.

The continental breakfast was fine but perhaps there could have been a little more choice .

Perfect for Petersfield pretty well lived up to its name for my 3 night stay-very little not to like

Perfect for Petersfield pretty much lived up to it's name for me. Very convenient location - very comfortable room and all the facilities you could ask for - and all at a great price. Chris was very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area.

my only slight grumble was breakfast as I do prefer a cooked breakfast and just personally I am not a huge fan of cereals which made up a lot of what was on offer - but there was a lot of fresh fruit and delicious yoghurt and a croissant provided washed down with a good cup of proper coffee so it was more of a personal thing and to be fair for the price the breakfast provided was good, fresh and tasty.

One overnight stay -it was fine.

Easy to find, helpful host, clean, adequate space in room, good en-suite, pretty quiet. Nearby trains are hardly noticeable. 10 mins walk to town centre.

Bed is a standard double, no surprise but I’m used to something bigger so it wasn’t great for me. But it was ok.

Quiet and comfortable place, perfectly located in a wonderful village

I had a great stay here with my friend. The bed is super, the room fully equipped. This b&b is in e wonderfully quiet little street close to the station. We had a very nice time in the village, it was all pleasantly surprising really. And last but not least: Chris is very sympathetic host who made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful home with personal care provided by the host

The host was warm and wonderful and the breakfast spread of toast, cereal, fresh pot of tea, fruits and yoghurt was lovely. The room was clean and perfect was us.

Comfy room and very friendly staff

Room very comfy and with all the basic amenities you would need. Chris has been super kind and very attentive during our visit, offering many options for breakfast, which was simply delicious. The location is pretty convenient as is very close to the train station and the town center. Would recommend for a visit to Petersfield 10/10!

No parking, but was aware of this beforehand & there is a large car park nearby that can be used.

Excellent and very good value for money.

Chris the owner very welcoming and the room had everything you could want and more. Breakfast was continental which suited us fine. Lovely fruit. Very central location.

As it was hot with windows open the nearby trains were a bit noisy but Chris had provided a fan so we could close the windows and it was OK.

Great accommodation at an exceptional price.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet, with an excellent shower and loo which were absolutely spotless. We were offered an excellent breakfast with extra tea or toast. Our room had a very good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits and fruit. The B&B could not have been better situated for access, the train station was 2 minutes away and the centre of Petersfield was 5 minutes walk with its comprehensive range of shops and places to eat. Chris was a charming and most accommodating host. We would not hesitate to book another stay.

Parking in Petersfield is a little tricky.

Fab - would like to come back.

Chris was a fantastic host - extremely helpful, and even prepared us a "breakfast bag" as we had to leave very early on our final morning. It was a fantastic, peaceful room where we had a great sleep, and we enjoyed the fruit that was left in the room! The location was also excellent (so close to the town, and train station)

Bad experience

Friendliness of the host

The bed sheets have not been replaced. I had hair (in significant quantitates) on the bed sheet!!! Slept all night on the bed cover, Noise from passing trains during the night. I know this is out of the owner control, but this information should be available before booking.

perfect B&B in great location for hiking around (with great host)

Chris showed us our room in the attic and we realised we had everything we could have possibly needed: big comfy bed, clean bathroom with shower and several shampoos and gels, loads of natural light through the skylights, loads of usb plugs to charge our phone and camera, and storage. Chris offered us a generous breakfast with yogurt and fresh fruit, even considering my intolerance to lactose. Great to have a chat with him and learn about how he kept on the edge of tech to have the house as energy efficient as possible.

the sink in the bathroom is a bit small and the shower doesn’t have a plate, for a weekend is absolutely fine just don’t forget plastic flip flops

I had a nice relaxing night, in a very comfortable room. Which was exactly what I needed.

Very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Chris (the owner) is lovely man and was very accommodating. The price for 2 rooms, on a bank holiday Monday at short notice, was excellent.
