Très bon séjour

Tout est vraiment très sympa dans cet hôtel. L'accueil, l'emplacement, les chambres, la literie très confortable.

Les infusions au petit déjeuner ou en chambre ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur de l'établissement (surtout comparé au Hilton ou Golden Tulip)

Suite avec vue pas top top

L’emplacement et la gentillesse

J’ai l’habitude de réserver des suites dans de nombreux hôtels où je voyage, et ici, j’avoue avoir été très déçu, car la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous… Surtout pour des WC, à 350 € la nuit, le minimum, ce serait qu’il soit convenablement fait et qu’il n’y ait pas les traces du précédent Voyageur, au fond de la cuvette… Sans parler des taches Sur les rideaux, et sur la tête de lit… Par ailleurs, s’agissant du lit, il serait beaucoup plus agréable, d’avoir un matelas King size, plutôt que deux matelas à coller, qui crée un effet trou au milieu des deux matelas… Également, il serait judicieux de revoir les fixations du meuble télé, au centre de la pièce qui pivote, car celui-ci est impossible à tenir. Nous avons dû le bloquer avec une poubelle. Par ailleurs, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

A very noisy rather tacky neighbourhood- late night music, noisy , cheap restaurants. Hotel rooms have cramped storage space for clothes. Spa understaffed

An exceptional place to stay and enjoy San Sebastian.

This hotel is one of my favorites in Spain. The location is amazing because of the view and because it’s away from the noise of the city The customer service is excellent and the breakfast is always great. I highly recommend this stay.

Amazing! Beautiful view, perfect location. So close to a lot of museums. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms. Access to SPA and gym.

Globalement satisfait, très déçu de l'impossibilité de recharge mon véhicule

Les chambres sont confortable, l'équipement est appréciable, le nombre de penderie et le mobilier sont de très bonne facture. Globalement un hôtel assez class et Moderne dans l'apparence.

Le parking payant pour les client de l'hôtel. L'absence de chargeur pour véhicule électrique (présence de 6 prises domestique inadapté a un véhicule moderne électrique) difficilement compréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing de de ce prix. De plus la présence de chargeur dans le parking de l'hôtel m'avait été confirmé avant réservation par téléphone .....

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage 😎

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man das Musé du vin und das Bassin des Lumières fußläufig erreichen möchte. Einige Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer/Bad war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig, bei schönem Wetter auf der Dachterrasse 👍

Das Angebot in den hoteleigenen Restaurants korrespondierte nicht mit den Angaben im Radisson Blu TV. Das war schade, aber unser einziges kleines Ärgernis.

Check in Check out pas de sourire, propreté du mobilier de terrasse, au bar lorsque l’on propose une planche de charcuterie iberique on ne sort pas le jambon d’york du petit déjeuner ni l’es barrette d’emmental et surtout on les sort du frigo à l’avance Le personnel d’entretien discute assez fort dans les couloirs le matin des 8h30 Notre chambre la 400 réservée aux personnes à mobilité réduite ??? Donc une salle d’eau avec douche sans protection donc on pathogénies dans les flaques d’eau tout le temps!!!

Un cinquième étage avec une belle vue panoramique.

Pas d’eau dans la douche (c’est une situation a priori exceptionnelle), et donc pas la possibilité d’en prendre une …. Une amabilité du personnel tout juste, rien de trop

Superb

Very good & polite staff. Neat hotel with timely cleaning. Right outside you have many food joints and a small bay, looks lovey to sit outside as well.

If you are keen to stay very very close to the city centre then this is not in the centre. Having said that it is well connected via bus and tram. So you wouldn’t have a problem commuting.

Wine festival

A genuine, warm welcome on arrival, which was appreciated. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed, and the views were wonderful. Easy access to the old town with the tram and direct access on foot to other amenities and events beside the hotel. The spa had a lovely thermal suite, and the rooftop bar had a nice chilled atmosphere. The breakfast was plentiful and was also served on the rooftop with great views of the surrounding area.

Would definitely stay here again when visiting Bordeaux.

Modern spacious hotel with a wonderful roof bar overlooking the river with views to Cité des Vins. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Great location for nearby restaurants and bars. 500m from tramline into the city. Plenty to see and do.

spacious room with a partial view of the river roof top area has a good view of the river and docks, a nice spot for breakfast, coffee and drinks most staff very helpful and welcoming-others on the rooftop bar were a tad pretentious surrounding area is modern and a contemporary aspect of Bordeaux, has more of an European rather than traditional French feel

asked for a quiet room, allocated the 4th floor with the assurance that it was quiet, the 4th floor under the roof top bar-loud music kept me awake beyond 11pm average 10 minute wait for the essential tram ride into central Bordeaux-it’s too far to walk there are no paper drinks menus-they are accessed via a QR code use of portable gas in the breakfast area-strong unpleasant smell unable to use collect Radisson rewards as booking made via booking.com
