The apartment is nice but owner needs to fix a lot a things in order to have a nice and confortable stay as is marketed.

Location is nice and very good for a family.

The sofa was not so comfortable as a second bed and the mattress in bedroom needs to be changed as is too old. The kitchen has few plates and only three glasses, if you want to prepare a tea you will not find any cup in the apartment which is quite unpleasant. The fridge is very small and hood is not working. All the pan’s needs to go to garbage. The bathrooms has no working ventilation.

Good place to stay all year round. We'll return here soon.

The place is really nice. It has everything you need and it's decorated with style. There's even a bus that gets you to the main gondola (RATBV line 60). We found free parking spots outside every time we returned to the apartment.

The place is a bit isolated from the rest of Poiana Brasov but if you have a car or you're willing to wait for the bus, that's not a problem.

Everything was just the way it was advertised, a warm clean place, blankets, microwaves, hair drier, cloth iron, no problem with the heat, since both rooms have thermostats, plates, glasses, frying pans and pots, towels nothing was needed, me, my gf and kid recommend it with no hesitation.

Can't say i necessarily didn't like it but as a suggestion a veri small table or shelf thing would be useful on the balcony to hold your ashtray or glass, it wasn't an inconvinience but it would have been appreciated.

Very good

Great owner who dropped off wood for the fire and even a spare set of keys when I lost them. Great communication.

Very hard to find your way back from the car park. Unfortunately no swimming pool or gym but that's due to Covid restrictions. Others I know paid the same price for a 2 bedroom apartment but on the whole a really nice stay.
