the neighborhood of the hotel is a bit complex, felt a bit scary when I went out at night. the room was cosy but basic no water, tea, snacks.

The hotel is wonderful but the area surrounding the hotel doesn’t feel safe especially at night,

It was clean and very comfortable! Everything is modern and the bathroom and shower was exceptional’

The location is not the best. It’s unfortunate because the hotel is very nice and comfortable! The area around the hotel is very scary with lots of drug addicts hanging around especially at night.

Bel hôtel à Francfort

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Donnait sur une cour intérieure paisible et c’était calme la nuit. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. La localisation de l’hôtel est à deux pas de la gare et le centre-ville est facilement accessible en transport en commun.

La rue où se situe l’hôtel et les alentours immédiats sont malheureusement désagréables. Plusieurs junkies jonchent les trottoirs et des gangs d’hommes louchent font en sorte qu’on ne sent pas vraiment en sécurité, particulièrement avec des enfants. Dommage…

gut für ein Kurztrip ( 1 bis 2 Tage)

es war sehr sauber, Betten sind bequem, Lage ist zentral, Frühstück ist zu teuer

da kann das Hotel an sich nichts für aber die drogenabhängigen Obdachlosen sind unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und konsumieren und pöbeln. Kein Ort für Kinder

Superb stay in Frankfurt

Great location. Beautiful hotel lobby. Clean and spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. Walking distance from Hauptbahnhof.

Frühstück gut. Seriösität eine totale Katastrophe. Nie wieder!

Die Frühstücksauswahl war gut und die Qualität frisch. Das Rührei war irgendwie mit Wasser zubereitet und schmeckte überhaupt nicht.

Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer gebucht. Eines dieser gebuchten Zimmer wurde übergangsweise nicht genutzt und ohne zu fragen an eine andere Person vermietet. Wohl gemerkt fand für dieses Zimmer kein Check out statt. Aufgefallen ist mir dies nur, da der Schlüssel plötzlich nicht mehr öffnete und ich nach einem Ersatz fragte. Als ich dann mit dem Ersatzschlüssel das Zimmer betreten wollte, befand sich dort Kleidung einer fremden Person. Auf meine Rückfrage beim Frontdesk, wie das denn sein kann, kam nur Antwort; dass wäre eine übliche Handhabe, wenn ein Zimmer gerade nicht belegt wäre. Mehr kann man auch nicht sagen, dass könnte ich mit dem Management klären. Die Dame vom Management ist allerdings gerade im Urlaub. Eine absolute Frechtheit. On Top kommt zudem, dass mir eine Rückerstattung, da anderweitig vermietet, verwehrt wurde. Das Hotel hat somit für das selbe Zimmer und über den gleichen Zeitraum sich doppelt bezahlen lassen. Eine Beschwerde beim Management The Niu Frankfurt verlief im Sande. Eine weitere Beschwerde bei der Hotelzentrale wurde erst gar nicht beantwortet. Nach meiner Erfahrung kann ich von diesen extrem unseriösen Hotel oder sogar der Gruppe nur abraten.

empfehlenswert für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wenn man auf die Gegend keinen Wert legt

Nähe zum Bahnhof, moderne Ausstattung, super Frühstück mit Blick über die Dächer, kurze Wege in die Altstadt und zur Zeil

Die Lage in der Niddastraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Konsumraum ist nicht gut für ein Hotel. Wir haben uns auf dem Weg zum Hotel nicht wirklich wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Ein gutes Hotel für Zugreisende. Modern, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes und hilfsbereite Pers

Sehr nah am Bahnhof. Dadurch allerdings nicht "Beste Lage" - eben Bahnhofsviertel. Ist aber kein Problem.

Es fehlte ein "Schreibtisch" mit Stuhl im Zimmer.

I wouldnt come back.

For the amount of money I paid, there is no water glass in the room, no coffee station and the soap dispensers dont work. The pillows are too small and uncomfrotable. I was very disappinted.

Pratique pour un court séjour

Hôtel proche de la gare, très pratique. Lit très confortable et chambre bien insonorisée. Taille de chambre correcte. Douche très grand est pression très agréable.

Le quartier n'est pas très fréquentable. Il y a des drogués pas loin. Mais si vous allez directement à la Gare, ça va. Ma carte ne fonctionnait plus après une journée. J'ai du faire 30minutes d'attente à l'accueil pour que ma carte de chambre soit à nouveau en fonction. Manque une bouteille d'eau

Wenn die Lage einen nicht stört ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel :)

Leider gibt es keine glutenfreien Produkte, sodass man mit einer Unverträglichkeit kaum etwas frühstücken kann. Für "normal gesunde" ist das Frühstück allerdings wirklich super und abwechslungsreich.

Alles in allem ein top Kurzaufenthalt in Frankfurt! Nur zu empfehlen!

- Die zentrale Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man beim Hauptbahnhof. - Das nette Personal. Wir kamen um 12:00 Uhr an und wollten unser Gepäck bei der Rezeption zur Aufbewahrung abgeben, aber wir konnten schon früher ins Zimmer.

Die getrennten Betten waren nervig…wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und unsere Betten sind ständig auseinandergerutscht. Aber alles halb so wild.

Nice rooms but thin walls

Nice room and bathroom with spacious shower. The breakfast was very good with good quality food and decent food choices. The receptionist gave me a toothbrush set for free after asking if they would be available.

The hotel is lacking a clear visual indication of the name at the entrance. There is no sign outside and even if you look inside it is not directly clear in which hotel you are. Another couple waited for 30 minutes in the lobby only to realize that they were in the wrong hotel. The walls of the rooms are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors talking or hear the TV. I had to use ear plugs.

Nice hotel in a bad neighborhood

The room was very nice and cozy . The bathroom very clean . The area is not good though. It is full of drug users .

Que no nos limpiaron la habitación en 4 noches, únicamente solo el último día que nos hicieron la cama y cambiaron las toallas, por el precio que se paga me parece que no está bien.

Schönes, komfortables Zimmer, schönes Bad, super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, Lage prima in Nähe zum Bahnhof, allerdings Bahnhofsviertel, aber das macht mir nichts aus.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, jedoch war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat uns einen Wasserkocher kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend von der Größe. Unser Hund durfte gegen einen Aufpreis von nur 15€ übernachten.

Nah am Bahnhof gutes Frühstück

Zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof und doch sehr ruhig. Toller Frühstückraum im Obergeschoss mit netter Aussicht. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, für ein oder zwei Übernachtung aber völlig ausreichend.

Nice, affordable place to spend a night when catching an early train

Great location right across the road from the Hbf. Great price, comfortable and clean.

No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms or the hotel. No wash clothes in the bathroom. Area is “gritty”, as it can be around main train stations but of course this is completely beyond the hotel’s control.

Ein schöner abenteuerlicher Kurzaufenthalt

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Nachbarzimmer hat man nicht gehört, nur die zufallenden Türen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt es auch Tiefgarage, worüber ich sehr glücklich war :) Der Hauptbahnhof war 5min vom Hotel entfernt. Vom Hotel konnte man in 15min an der Messer oder in der schönen Altstadt zu Fuß sein.

Leider gab es kein Personal für die Bar, daher war diese dauerhaft geschlossen. Jedoch lag das Hotel in einer Nebenstrasse vor dem Hauptbahnhof. Dadurch kam man gleich in Kontakt mit der "öffentlichen" Drogenszene. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und Sie haben auch darauf geachtet das keine unbefugten Leute reingekommen sind. Rezeption war immer besetzt. Polizei war tagsüber auch sehr präsent vorhanden.

Good vibe, clean premises, near the central station.

The hotel is value for money, since the hotel is in great shape for the amount that you pay per night. It is located in the city center and very near to the central bus and train station which is convenient.

Unfortunately the city center has some dangerous areas/roads, the police is trying to keep the situation under control but still some roads near the hotel better avoid walking especially at night.

I have no negative comments about the hotel and the staff.. we had a very nice stay.. the location is very close to the main train station and big groceries. We really liked the hotel.. definitely It was worth the money we spent

The only issue we noticed the hotel area has so many homeless and drunk guys here and there .. it wasnt friendly to walk out/in with my family.
