my go to hotel in Kathmandu, perfect location & just a great hotel.

Staff just so nice, same people there for a long time. always remember me & that just makes my day :) rooms are good size, beds comfy and bathrooms clean with all working. My go to hotel in Kathmandu.

I was really pleased to find this hotel. Excellent location. Wonderful staff.

The staff were exceptional. Welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was greeted like a long lost friend on arrival and departure as well as every morning at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing. The minor problem with the air-conditioning was quickly resolved and I was moved to another room while the problem was sorted out.

Great staff, great location and clean spacious rooms with great aircon

Very attentive staff, great location and the rooms were great also. Very clean rooms with a great bathroom. Bathroom had lots of clean towels, body wash and complimentary toothbrushes for us. Breakfast was also delicious- stand outs were coffee and omelettes

Superb in Katmandu

Courtesy taxi from the airport was amazing and I was grateful for it as you are bombarded as soon as you walk out the airport. Location was very good, to just wonder and walk around the city which was great, lots of cafe, restaurants, museum of fine art, smaller galleries to drop into. Hotels breakfast and restaurant was very good, and had varied menu. AC came in very handy, firm mattress, very friendly, helpful staff - Thank you

친절한 직원, 깨끗한 룸.

직원들이 친절합니다. 조식도 투숙객의 일정에따라 유동적으로 운영되는 듯 보였습니다. 객실도 청결하게 유지되고 있습니다.

조식당쪽으로 창문이 나 있는 방은 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 조식준비를 위한 이른 아침부터 점심에도 식사 손님이 방문하고 저녁에도 바깥소음이 들립니다.

コスパ最高のいいホテル、スタッフも親切でとてもいい宿泊でした。

朝食が品数が多く、コーヒーやオムレツを注文に応じて作ってくれます。食事会場は中庭にも席があって開放感があります。部屋は広いし、アメニティも十分あります。空港送迎も付いているのでとても助かりました。

窓ガラスが薄いのか外の騒音が入ってくる点。街中にあって便利である反面、窓から見える景色が隣のビルの窓だったところ。

スタッフが非常に親切でチェックアウトの時間延長も対応してくれた。客室の水のペットボトルも1リットルを2本毎日補充してくれて助かりました。　お湯も各部屋毎にボイラータンクがありちゃんと熱いお湯がでます。

金庫が無かった点と部屋のスリッパは欲しい。靴で部屋に入るのだが、ネパールは野良犬や猿、鳩の糞がそこら辺にあるため知らないウチに踏んでる可能性があるのでホテルの入り口に靴の洗浄用マットや洗い場があれば良いと思う。　流石によごれた靴で部屋に入るのは床が不衛生で怖い。

Best location with nearby restaurants and shopping street. Reception and staff is very helping. Fantastic breakfast and very tasty food at dinner. Money exchange anytime at reception with best rate. Complementary pickup at airport and onsite tour organiser was very comfortable and convenient.

Water heater in bathroom is too small and capacity is just for 1 person and have to sit for 30 min for 2nd person bath.

Hotel muy limpio con un personal muy educado, están pendientes de todo. El desayuno es sencillo, bufet pero muy completo, no necesita nada mas. Está muy buen situado y sin ruido en Thamel. Totalmente recomendable.

Raport calitate pret excelent

Nota 10 pentru personalul hotelului. Se pot aranja excursii, transferuri prin intermediul hotelului. Schimbul valutar de la hotel este ok. Locatie buna, la aproximatix 2 minute de Thamel. Mancarea de la restaurantu hotelului este gustoasa. Micul dejun.

Cearceafurile de pat sunt putin trecute de vreme. Camerele nu sunt izolate atat de bine fonic, se aude zgomotul din strada.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very good value for money

Clean hotel and very friendly personnel. Also very comfortable beds and nice rooms. I was ill for most of my stay but the people took good care of me and checked in with me on how I was doing. Helped me with some health care consulting about which hospital to go to as well.

The first night I heard mice walking in the ceiling floor. I couldn't sleep because of this. However, the staff handled this directly and gave a much better room.

Really great hotel

This hotel is like an oasis in the craziness that is Thamel. I loved my stay at Jampa, staff are helpful, friendly and will organize anything you need. Breakfasts are good as is the restaurant food, I ate in the restaurant each night and the food was really good. My room was big, clean and comfortable as was the bathroom.

Really free late-night pickup (23:39)at the ITV airport of KTM. Every Jampa employees are all very nice to assist me to check in and let me take a good rest soon after my 14 hours flight and transit from Kaohsiung Taiwan.

The electric power ports of my room doesn’t work with Zendure power charger for the mobile phone charging. Very curiously!

Great place to start your trip to Nepal.

Very happy with our stay at Jampa. From the airport pick-up to the check-out, this is a great place to stay in Thamel. Breakfast was really good with great coffee. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were fantastic. Not easy to match the highly rated reviews but they do! Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

Some rooms dont have fridges. However when I asked for a room with a fridge I was allocated one.

Excellent hotel, fully corresponds to the description, ideal for families and individual travelers. The hotel is located in a tourist area. Shops/restaurants within walking distance. Delicious breakfast, fresh fruit every morning. Stable wi-fi. There were no problems at work (frequent videoconferences). Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, if any difficulties arise, it immediately helps :)

Happy new Zealand couple

The omlette and coffee was a great start to the day The staff looked hard for our bags, which had been collected by the trekking company. We had two trips, Bhaktapur and Chandragiri Hills organized by hotel, both guides and driver Mansing very competent. Delivered to airport with great Jampa car and driver.

We stayed pretending, between treks, and after trek. The staff were always very nice The Ned very comfy. The breakfast omlettte and coffee was much appreciated

Everything was good. Taxi drivers had trouble finding Jampa at times but perfect location.
