In centrul Poianei Brasov,aproape de principalele obiective si restaurante

Pernele de proasta calitate,ar trebui schimbate draperiile,iar la cada ar trebui pus un suport pentru dus,acesorul pentru dus exista dar nu are un suport pentru el,ar trebui si un termostat pentru reglarea temperaturei in camera,totusi este catalogat la 5*

Good place to stay 2-3 nights but a bit pricy compared to competition.

Great fresh breakfast and staff. The location is very central in Poiana Brasov.

Probably once it was 5-star hotel but now it is already shabby and needs to be redesigned and refurbished. The pool is good but also lacks some maintenance.

Perfect sense of the mountain

A very unique small hotel in a very special place. Breathtaking views, all what you need from a high cathegory hotel at small, but quality range. I loved the feeling of the wood :) Good breakfast, safe parking, and lots of possibilities for endless mountain walks. Special mention for the staff, they were lovely in all their intentions to help us with anything we need, but also in keeping us smiling :)

A pity they do not have an on-site restaurant, I bet it would be also special :)

The hotel's location in Poiana Brasov is simply stunning. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Carpathian Mountains, the views from the hotel are nothing short of spectacular. It's the perfect retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to hiking trails and ski slopes. The rooms at Denisa Hotel are spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean. My room boasted a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Would recommend, very nice people!

beautiful, refreshing scenery, very clean rooms, all the appliances properly working, incredibly agreeable and personable staff, decent breakfast (for both early birds and late sleepers), very good coffee

it wasn't advertised that the pool doesn't go above 30 degrees Celsius, too cold for our preference, but still, they were very accommodating and let us bring in pool floaties

-location; -big room; -breakfast was normal, nothing special.

-the water in the pool was very cold - sauna temperature was very low - very cold in the room, they turned off the heat very often. - they brought an extra heater beacuse the main sistem was turned off very often. - the A/C was not working on HEAT mode. In total, very disappointed! It was -3 degrees outside with snow and inside maximum 19 degrees with heater on running 24/7.

Superb

The staff is experienced ,very kind and professional!!!They were always there to help us!!!.Rooms are big and baths with jacusci are big/confortable.!!!!Breakfast is perfect!!!!Piscina and sauna are small but cozy and beautiful.

Hotel is not reccomanded to persons with cinetic issues.There is no lift and is full of stairs to go up to the rooms or down at the pool and sauna.The hotel has no restaurant either.(we got informed straight away about this by the staff but i notice it just in case you do not read it at the services,like i did so..)

Room is excelent. Breakfast is excelent.

Pool is ok, very clean. If the water were to be 3-4 degrees warmer, it would have been excelent. Our daughter could not stay in the pool because it was too cold for her.

Bad

The receptionist named Marian has very bad attitude and he is very rude. He started screaming & offended me when we asked to change our booking ( and asked me why I made reservation with booking and not with the hotel directly . And he said that booking received more money than hotel for that reason he doesn’t want to help) & He asked my age & started giving me suggestions ! This is unacceptable! I've never met anyone worse than him,kicking the Costomer !When I asked to speak with the manager he ignored me & told me “come if u want tomorrow&wait , I don’t know if he would come” . Before our arrival we sent several emails but nobody responded back. We were switched from room our first night because jakuzzi had problem ( the lady from reception (Maria)came to our room and told us that she felt sorry & we should change room ) and our “new” next room had again problem ( bathroom) ( I called her & checked again ). So our first night ruined & early in the morning we packed our luggage & left ( missed 3 night )!My girlfriend and I travel to Europe and outside Europe many times. We know what good service entails. I am not happy with the way i’ve been treated. It doesn’t matter how many stars do you have if the service of welcoming is zero , hospitality plays a fundamental role. You told us that we would have a great stay & u made the best to ruin it . And after all these they asked from booking to charge me 1500 RON for the mess ! Totally crazy!

Nice room. good breakfast and stuff. great view.

The room was very big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as was the staff. The location is good, the swimming pool was a nice bonus. the view is great and the room was quiet.

The stairs to the room are tiring.
