About this villa rental

Large and beautiful villa, recently built, located at Km 10. 3, just 300 meters from Migjorn Beach, on a private land of 25,000 meters 10,000 intended for garden, parking area, and pool.
Inside we find a spacious living room with 5 meters high, relax area, with sofas, panoramic TV, satellite, DVD, etc. connecting with the kitchen there is a large living room overlooking the garden with a table for 10 people,
The kitchen is very well equipped and is very spacious; It has a central island and has all the necessary appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, ...).
On the ground floor we find the first bedroom with double bed and an extra bed, giving a terrace directly to the pool the bedroom has its own large bathroom with shower open to the sky.
the second bedroom has two beds or double bed to suit the client a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a private terrace with its own chilaut accessible from the room.
The third room is a room in the kitchen area away from the rest of the guests' life with an extra bed for the service, babysitter, etc.
On the upper floor we find a seating area (loft) with a double bed. In addition another 2 rooms with double beds; one suite and another with a private balcony with great views to the outside and with its own bathroom in the hallway.
Outside there are 2 porches furnished with sofas and armchairs 2 Balinese beds for a real relax in the garden surrounding the large pool. terraces with table for 10 people.
The house is very well decorated with careful details and above all very wide in all aspects.

Any extra electricity costs arising from improper use of the facilities will be charged on the refundable security deposit.

We arrived and there was no remote control for the main gate. So I got on my knees in the dark as the host told me to via telephone and had to find some sort of greasy button inside the motor casing - then we could pull open the gate by hand. Next thing: no water. the pump had caused a short circuit so we couldnt even use the toilets for the night until I found the cause next morning. Wifi: did not work. Allegedly the wires had been mixed up by the cleaning women. Advice of the host via telephone: Why dont you use your own telephone as hotspot, that's what I always do when I come from Italy. And so on. House is in a poor shape, keys missing, kitchen aplliances not really fitting and so on. Streeet is very loud in the night. In the end they wanted to tell us that we had lost a key for a terrace door that had not been therer from the start. Stay away is my advice.
