Graciosa...our final azores island

Lovely small suite of rooms. Host lives above and is very helpful and welcoming. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is new with a powerful shower. Very central location close to the supermarker, cafes and the bus stop. The bus is easy to use with Google maps.

small kitchen area reminds you of being in an aircraft but everything is there...you just need to be prepared to do the wasung up in a confined space.

The kitchenette was a little too small for my liking. But lots of dining out options available.

The smell in the apartment coming from the moisture, especially in a wardrobe. the sounds from other apartments were heard too well.

Exceptional

Perfectionist accommodation (in the good sense). A lot of useful devices are available. Functioning, high standard. I wish them the kind of "high quality" guests who will appreciate all this.

(In the light of the accommodation being perfect. Actually there is nothing to seriously complain.): The kitchen is functional, but rather small. However, this is quite obvious in the booking process. So everything as expected, and better.

Lovely Apartment in Santa Cruz.

This is a beautiful well organized small modern apartment. It is run by a lovely family who are excellent hosts. There is a nice patio looking at their beautiful garden where you can eat. It is just a short walk to the swimming spots, restaurants and supermarket.

it was a awesome vacation and i would go back to Moniz House again and again.

breakfast was not included and every thing was on a walking distance. couldn't ask for a cleaner place and a better location, just perfect. Mrs. Maria Lucia was very friendly and always available for anything.

A/C in the room would have help a little. but they do have a fan and a dehumidifier witch did help considering the high humidity in the islands.
