Passable pour une nuitée.

Personnel accueillant, à l'écoute. une belle vue à la terrasse (Ville, Mer, Piscine).

Ne dispose pas de plage privée, et il faut traverser une piste pour pouvoir accéder à la plage (souvent y a des chiens).

J'adore venir dans cet hôtel avec de belles chambres spacieuses avec balcon

Le café est très bon et les bars avec écrans et match de foot très bien le soir avec de bonnes bières pression , et bon tapas , et très confortable , la piscine et sa terrasse sont remarquables avec accès à la plage ainsi que le service de voiturier très appréciable

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré notamment le jus d'orange au prix des oranges en Tunisie il serait bien que l'établissement s'équipe d'une machine a orange pressée ça reviendrait moins cher que leur machine qui sert un jus concentré a base d'eau de mauvaise qualité et le café est très bon et les viennoiseries pas terribles. La qualité du jus d'orange est un plus pour l'hôtel appréciable

Les photos sont trompeuses. Rien d'intéressant

La saleté des chambres la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, on a demandé le changement de chambre, c'était de pire en pire.

Expectations vs reality

Nothing , the place was outdated dirty and needs serious reinvoation

I did not like the rude and agressive manager and the unproffessional staff , i did not like the risky ac button that doesnt even work and the misleading information on their website , i did not like also the fraudulent actions they are making like paying for free facilities and charging extra fees that they are hiding from the website to avoid the commission as per the manager words , i did not like the unetchical behaviors and unprofessional attitude , this place has no respects for the guest nor for booking.com , they are forcing me to pay and say that they dont care about the confirmation email or about the agency i booked with , not to mention that the spa section doesnt even exist and no snack bar in the ,this place doesnt even deserve to be published here and it is litterally forced me to pay extra. Also the pictures are edited because the pool and the rooms are smaller than expected , the private beach is 350 meters away and its not facing the hotel , , the elevator is missing maintenance and the rooms need serious reinnovation

Excellent hotel with good breakfast for a price you won’t find anywhere else

This hotel offers great value for money. People who complain about the services or looks of the room should put it in perspective; where in the world could you stay directly at the beach in a private and big hotel room with an excellent breakfast for a price offered by this hotel? It is absolutely recommendable. The staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet super friendly!

For this price and the things offered by this hotel it is not reasonable to have any complaints

Overall good stay good value for money

On my second visit to the hotel. As before the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is good a short walk from the town and next to the beach. The breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs a little attention however I did see work being carried out to improve areas. New mattress and pillows delivered to my room without being requested so improvements being carried out

Superb

This hotel is great value. The staff was kind and helpful, the room is very simple but spacious and clean with a balcony. The pool was great, just a short walk from the beach and 20 min walk from the Centre and the Medina. Really recommend it!

At night my room would smell really strongly of cigarettes (probably because people are allowed to smoke inside in the bar that is on the ground floor). The wifi wasn't great.

It was bad and I will never do it again.

unfortunately there is nothing - just the staff was friendly. The food is ace on the level but acceptable

everything internet - location -the beach is rocky-The hotel is old and the furniture is worn out-The smell of smoke in the reception hall is annoying.

SABHI SABHI SABHI made this place

MOST staff made this hotel bearable, in particular Sapbi. No matter what my issues he went out of his way to comp me and make it right,smiling at all times. If it wasn't for him directly I would of given a two and requested a refund. The young lady and gentleman at reception was happy and helpful .Maintainence man was a star and security man was easy on the eye and happy. Maintanance man Rescued me when I was locked out the balcony for two hours.NO PATIO DOOR HANDLE. BE CAREFUL.(320) Bath SPA did not work Very quiet and peaceful,lovely view. Food was great, greated by a smiling proud chef..... compliments to the chef for the beef. Small choice so not to overwhelm and over eat. No drink is tight though, even water??!! I was disappointed with the WiFi,which was ok in early hours ie 4am but this is because of the resident staff,too many people on it.I know this is Tunisia but the WiFi companies are not dumb,there is a limit. Guests must come first, staff must not. The staff would of recieved top points however the spa woman disgusted me by walking out of her area to the bar and blowing her nose while we were eating. I watched in horror as she leisurely walked around kissing the waiters and rubbing her unwashed hands over everything.IN A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC WITH PEOPLE DYING THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE Pool was amazing with a vigilant lifeguard and quiet sports bar. Very smoky inside so I do not recommend bringing children here. Non residents came in drinking at early hours,it was a nice atmosphere for adult smokers. I as a smoker loved it .Bar snacks were tasty. Alcohol available. Cleaning was on par except for princess spa woman.. Lovely manners and respectful of privacy by the cleaners Beach was literally over a small car park, cleanish and hut so you could buy refreshments. Wild dogs and cats that protected the back entrance from anyone on a bike or in a car...lol...very amusing. Water was wild on the beach but in the morning beautiful.

The amount of small problems was overwhelmingly depressing Bad wifi-seemed better in the dark hours 3am-5am Ants if you so much as left a crumb Unhygienic spa worker who seemed too at home. In the way, distracting others and looking at people like dirt!! She made me very angry. When a guest walks in staff must give way. I don't want to queue behind gossiping staff poking their breasts in my teenage sons face.
