One block away from the beach!!!! Had a minor issue with the property, called the property Manager , very friendly , and she took care of the situation immediately. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and fun events. Excellent visit!!!

Great location, short walk to beach and maybe 15 minutes walk to the restaurant and shopping strip in Venice. The place was, comfortable, clean and relatively spacious, the owner and property manager were helpful, and the price was good. But it’s a “no frills” unit, in a lot beautiful building. If you’re looking for a gorgeous or pretty place, this isn’t for you. If you want a clean and affordable place a short walk to the beach, this is it.

Condo is large with plenty of space for five of us. It is a little dated but very clean. Perfect for our needs. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach depending on how much your are carrying. Nice beach nearby. Would stay here again.

It was our first time in Venice, Florida. Great location 300 ft to the beach. Can walk to downtown. This place was huge! All necessary things were in apartment, including tons of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and toys. Grill area outside. We met the property manager, and she was wonderful, giving us ideas and tips where to go and where to dine. One of the best vacations! Thank you! We definitely will be back!!

Pros: Nice size, good location, Clean. Washer and Dryer, beach toys, cooler Cons: Some items were tired and need replaced or fixed. Master bed was lumpy and desperately needs replaced. Ice Cube trays leaked. Would I stay here again? If it had a new bed - yes

We enjoyed being within short walking distance of Venice beach and close to downtown. We had everything we needed from linens, towels, kitchen items, and beach toys.

Although the accommodations were extremely clean and bathrooms were updated nicely. The kitchen was clean and satiisfactory. However, the beds and mattressees were terrible. They were the worst we have ever encountered on any of our trips This definitely had a negative effect on our ability to sleep. Also, there was a red couch in the living room that had broken down cushions and was so hard we could not sit on it. Also, the picture we saw on lline had totally different furniture than was actually there. Most furniture was outdated..We did find the unit was well-stocked with amenities. The 2 star rating was directly related to the mattresses and the couch, all of which should be replaced immediately.

The location of the condo is great. About 1 block from Venice Beach and maybe 6 blocks to Historic Downtown Venice. The condo furnishings are all quite dated. Both the mattresses are very worn out as are the pillows and sheets. Even though the sofa opens out to a bed, don't expect anyone to want to sleep on it. I understand there is a new property manager for these condos who told me she was beginning to rehab and improve these condos. Hopefully this happens soon.

Location is great, however, it’s not a “luxury condo” as advertised. Furniture and linens are worn and dingy. Shower has mold, cleanliness is poor. Needs paint, new couch and mattress in master, and a more thorough cleaning service. Property manager responded well when needed.

We liked the location and the house was roomy enough for four women. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. There are a number of things that could vastly improve the rental, however. The property outside the building was a mess. The patio needed cleaning up badly. On the street in front of the house was a discarded sofa and lawn chairs which were there the whole week we were there. We would suggest the following in order to make the place better: New broom & dust Pan Bar Soap for bathrooms Dish soap New matching towels for bathroom New refrigerator with ice maker or fix the door so it stays shut Fix the leaky faucet.in the kitchen We did appreciate all the beach chairs and floats as well as the abundance of extra wash cloths and towels, even if they didn’t match.

Very clean spacious first floor one bedroom unit. The bedroom is massive with double sinks. Patio out back. There was towels and beach chairs to use the beach is super close. Very covienent close to town.

Great stay, overall! Located an easy 5 minute walk to a wonderful beach (shark teeth, warm water), and a 5-10 minute drive to the cutest downtown ever. We had breakfast at The Upper Crust Bakery & Cafe every day -- highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the bottom floor and had access to outdoor patio. We sat outside more than we were inside. Very clean inside and very roomy. The property manager, Richard and his wife Kathy were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We really enjoyed hanging out with them.

We couldn’t have found a better listing! Second time staying at this property, first time staying in this specific unit. The entire process is straightforward and the location is ideal - just a quick walk down to the public beach. So comfortable with all the beach and kitchen ware you might need. We look forward to booking again in the future!

Great deal, very spacious, 2 bedrooms with good privacy. Back patio. One block to the Venice Public Beach. Only drawback ceiling is thin so overhead noise can be heard.
