lugares que ofrecen lo que no cumplen

El lugar esta bonito

Lo que te ofrecen en la aplicacion y pagas es completamente diferente a lo que compraste y luego salen con la tonteria de que la aplicacion es europea ,cuando estamos en mexico!! Y tienen fallas con eso ,pero no lo resuelven y te das cuenta hasta que llegas a el lugar y ya pagaste todo por adelantado.. La alberca que te venden como privada es para todos los hospedados , el jacucci igual ,y la habitación tenia gotera y para acabarla en la misma cama .... Y lo peor que no te resuelven nada y no hay rembolso ! Esta pésimo y nada recomendable ...

It was a short stay, but this was my third time staying here and I will use this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is perfect for me. It is near two of my favorite restaurants. The room was lovely, it had a enormous bathtub and the bed was a king and very comfortable. This suite also had a great refrigerator and kitchen facilities.

There was no cutlery or plates and only two water glasses. Other than that it was a great room.

Ok but cost - benefit not in proportion.

Location is amazing Suite #2 "Palapa" has a nice big tub and the room is very fresh during a hot day. Nice view Pool has nice temperature

Several things to consider and improve: Suite #2 bathroom has only half wall which makes it not fully isolated from rest of the room and bathroom door does not close completely. No hot water in the shower. Bathtub was missing bath bubbles and salts , the bottles were empty, we requested but we never got them. Also, this room is not sound proof so be prepared to wake up at 5am due to the neighboors rooster . After complaining to management, we were offered the PH, which has sound proof windows and its more a typical suite . Bed sheets not so comfortable Bathtub was dirty. Breakfast included was ok, no fruit included though. Overall there were several details that could have been avoided before we complained, the staff reacted favorable and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Dont expect any answer after 9pm from front desk, its a small town we understand but when you pay San Miguel de Allende prices you expect at least the same service.

Horrible experience but had good friends we saw

There was not a Breakfast offered to us . Which was stated in the add.

This place is over priced, the first room the air did not work at the time and the refrigerator was unplug and was hot 3 hours later. We asked for another room and everything worked properly . In the morning they said they fixed everything and wanted us to move back into to that room .I told them I didn’t come here to spend my time moving they wanted 2000 peso more to stay in that room. It says dog friendly but no additional fees are stated . They wanted 2000 peso more. We spent 975 us for 4 nights . I called booking . Com what a waste of time they sent me a email stating that every thing was worked out an we would only be staying two days we paid for 4days.I gave them 2000 peso more and that was that . I will never book through any service like this again . You have no recourse at least with your credit card company you can dispute . In final the place looks nice in pictures but needs work out side lights didn’t work no way this place is worth this kind of money . Greg Sanders Ps it says full kitchen but no pot or pans lol.

Convenient location, polite staff, room was cleaned daily, bed was made daily, quiet surroundings, local secure parking.

someone needs to get description right for hotel and they do not take credit card at hotel

no delux king bed rooms and no breakfast included like it says on Booking.com no security at night receptionist was gone by 8 pm would pick up dirty towels and hang them back up instead of fresh ones

Hotel has 8 rooms we had 4 rooms for 10 days It is a beautiful place but not worth the hassal

Was no Breakfast like you said of booking .com Apparently their was a menu which we did not see for the 10 days we were their. Breakfast for them was yogurt and cantaloupe papaya sometime banana with coffee. we were the only customers their 99 per cent of the time and booked 4 rooms. we asked if their were pancakes or eggs they said yes eggs were an extra cost but pancakes were not we received a bill for our breakfast the second last day of our stay and I showed them the hotel policy were breakfast was include they told us no just yogurt fruit and coffee

They do not take credit cards of any kind which we did not know. Found out when we did massages which again was overcharged from price. We received 3 massages and charged us for 4 I thought it might of been the communication problem. But the front dest new we only had three because he sat with one of the massage therapist for an hour because her partner was giving a massage and she had to wait. So we order 1 couple massage and one person booked one right after us,I understand saving water for laundry but when you but your towels in the shower on the floor it usually means you want fresh towels. They would just pick them up and hang them even when they were dirty which you could see. Deluxe King room no such thing. Double bed in standard room. Some of our friends arrived Jan 1st with reservation and no one was their to let them in. They called the number on the gate and rang door bell we had to let them in and find their room. No receptionist at hotel or security at hotel after 9 pm ????? You were on your own. We forgot our room key on evening back at hotel at 8:45 and nobody their to let us into the room. Hot water was an issue it took 20 -30 min to get any. We were very patient with all our problems chalked it up as lack of communication even with google translator. NO kept say sorry but did nothing about it. They told me it was booking .com who was wrong about breakfast and room description. Did not buy that because it is the hotel who gives description and hotel policy to booking .com. Would be nice to know they did not take credit cards, or give breakfast with room price at beginning of stay not after 10 days.

Nice place for relaxing without full comfort.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.

For been a Hotel Boutique, I would expect to have a least a restaurant/bar. So, If there is not restaurant, at least I would expect to have a minimum of kitchen utensils to cook at the room, since you have to bring your own food, water, coffee, drinks, etc.. The towels on the bathroom were pretty limited. The hotel is advertised as "pet friendly", however, they charge $500 MXP for each pet, so, I wonder if they take care of your pet during your stay. I would expect a more diligent staff.

It was ok, mostly, people were nice.

The room was large and nice.

The airlines cancelled our flights 3 times, yet booking.com would not offer any options, saying you selected the lowest cost which was no Refunds. Another thing, all the emails were in Spanish, to which I responded with please use English to no avail. We also said we will bring two small dogs, nothing was said about their cost until We arrived. I finally received a call from the hotel who offered some options, which was a whole lot more than booking .com, whom I shall never use again. They offer a phone number which was useless. No customer service at all! Will never recommend at all!other than

Best place we have stayed in Ajijic so far!

Absolutely, Gorgeous Room a private patio. Lovely mood music on the grounds during the day. Staff was very helpful. The linens were top quality.

WE LOVED IT!

This place is wonderful! After staying one night at another property in Ajijic we were so disappointed we decided to move and found a room available here. It's beautiful the design and architecture is so interesting. Vicky provided exceptional service, we loved every bit of it.
