Escapada en Burdeos

Habitación muy amplia, cama muy cómoda y personal muy agradable. El desayuno es bueno aunque un poco más de variedad le daría el 10. Parking junto al alojamiento a 20 euros la noche, algo más barato que la media en Burdeos

Por poner algo, la mampara de la ducha se queda corta y se sale un poco el agua al usarla.

Très bien mais peut mieux faire !

J’ai beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner, surtout les œufs brouillés étaient excellents! La déco est plutôt sympa, chapeau pour le rooftop. La location de vélo. Par contre attention de bien expliquer au client comment marche le vélo électrique car j’ai travaillé mes mollets sans le vouloir…

Le restaurant est terriblement médiocre pour le prix. Mes moules étaient trop cuites. Elles sont arrivées froide. Les chips étaient un peu trop humides d’huile.

Good place to use on a visit to BORDEAUX

Location close to the river and in the centre with easy access to local transportation. Also close to restaurants .

Nice location along the river and only 10-15 walk to the old city center. Very nice roof top restaurant/bar. Very good breakfast. Nice rooms with fun details.

Bel hôtel, bien situé. Personnel à la réception très serviable

petit déjeuner : le premier matin, c'était la cata. Une seule personne pour le service, les tables non déblayées, les plats chauds vides. Les personnes autour de nous, qui avaient commandé un plat, ne l'ont jamais reçu. plus de fromage. Heureusement le jour deux, tout était parfait. Mais c'est dommage.

Bordeaux en Indigo c’est chouette…

Le roof-top du restaurant est très beau. Buffet petit-déjeuner varié et complet. Le personnel est charmant, prévenant, et serviable. L’emplacement au centre près de la Garonne est très agréable.

Pas de parking client pour l’hôtel. Celui qui est public est cher 90 à 120 € les six jours.

Gutes Hotel an seht guter Lage. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Mit dem Aufzug Zugang zu den Zimmeretagen nur mit Zimmerschlüssel, damit keine ungebetenen Gäste herumschleichen. Geräumige Zimmer. Aussicht auf die Stadt (Zimmer im 6. Stock). Gratis Mineralwasser in der Minibar (wurde auch nachgefüllt). Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet im obersten Stock des Gebäudes. Strassenbahnhaltestelle in 50m Gehdistanz. Zu Fuss ca. 700m der Garonne entlang bis in die Altstadt. Viele Restaurants auf diesem Weg.

Locatie was top Zalig uitzicht vanuit mooie ontbijtzaal Ontbijt was volledig en lekker Mooi ingerichte kamer + gratis water, koffie en thee op kamer wat ook dagelijks bijgevuld werd Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Mooi ingerichte kamer, maar iets te donker. Raam in kamer kon niet open Oud hotel dat opgesmukt werd, maar hier en daar zichtbaar (verfwerken konden beter + gaten in betegeling van vorige douchestang nog zichtbaar + gang was wat troosteloos en te sober ingericht) Huisparfum is niet voor iedereen aangenaam

Reizendes Personal, super Lage, Frühstück mit tollem Blick, komfortables Zimmer.

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, wunderschöner Frühstücksraum mit gutem Frühstück und tollem Blick. Guter Fitnessraum. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, was ich sehr nett und bei dem furchtbaren Regenwetter auch hilfreich fand.

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar gut und ist auch leise, ich fand es dennoch schade, dass man das Zimmerfenster nicht öffnen kann. In meiner letzten Nacht fand über mir eine Party mit wummernden Bässen statt.

Décoration de la chambre tres sympa mais peinture très abîmée au niveau des placards. Roftop très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal.

Propreté de la salle de bain laissait a désirer avec au moins 4 ou 5 poils ou cheveux retrouvé dans la baignoire et par terre.

the restaurant was very nice with good views and the staff very helpful. The room was suitable and generally well appointed.#The location was good because you had good access to restaurants and access to the river was nice to wlak along, Th etram ws easy to navigate and you could get to the town centre easily

Exceptional from start to finish. Staff were so helpful in all aspects.

Trying to park to unload our luggage was not easy until we found the access point and negotiated the bollard. Hotel car park could not accommodate a car with a roof box.

Disappointing

Staff very friendly and helpful. In room glasses and ceramic cups were an improvement.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Having stayed at this hotel under the Mercure brand we were expecting the breakfast to be better or at least as good if not better but in spite of the price hike this did not prove to be the case. Choice of cereals and accompanying fruit eg fruit salad, prunes etc very poor. On the cold plate only one cheese type and cold meats very limited. Only two fruit juices available which I couldn’t drink. Coffee only available on demand instead of the very convenient coffee station previously available. All this led to staff being occupied fulfilling demands so things were often running out. By the way the ceramic cups in the room don’t fit the supplied expresso machine so had to stand holding them in place. Only a couple of capsules available and no other coffee type available.
