快適だった。

近くのDOUTORの券がセットだったのはありがたかった。チェックアウトが楽だった。

お風呂の換気扇の音や振動が結構響く。それ以外は快適でした。

Very good

It was clean and the room was comfy and quiet. It’s well situated in the Chinatown area. I don’t understand why people say in the comments it’s not so good. I’m used to travel and it was perfectly ok to stay there. It was safe and convenient.

I did a mistake when I booked and took a smoking room. I tried to contact the hotel by email but I never received an answer. I had to go through Booking to get a reply from the hotel, telling me they were ok to change it for a non smoking room but I had to pay a supplement for that. I was surprised that they ask for more money to just do a change between smoking and non smoking??!

the room that weve stayed (rm. 503) was so dirty。theres a lot of stain all over the room and its full of dust and had an unpleasant smell.

The location is close to the subway and Chinatown.

The room was dirty and kind of smelly. I found a used tissue in the hotel handbook, and that disgusted me. The air conditioner is super dusty.

Great location with adequate facilities.

It is the first hotel ever that don’t provide luggage storage service after check out. Think twice if you have any traveling plan on the last day in Yokohama.

great location, but not the most comfortable if not a solo traveller

great location - middle of Chinatown and 15 minute walk to Osambashi pier.

the hotel building and rooms were old, which meant that things didn’t look so clean even though they were. the room also felt small for two people.

Convenient for Chukagai sightseeing

It’s right in the centre of China Town with easy access to the station. You get to enjoy the area and come back to the hotel to relax.

The room was a bit small for a single room but given it’s in china town, and everything is within walking distance, it’s not a big problem.

Disappointing

Decent location right at Yokohama Chinatown, with a lot of food options nearby. The senior man at the reception is very polite. Some younger people at the reception are very limited in English

You cannot open the window. So no fresh air. this is probably fine before the pandemic. But right now it is recommended to have fresh air in order to minimize the risk of Covid. The fans in the restroom can pump in smoke from other rooms.
