Nem működött a villany kapcsoló a fürdőben, amit egy üvegfal választott el az ágytól. Áramtalanítani kellett a szobát, hogy tudjunk aludni. Jeleztük a gondot, kártérítést sem kaptunk. Nincs jó helyen. Ráférne a felújítás. Törött csempék a WC mögött, elkopott kilincs, nyikorogó lift, koszos ablakok, foltos függöny, koszos lobby és étkező székek.

Excellent service

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir! Le staff est tellement à l'écoute. Mention spéciale à Khadija du Housekeeping, Lamia et Lmdasny au restaurant et les 3 voituriers, Younes Mohamed et Mazine. Le lobby a entièrement été rénové récemment et le résultat est magnifique. Je reviens à coup sûr inshaa Allah

Belle chambre, petite mais jolie.

L'emplacement laisse à désirer, le quartier est horrible. Le personnel, à l'exception de ceux de la réception, semble peu compétent, bien que très aimables. Au sky bar, personne ne nous a accueillis ni pris notre commande, et la serveuse n'a pas bougé, a la fin, nous sommes partis sans manger. Le lendemain, notre café au lait était imbuvable et le thé à la menthe s'est avéré être juste du thé noir sans menthe, malgré notre confirmation avec le serveur. Il est surprenant de constater que tout le personnel du bar et du restaurant doit avoir 18 ans ; ils semblent souvent désorientés. Un suivi plus rigoureux devrait être assuré dans un établissement classé cinq étoiles.

The worst hospitality during my 3 weeks in Morocco. Terrible way to end my stay.

The room service burger was ok.

Honestly the front desk staff (I hesitate to say concierge) was so snippy and rude to me when I checked out this morning that it overshadowed the entire experience. This was my fourth trip to Morocco . This time I was in the country for 3 weeks. I stayed in Fes, Oujda, Larache, Figuig, Tangier, Essouira, and thus was my last night in Morocco. I decided to stay in what I thought was a more upscale hotel. It was my worst experience in Morocco. I’ve always felt like this country excelled in hospitality… even set the bar for all other countries. So disappointing. I would never recommend this place. And definitely wouldn’t come back.

Un hôtel haut de gamme sur Casablanca centre

Le confort des chambres et des équipements, la propreté et la situation géographique. La piscine sur le rooftop est top ainsi que le bar juste à côté. Très agréable pour se détendre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel en particulier par la réceptionniste Omaïma qui a été très attentionnée et a pris soin de nous. Merci à toute l’équipe. On reviendra !

Staff were so helpful in giving us directions to walk several places, storing our luggage, calling our tour operator to confirm.

We had just arrived and converted money. We only had larger denominations. It would have been nice if the front desk had been able to change out a larger denomination bill for smaller ones for tips.

Достаточно обычный Рэдиссон. Ничего особенного и выдающегося отметить не могу, кроме хорошего сервиса и приветливого персонала. Парковка бесплатная.

Местоположение оставляет желать лучшего. До набережной далеко, придется идти через Медину. Вокруг нормальных ресторанов нет, ресторан в отеле достаточно дорогой, но порции хорошие 😸

In het hotel voel je je heerlijk en heel luxe. Buiten is het wat minder helaas.

De geüpgraded kamer ( junior suite ). Helaas gaf de dame een ander kamer, terwijl ze heel goed wist dat ik een upgrade had naar een junior suite.

The stay was uncomfortable as I couldn't contact reception or room service from my room. I had informed the hotel in advance, requesting a clean and prepared room. Upon check-in, we had to wait for staff to rearrange the beds as we asked for separate beds in both rooms. We had to request sheets and toiletries twice, and still didn't receive all the toiletries. Upon returning at night, we discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. The most disturbing part was receiving an extra duvet with blood stains on it. I do not recommend this hotel. While I initially considered booking again, I've changed my mind and would not recommend it.

Radisson should look closer at keeping their Room standards as at other locations.

The Manager Mr Ahmed Egyptian guy was very polite and helpful. I discussed my troubles with him and he did what he could. which made my stay a bit more comfortable. Probably I would have cancelled the booking and left, but I didn't. Breakfast was good. Although the space is a bit crampedup. They also do make egg omellete but the chef forgot to add vegetables to the omellete.

Shower and toilet area are differnt rooms with different doors in the same room. Not all the toilet and bath facilities are in one place. Their is literally not exhaust working in the bathroom. so the bathroom is full with mist and vapour in 2-3mins, surely thats not enought time for a shower when on holiday. No windows that you can open either to have some ventilation. I understand this is Morocco and not EU or USA but then this is Radisson Blu and not some local hotel.
