A contemporary spacious luxury 1 bedroom/1 bath sleeps 4. Located on the 2nd floor with easy access via elevator or steps. New listing in excellent condition with very modern high-quality furniture and design, A/C, ceiling fans and tile floors. Large living area with expansive views of Cruz Bay. 2 flat screen cable TVs. Internet. Well-equipped full kitchen, glass dining table seating 6-8, plus kitchen dining counter with 4 bar stools, full-size washer/dryer, 1 luxury queen sofa bed that sleeps 2 comfortably, plus a king bed master suite with its own small patio. Safe in master closet. Check out island sunsets from the a spacious deck with counter high dining table, bar chairs, and a newly installed granite bar, all overlooking the azure waters of Cruz Bay. Includes 1 reserved covered parking space, should you decide to rent a vehicle.
Grande Bay Resort is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and booking agents who can reserve your day sail, power boat, fishing excursion, eco-tour or other relaxing entertainment. Several beaches are within walking distance, with numerous beaches on the north shore only a short taxi ride away. You are also just a few minutes from the people or car ferries which can take you to St. Thomas, the BVI or other nearby islands. Nearest airport is St Thomas International Airport (just a 20 minute ferry ride to St Thomas).
A new ferry service at Crown Bay, located 5 minutes from the airport to Cruz Bay runs twice daily, and arrives at the National Park dock. Latitude Adjustment is just as advertised. It is very modern. The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is right in Cruz Bay and only steps to great restaurants and bars. The property manager, William/Bill was very responsive. The staff at Grande Bay was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time at this place! It was so nice and clean. It is steps from the ferry and everything else in Cruz Bay. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for me, my husband and my 18-year-old son who said the pull out couch was comfortable. The place immediately felt like home and the amenities are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This rental has a great location bc you can walk downtown to the fun. This unit was updated & very comfortable. The mattress was perfect for resting after tackling that Rams Head hike.

I have stayed at Grande Bay multiple times and this was my favorite unit. The upgrades are beautiful! The view is amazing and it is so easy to walk to town. Since the unit is in the first building you don't have any large hills to walk up. You take the first elevator/ stairs in the parking garage and your room is right there. The unit came with everything you could ever need all in the storage unit located right at the elevators. This saves so much money and packing space. I will definitely be looking to book this again on my next visit to STJ!!

Totally pleased with our stay here. We loved the view from the balcony, condo location, and the unit itself was fantastic. Communication with the owner was over the top. The condo was so comfortable and even better than the description. There was a guide book prepared by the owner which answered any question you might have about getting around the condo, Cruz Bay, and St John. Parking was in the garage downstairs which was so convenient and restaurants just steps away. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, coolers, etc., were stored in a convenient locked locker also in the garage area. The only slight inconvenience we had which has nothing to do with the condo itself was that the elevator was down (awaiting parts) so we did have one flight of steps to go up and down during our stay which was not an issue for us. Having a car is certainly an option but not a requirement for getting around the island...it justs depends on how independent you want to be. Parking at most of the beaches can be a bit challenging and we found being at your choice of beach(s) between 0900 and 0930 to work best unless you choose to go late afternoon or elect to catch one of the many taxis which drop you off.
The condo is beautiful and we would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be our choice again if and when we return to St John.

It’s difficult to say enough good things about this property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, the property is beautiful and well-situated, and the location is perfect — walkable from the ferry and in a resort community where the staff was both friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at this condo! The property is beautifully decorated, immaculate and spacious. The location can’t be beat - it’s a simple three minute walk to town which makes going to grab dinner stress free! No need to look for parking.
We loved this property and the property owner and the management at the property were a pleasure to work with!

Wonderful condo. Everything you need. Kitchen well appointed for cooking in. Had a great day at Jost. Would definitely recommend this property. Nice shampoo and conditioner in shower. Just bring a swimsuit and some shorts - maybe a bottle of rum. Will be back soon!!

Fantastic Property!
We absolutely loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment. The property is one of the best we have stayed in and far exceeded our expectations. The condo is immaculate, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in but for those who wish to take advantage of all the great restaurants in Cruz Bay it is a 3 minute walk to "downtown" Cruz Bay and all the shops and restaurants. If you are a diver (which we are) the dive shop is right next door. This is definitely a place we would recommend to friends visiting Cruz Bay and we would stay there again!

The owners and property manager were wonderful to work with. The condo was as stated with a fully stocked kitchen. The only suggestions I have are beach chairs and coolers need a refresh. I’m sure it’s hard getting those items to the island but when you can they need to be replaced. Location and views were great.

I have stayed at GB multiple times and this is by far the most convenient condo we have stayed in to date. From front door to condo to a table at the Beach Bar in less than 5 minutes !! The condo itself was perfect for two teenagers and two adults. Plenty of space and beautiful views from the outside sitting area. Would definitely rent again!! Thanks William!!
