Busy Spring Frankfurt

I have stayed here several times and the hotel was as expected. Great staff, excellent hospitality, excellent takeaway breakfast and peaceful quiet room as requested.

Perfekt für eine Übernachtung.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück war ungewöhnlich vielseitig. Nicht außergewöhnlich, aber da habe ich schon andere Sachen erlebt.

Staff interaction ruined my day….

Loved everything and would have liked to give a perfect score (money-value ratio) , staff was generally really warm and friendly but… one incident ruined it for me :-(

I was video calling friends and family from overseas (Australia) (which may have interfered with the quite ambience of the breakfast arrangement) but for which I was publicly and loudly reprimanded for! It ruined the day! The facilities at the breakfast cafe are not conducive for open phone and VC communication, which I understand, but the terse nature of “don’t use video calls here!” was unacceptable. Maybe more cultural and interpersonal training would be useful here, as in my country this is very common. P.s. I am also convinced it is outside any Hausrechte to disallow guests their phone and video call communication. I understand its nuisance , and I agree, but a more gentle and “to the side” hint would be much more beneficial for all parties. My Japanese’ friends’ looked quite terrified! P.S. the narrow stair case and missing lift link to each level made the handling of 35kg travel luggage a bit of a challenge!

My favorite hotel

I have booked this hotel already like 6 times. The breakfast is delicious, the location is very conveniently next to the train station (huge plus after a whole day of travel by train) and the staff is very friendly. Honestly my favorite hotel of all of my journeys. A tip to fellow travellers by train: Leave Frankfurt Hbf at the left exit, you will see it immediately after you leave the station.

Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Frühstück ist ausreichend und schmackhaft.

Wir sind immer rundherum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft in Ihrem Hotel. Waren schon mehrfach in Ihrem Hotel und auch immer sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist auch immer höflich und freundlich.

Nichts hätte besser sein können, denn wir sind immer sehr zufrieden.

Breakfast was good. We have a variety of choices of bread, cheeses n drunks. Value for money. Staff is polite, friendly n approachable.

The lift to the highest level @4th floor is at mid level, 3/4. A bit tough for us as we have to carry our heavy luggages up the stairs. Luckily my hubby could manage it.

The convenient location near the railway station made our travel plans effortless, and the soundproofing provided a peaceful and restful atmosphere. I must mention the delightful breakfast that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The fresh and delicious options started our day on a high note. The attentive staff ensured everything was replenished promptly. The outstanding customer service from the entire staff deserves commendation. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with inquiries or requests made our stay enjoyable. Our one-night stay at your hotel near Frankfurt Railway Station was remarkable. We appreciate the attention to detail, the convenient location, and the warm hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. Thank you for providing such an excellent hotel experience in Frankfurt. I want to mention one thing - the hotel elevator is on a little lower floor and goes up one and a half floors. For instance, if you stay on the second floor, you must climb an extra 1/2 to get in, making elevator usage slightly uncomfortable.

Wonderful oasis before your next stop.

The location is good, very close to the main station. The room is not big, but it’s enough for one person with one huge luggage. The breakfast was simple with basic options like bread, cheese, and coffee. But this is actually ok because I was about to fly so more food was expected on the plane. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was quiet, at least no noise was captured by me during the night. The shower was awesome, hot and strong water, very refreshing.

It’s definitely fine for one night stay before your next journey. Longer time in this small room may not be that’s pleasant.

We spent one overnight before our flight from Frankfurt. Everything was nice and almost perfect.

We didn't like the stairs to the lobby from the Gate. We had heavy luggage with us. So every time it was a hassle.

very friendly, clean central and at a very good price

as a tourist you should know that the area near frankfurt Station may be a bit dodgy some times. This particular hotel is across the road from a police station, so I guess it is a good location

I like how the room is clean and comfortable. The receptionists were also friendly and kind. Overall, my stay in Frankfurt was relaxing and rewarding!

The location was nearby the train station, which may be a little bit scary at night. It would be helpful to provide some advice on going out at night.

Hotel has elevator but it stop on half floor (1-2 and 3-4) If you stay on 2nd floor, you will walk up half floor. It difficult for heavy luggage.

I stayed here in order to be close to the main train station in Frankfurt. And it was perfect in that regard. But as other reviews mentioned, the downside is that the area is also quite sketchy and near to the red light district.
