Property was very very clean and had just the right amenities for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this place for a family that wants to cook in and enjoy dinner around the table because it that part of the home is small and not very conducive for that kind of thing. But if you want to just enjoy the Sarasota area, this is ideal and again super clean and quiet neighborhood located very close to the beach.

The screened-porch was very nice. The kitchen was smaller than I remembered from the pictures, but, we didn’t cook. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! It was a little hard to find. The beach is close- but, for us a short drive. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and we were close to family in Venice Beach.

This house has a nice amount of space and is in a quiet neighborhood. However, the beds were old and uncomfortable & the pillows were flat. Some of the furnishings & kitchen equipment were well worn. Red tide prevented us from being able to use the beach (March 2023) but this unit's location is convenient to Venice and Sarasota.

Felt great to get away from Wisconsin winter. The accommodation was nice and cozy. We especially liked being able to walk to beach, a couple of nice eating places and a fishing spot we'll keep secret. Enjoyed our stay.

This property was in an excellent location for our family, close to Nokomis Beach and a couple of great restaurants and convenience/beach stores. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with anything we needed for our stay. Loved the big screen porch in the backyard and the outdoor shower to remove sand from our days at the beach. Two private parking spots and keyless check-in were very handy. Easy access clean and well equipped. Provided were two new beach chairs and additional beach chairs and equipment. All you need for trips to the fine gulf beaches. A good family choice.
