This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home is located in the upscale community of Beachview Estates, it overlooks the 14th fairway of the Sanibel Island Golf Club. The shell filled beaches of Sanibel Island are only a short 8 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride to the Beachview estates private beach access.
Enjoy the recently updated home that features a large heated pool, relax in the sunshine in the lanai while enjoying the views of the pool, the golf course and all the wildlife. The home has an open, airy floorplan featuring a high ceilings in some of the areas, gourmet kitchen with top end GE appliances, brand new remodels in the Kitchen, Living room, Family room, Master bedroom, bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room and fresh paint throughout the house. The back of the house has multiple sliders and windows that provide great views and lots of light.
At 2,137 sq. ft. the home is large enough to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably and offers enough space to have some private time when needed. The home is split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the two guest bedrooms on the other side providing maximum privacy. The living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and family room are located between the bedroom areas.
Amenities:
The home comes with the use of 5 bikes and includes a pull behind child trailer and an attachable giraffe bike for the young bike riders. Also included are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards, 2 sets of golf clubs, tennis racquets, pool toys/rafts and an outdoor gas grill.
Master bedroom -- King Bed, TV & DVD player, ceiling fan, slider to pool/lanai area. Master bathroom -- Newly remodeled, 2 sinks, quartz countertops, walk in closet, large walk in shower, free standing tub and private water closet.
Bedroom # 2 -- Queen Bed, TV & DVD player, ceiling fan, large closet
Bedroom #3 -- Twin Beds, ceiling fan, large walk in closet
Family Room - newly remodeled, Desk work area with available printer, large flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, ceiling fan, views of pool and golf course, wall of sliders that lead to the lanai.
Guest Bathroom -- newly remodeled with quartz countertops, private water closet area and large walk in shower.
Living Room -- Newly remodeled in 2019, Multiple couches/chairs/tables and a new sleeper sofa couch.
Laundry Room features new washer & dryer and entrance into the garage area
Kitchen -- Newly remodeled in 2019 quartz countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, high end GE appliances, custom center island with 2 stools, separate coffee/wet bar area (K-cup and regular coffee maker) and wine refrigerator and dining table with banquette seating for up to 6. All the other accessories needed to prepare a great meal or your favorite tropical drinks are provided. Looks over the pool and has a pass through to the lanai.
Dining Room -- Newly remodeled with a glass table that seats 6 (can add kitchen table to seat 10 in the room), slider to the lanai area.
Lanai/Pool -- Large heated pool ~35' x 18' (irregular shape) and 3' to 4.5' deep, recently refinished. Lanai includes 2 comfortable loungers by the pool. Six chairs and table are located on the upper patio area that overlooks the pool. Some pool floats and toys provided.
Other -- Wi-Fi & cable TV, bed linens, towels, beach towels and starter paper products, soap and shampoo included. One car garage parking available. One small dog is permitted with additional $200 fee and owner approval in advance.
Per Sanibel City rules homes can only be rented once per 28 day period. All rentals from November through June require a full month rental period. Shorter times within the 28 day periods may be available (June - October) however there is a minimum charge for opening the house of 2 or 3 weeks (depending on the situation) since the home cannot be utilized the rest of the month and additional charges will be added to the nightly rate.
