Very helpful and friendly host. He was the only one who saved the whole situation.The bedding is new and clean.

The photos do not correspond to reality. On hard benches, there are no cushions. One room that is windowless, it's not even in the pictures. The windows are rotten, dirty. The house needs repair.

Great home in Puerto Princessa

Very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting the owner. It was more than I needed and very well kept but for the price I don't think I would find anything even close to this quality.

Decent place with space for a family

AC was good, enough plates and utensils for all. Shower was nice and warm. Plenty of outlets and a few extension cords for easy charging of devices. Host was helpful and returned to bring the rice cooker which wasn't there at check in.

Listed as having parking, but it was street parking against a fence wall with half the car on the road. Not ideal or easy with kids, either hit the car door against a concrete wall or risk having the kids get out in traffic. Downstairs bedroom really wasn't Air Conditioned and the door had to be open all the time with some hope that the living room air would migrate in. No real address provided until we made contact with the host, that's odd. Generally clean unless you looked on top of things, could do a better job cleaning even where you think folks won't likely look Furniture is hard and very uncomfortable, Its all bamboo with no cushions.

it is all tip top!!! nothing you could ask for. Everything you need are there.Perfect for family stay.Beds can accomodate until 8 people.Location is perfect ,near to Sm,Restaurants and airport Sir Don is a nice man, he gives us tips and recommendations

Superb place and the host!

We had everything what we need in the house, it felt like home and away. Don ( the owner) was very helpful and friendly. I arrived in Palawan with my family without Itinerary. Luckily, Don was very accomodating he helped me arranged our underground tour, City tour, Honda Bay Island hopping, Tour A Island hopping in El Nido and Van transfer from/ to Puerto to El Nido. The host also let us checked out until 4pm instead of 12 noon without extra charge. 🙏 Thank you so much, Don. God Bless you!

- it’s clean and the whole house smells pleasant - accommodating owner, also helpful with our inquiries - there’s a water dispenser (no issues with the water) - separate shower room and toilet BONUS: the cat outside is cute and cuddly

Highly recommended staycation in town proper

regarding the house you wont be far away from home, very affordable & walking distance to SM Puerto Prinsesa. Don and his mom were very accommodating. the house can fit up to 12 medium built persons in 3 BRs. we will stay again maybe nxt year. thank you Don for your hospitality and kindness. i hope you can think about my suggestions.

just minor issue, no wifi yet but still manageable becoz' whole day you'll be out. just bring your own prepaid wifi or use mobile data and importantly Smart network here in Palawan has good connection.
