Lovely property but we felt taken advantage of…

Beautiful pool area and rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful hosts.

Significantly overcharged for extras at hotel - Felt taken advantage of. Particularly avoid dinner. We were charged €70 for simple home cooked meal. Double price of 5 star hotel restaurants in Tunis, or even more than we’d pay back in Europe to eat out. Similarly charged for the bottle of water left in room each day. When a stay costs €150 a night you could give this for free? Wine and beer also 2x rates we have seen anywhere else in Tunisia. Real pity because lovely place but left with sour taste in our mouths. Final bill was wayyy more expensive than anticipated and hosts were not transparent with prices.

La convivialité des hôtes, le personnel et leur efficacité pour répondre à tout nos besoin. La cuisine tunisienne du chef. Le lieu, qui est très paisible. La propreté de l’établissement.

Well the property itself was good the stuff were friendly specially The chef was very welcoming.

I didn’t like the fact that I received a confirmation email about room decoration for my Birthday but unfortunately nothing was prepared even I rise the issue in the same day but nothing special was made , I can understand if the property was busy!!! But there were only us and a couple I was expecting that they will pay attention for the simple details that would make a difference. The breakfast was very poor ( breakfast in any coffee shop in town would be better than what I received) for money value it was not fair .

Being back in Paradise!

When you enter the property, it's like coming into paradise. The garden stunning, the hosts are welcoming, you feel like coming home, our room was beautifully decorated, bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed a delicious dinner with wine accompaniment in the garden, the table was tastefully set, the breakfast traditional with seasonal ingredients, it was a pity that we stayed for just one night this time, but we will be back very soon.

Secret Gem of Neubal

It feels like being at someone home but with style and lots of authenticity. I love the story behind the house the picture the textile. Whoever style this maison has great taste! It’s just candy for eyes, mine at least

They didn’t make my room, so I don’t know if it’s not included a daily cleaning, but it was ok. We only stay two nights

A weekend in Paradise

Our room was wonderful decorated, beautiful view into the extraordinary garden, the bathroom was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt so welcome, the garden a place of tranquility and inspiration, the dinner was outstanding and the breakfast delicious. The house was impressive with wonderful details and beautiful pieces everywhere you look. The hosts warm and accommodating, we had definitely a memorable relaxing weekend.

I'm really picky, but everything was perfect.

can’t think of a better relaxing way to stay in Nabeul - staff and proprietors really helpful about everything possible!

a quiet hidden gem

check in was a bit delayed as information from booking.com was not passed onto staff- so we had to change room and then submit passports late at night - otherwise all good!

Paradise

Arriving after a day travelling we entered the gates into a beautiful, tranquil magic garden. The house is spectacular with wonderful touches and objects. The hospitality was exceptional - we didn’t want to leave!!!

Sanctuary for reflection

Exceptional private sanctuary with sophisticated taste and personal warmth. There are many places to retire and sit quietly to enjoy plants, sunshine, and birds.

One of Tunisia's best gems

I honestly cannot praise this place enough. Every touch, from the breakfast to the rooms to the gardens and pool, were excellent. We had such a wonderful and enjoyable stay. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful - always checking in on us to ensure our satisfaction. The gardens and pool gave us a nice respite from Tunis and we had fun exploring Nabeul and the nearby beach towns (Kelibia and Hammamet). My partner and I have traveled extensively in Tunisia and we found Dar El Gaied to be our favorite. We are already thinking about our return visit.

The common areas are slightly run down. The central pond is dirty. Pool very clean.
