The property is very well renovated and with 3 bathrooms perfect for a large family. The rooftop terrace is big and gives you sea view. Furthermore the location is excellent, sea, shops and restaurants all very nearby. Highly recommended.

Great house. Super location. Had everything one could need.

This place is a real dream! Such a cute place that’s less than a 2 minute walk to the seaside. Similar walk to dozens of stores and restaurants. Parikia is also home to a lot of cats, so they’ll likely make an appearance outside the door at some point. They’re charming and harmless (unless you happen to be allergic!), so just let them be and you’ll be just fine!
Be sure to have a spritz or two on the rooftop while the sun sets. You won’t regret it!

Great house!!!
Great downtown location. We did zero prep and it was all good. Access to rental cars, bikes....house was very relaxing and Marianna was a great help for the new arrivals.

Two adult couples rented this house for four nights. The description of the house is incomplete and the photos are misleading. The vast majority of the photos (60%) show the rooftop patio, the town of Parikia, and the outside of the house.
What we liked:
Kitchen is good sized and well equipped.
The master bedroom is a nice size and has a king bed.
The second floor large bathroom is good sized with a bathtub, sink, nice counter space, and a very small shower; toilet is in a separate room.
The roof top area has a view of the sunset.
Washing machine.
The on-site property manager is helpful and attentive.
What we did not like:
The second bedroom is extremely small, there is about 10” between the bed and the walls; if the ladder to the lofted bed is left in place there is about 5” of space which impedes getting out of bed. Also, there is no window in this room and it feels very claustrophobic and cave-like. The AC is anemic.
There is no photo or description of the first floor bathroom. This room has a sink, shower and toilet but because there are no walls separating these utilities when you shower, the toilet, floor, walls and sink get wet. Must remember to remove the toilet paper first before showering!
Parking is on the street and, if you get lucky, you will only need to walk 1-2 blocks.
In both bedrooms the closets are very small and have no dressers.
The toilet on the second floor is in a separate room with no sink, there is a small ceiling window with a small hole in the screen.
Entrance to the roof top is through the master bedroom.
Overall, we were very disappointed and contacted the owner to see if we could get a 50% refund on the remaining three nights so we could go to a nearby hotel. She declined. We stayed a second night but moved to a hotel, the other couple did stay for all four nights. The hotel was cheaper, had a nicer, larger bedroom, and provided a very nice breakfast.
This property probably works well for a family where the kids would sleep in the small bedroom and the adults in the master bedroom but it is not comfortable for two adult couples traveling together.

Wonderful - clean, comfortable and convenient.
We had a wonderful stay. The entire process from reservation to departure was smooth and welcoming. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.
One of the most positive aspects of our experience was Spiros, a kind, friendly, and reliable man who welcomed us, arranged all of our transportation needs, and, most important, made us feel that we had someone to contact and rely upon if anything arose.

Super charming, modern and well appointed cottage!
This a beautiful, clean, bright and welcoming cottage. It is a short walk through scenic pedestrian streets to the centre plaza and the ferry terminal. We felt safe and welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Michele’s lovely home! There is a good sized patio and garden that our children enjoyed playing in every day. Michele is thoughtful and very helpful; she even helped us take our bags from the ferry terminal to the home. Her daughter also gave us a few recommendations for restaurants that were very good. Even Michele’s mother (93) was there to greet us and ended up playing some soccer with my 6 year old son! Michele, her family and her home are 100% delightful! If we are ever in Páros again, this is where we will stay.

A little oasis in Paros!
Michele’s place is like a little oasis in Paros. It is so close to restaurants and for walking around the lovely little town, a great base for exploring the beaches (by bus and boat!) and then the rooftop terrace to come home to and enjoy drinks with a gorgeous sunset view. We were met at the boat and escorted to the house, given lots of local tips - great hospitality! It was perfect for a family of five.

Maison de ville avec 2 roof top
Maison très agréable en plein cœur de Parikia. 2 roof top très agréables, l’un pour les repas et l’autre pour admirer le coucher du soleil ! Calme.
Attention beaucoup d’escaliers !
Bon rapport qualité / prix

Perfect House to Explore Paros
This house was just perfect for our family to allow us to explore the beautiful island of Paros. Centrally located, close to the ferry port, bus station, bars, restaurants and shops - but far enough back to be quiet and cool. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, including excellent wifi, with the plus of the wonderful rooftop eating area where we spent most of our time when back at the house. We were met at the port and escorted back by Marianna, who gave us everything we needed to start our holiday off in the best possible fashion.

Location, Location, Location
This little gem of a house is right in the center of Parikia's and easy walking distance to everything. The rooftop outdoor space makes it extra special. The house is clean and great for a smaller group of people. Michele was welcoming and met with us right away when we arrived in town.

Dream holidays in Parikia
My family, parents and 4 kids between 18 and 15 years old, have spent our absolutely greatest holidays in Michele's house. First of all, Michele was wonderfully helpful to organize our holidays from the ferry companies to diving clubs...She organized that her friend Marianne picks us up at the port, even though we have changed our arrival time, Marianne was very easily reachable by phone and changed her organisation according to our new arrival time. Already the 10 minutes walk from the port to the house dived us into idyllic holiday mood...as on the postcards, the white and blue houses, the amazing bougainvilliers, the little streets did lead us to Michele's house....that was absolutely gorgeous and welcomed us with homemade clementine jam and fresh bread. Decorated with taste, it was always nicely fresh thanks to the AC and our favorite place was the top roof to take our breakfast with a nice breeze or to observe the sunset!
Everything we needed was a walking distance away, the small store just next the house, the bigger supermarket 10 minutes away, the beach 2 minutes with a huge amount of little bars and restaurants, perfect to enjoy the wonderful greek food....the agencies to rent cars and motorbikes, all types of stores to bring back souvenirs.....The kids went out on their own, also the nightclub was a walking distance away, they easily found friends to go out with and we were never worried.
If we come back to Paros, we will definitely rent again Michele's house!

This house was one of the best and most pleasant surprises of our summer holiday! Everything about this was easy and enjoyable. The online booking and payments were simple. Marianna, who met us at the ferry port, is a fountain of local knowledge and is a wonderful ambassador for Michele, for the house and for the island. She had baked us fresh bread and left us homemade marmalade. The house itself is very well done. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, and two futon sofas that double as extra sleeping arrangements as needed. On the second floor there were two bedrooms (one master and one for our kids which was a single over double bunk bed). There was a rooftop veranda where we ate our meals and an elevated platform where we took in the beautiful sunsets to the west. It was two blocks from the beach and perfectly located just outside the busy touristy area. There were great restaurants (gyros!) just a block away and a great bakery just a few minutes walk back towards the port. Michele's information in advance was thorough and accurate. Our only regret was not staying longer! We will be back when we can! Merci Michele et Marianna!

The photos do not do this property justice. It is even better than what it looks like online. The location is fantastic. We comfortably slept our family of 5 (kids ages 10, 12, 14). Michele was a great support by email and Marianna was a phenomenal local resource. Not only was she a wealth of knowledge but she also had the fridge stocked with essentials, had baked fresh bread and left us a jar of homemade jam (marmalade). The rooftop veranda is a real treat. We had breakfasts and late dinners there and watched the sunset from the elevated platform. The local "steak house" had great souvlaki and gyros (also to take away). Would stay there again.

great place to relax
in the center of the village, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and bar. if you want to discover the other part of the island, just rent a ATV next to the harbor. and in the evening I liked to enjoy the sunset on the root top.
