Suciedad, fraude, engaño y desconfianza

Las fotos no corresponden al alojamiento, esas fotos son de hace 15 años,está todo muy viejo, antiguo, y lo peor sucio y lleno de polvo. El césped está tan desgastado que suelta hilos cuando pisas. Los sofás sucios y descoloridos. Los cajones y estanterías de cocina sin limpiar con mal olor y lleno de grasa. Estaba bien surtido a menaje pero todo sucio y muy viejo. No había recogedor de basura, la fregona vieja y sucia. Los ceniceros llenos de colillas .Todas las bombonas gastadas. Los jardines con falta de mantenimiento.los azulejos del piso de la terraza se caían. Decoración mala y Antigua, parece que fue recogiendo muebles de la calle y los colocó de cualquier manera, no tiene sentido ni gusto la decoración. Los papeles del baño eran los restos, el rollo casi Vacio. Eso una profesional no lo hace. Esa casa no vale 400€/noche. Le falta pintar de nuevo por las paredes manchadas. Estamos en España y no tiene canales españoles en la tele principal, el técnico me dijo que son órdenes de la propietaria. Si Solo hay 2 teles y 1 solo en español, al final solo hay 1… Teles muy antigua, pésimo. Suelo pintado de pintura.trampa de ratones a la vista, Cepillo de bater en armarios , toallas en los tejados, guías de puertas rotas,jardines sin quitar las hierbas, muy muy mal

Wonderful Villa

A beautiful property with so much room. Great facilities and lots of outdoor space. The owners were so helpful and always responded quickly. Wonderful villa for families or groups

The pool location is a bit out of the way if the main activity area but not too much issue - & there was no hot water 1st day but luckily of if our party was a heating engineer & fixed it quickly

Great space, perfect facilities for a family break.

The space was phenomenal. It was huge! Our family of 10 (Inc 2 young children) more than comfortably had enough space and not get under eachothers feet. Plenty of comfortable seating areas. Bedrooms all very spacious and with their own ensuites. Pool area had everything we needed, loungers, toilet, fridge & indoor space along with tables & chairs. The garden was big enough to lounge, dine & our young son to play football.

It's not so much a dislike. The location was a little secluded, a car is definitely a must but all locations are only a few minutes away.

very enjoyable stay when you need peace and quiet

spacious and each bedroom had its own large bathroom. lots of outdoor space so even with 9 of us, you didn’t feel crowded or on top of each other great size pool as well!

some of the outdoor furniture was very tired and needed updated. no information at the villa re: the area and surrounding amenities (restaurants, taxis, supermarkets etc.). not a dislike but a note that you definitely need to hire a car

Enormous house. You don't need to leave.

Huge house, nice tropical garden and pool. About 10 minutes to Los Cristianos. You need a car, bit honestly you can just chill at home.

Big house that is poorly maintained

It has a lot of space to accommodate a bigger group

It is not well taken care of, the furniture was broken or breaking which is especially dangerous when you gave kids and elderly people traveling. There is fake grass in the backyard and pool that smells like burned plastic with the sun. There are trash deposits nearby as a view. The price is far too high for the state the house is kept in. You will need a vehicle to get anywhere from the property.

Lovely villa, a little out of the way but it has everything so you could just stay there all week if u wanted!

Casa Zoe was clean and tidy on arrival, the rear garden is big enough for football and badminton and has a lovely south facing aspect for the sun all day! the pool is big enough for loads of splashing and a bit of swimming! There was a leak in the pool when we arrived but the owners sorted it quickly via text messages! the pool man arrived and it was up and running in less than 24 hours! the villa itself is huge, 5 big bedrooms all with large well equipped en-suite bathrooms. The living area downstairs has sliding doors out in to the rear garden, there is another living space on the middle floor but we didn’t even use it once as the downstairs bit accomodated 4 adults and 6 children easily!

The farm next door is a working farm so there is the occasional smell and animal noise but the guy there was friendly and gave our football back with a smile when it went over a couple of times! It’s not something that we “didn’t” like as we knew before we left, but the villa is 20 minutes drive from cristianos/Americas which was fine for us as we had transport, but consider that if you are thinking of using taxis!

Huge villa on 3 floors

Huge villa on 3 floors, private pool was heated and clean, amazing view to sea in the morning. Close to los cristianos by car. Big fridge, good internet no hassle with keys, easy to get there, Corona desinfected, very clean.

Driveway could be improved.

Great facilities.

Facilities & pool area. Remoteness from local resorts. Loads of space & room both inside & out.

On arrival, it was apparent that the property had not been used or cleaned in a while. This was attended to promptly by property management & cleaners following our complaint on the same day / evening after our arrival. Could do with an electric kettle.

Amazing!

The Villa is amazing group of 8 all had our own bathroom! Lots of space and very close to the lively parts in a short taxi ride! We will definitely book again and have recommended to our friends and family.
