Hotel con camere spaziose e pulite

Hotel pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Camera spaziosa, bagno grande. Abbiamo provato anche la colazione (circa 7€ a persona) e non era male.

La zona non è centralissima in quanto per raggiungere la piazza Mohammed V ci vogliono 30 minuti a piedi e per raggiungere la Moschea di Hassan II quasi 1 ora.

Séjour de tout confort sans nuages,super.

Très copieux et beaucoup de choix.l’emplacement exceptionnel exactement ce qu’il nous fallait.la gentillesse et la disponibilité de toute l’équipe.un grand merci à IQRAM pour sa gentillesse et son sourire (malgré le froid 😜)aussi merci à SAMIR et toute l’équipe de la sécurité.nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons cet hôtel pour ceux qui veulent visiter CASABLANCA.a très bientôt. FOUZIA et BRAHIM vous remercient encore.

Une petite théière serait appréciable.

Magnifique et excellent, à refaire

Le personnel accueillant , très sympa et à disposition. Zouhair, Oumaima, Yassmine, wahid , que du v Bonheur. Un manager aussi coopérant. Les agents de sécurité serviables, Samir et Youssef . Séjour magnifique.

Nice hotel for business stay or for tourism

No bidet in the toilet like the most hotels in Morocco. It would be good to have a little showerfor toilet because as there's no space for bidet

A very nice suite

1- The location and the view were good. 2- The room is large and has a lot of facilities like a kitchen and a desk for working. 3- The staff were nice and friendly.

1- The smell of the room was not the best as the room has a kitchen, seems someone was cooking fish there! 2- The location of the hotel is not central and not on the main road, so it's better to reach using a car instead of walking.

Spacious and strategic hotel near tram and station

The best part is the room and bathroom. It was really spacious and clean. The location of hotel is near the tram station and station Casa Voyaguers. The tram system was very comfortable to going around the city (use Place Al Yasser halte).

The receptionist were not answering our calls mostly. We had troubles with the kitchen and amenities but it is difficult to tell the staff hotel. Fortunately in the end we could solve the problem. The mineral bottles are only given in the first day, since we spent 3 nights, it was a bit weird.

Exceptional

The staff there especially someone called Fatine on reception made our stay amazing! she helped us on anything we needed and made sure we were always safe with any place we were going. I couldn’t thank her enough for making us feel so comfortable at kyriad residence. Definitely will be booking here again and the rooms are a good size, a nice and quiet location too.

Kyriad - oasis of comfort and special design

We liked a room that was well designed and comfortable as well as the hotel itself. The room had also a small kitchen so you can make tea or coffee and even cook something. We also liked the staff that was helpful and pleasant, especially hotel receptionist Dunia who is not only beautiful but also high professional! She was always ready to help. We like the hotel location as it is situated only 15 minutes on foot from the station Casa Voyageurs. We would certainly stay at Kyriad next time. One more thing: it is really very good value for money!

Great time and More

The Location of the hotel was Amazing. Is located at the heart of the city of Casablanca. A mini kitchen has been setup in the rooms and is equipped with all the things you need In a kitchen Their rooms smells good and it welcomes you at the first entry. their customer services was prompt and speedy. thanks to Wahid and fatine they were excellent in their work. Please there should be a bonus for them they really working hard.
