Gorgeous, updated beach house with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths steps away from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the amazing Grayton Beach. Our home is newly renovated/furnished with a large, heated saltwater swimming pool and is within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants.
The comfortable, remodeled beach home provides a one of a kind floor plan that allows for kids and parents to have their own space. Relax in the large living room or porch and have the kids play in the bonus room with a TV for movies and a TV for gaming. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Lots of room for everybody!
The house features 3 large porches, one on each level. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach from the upper porch. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - 2 br & 2 baths on the main floor and 2 br and 2 baths on the second floor. The home comfortably sleeps 12 with a (maximum of 8 adults) with 2 kings, 2 fulls, 2 sets of twin bunks and a LoveSactional that may be converted to a queen bed.

Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

Our stay was wonderful…..beautiful home with alot of space for our large family to spread out….all the beds were comfortable as well…very nice floor plan with nice porches…..tasteful decor with abundant amenities and the most well thought out stocked kitchen we have ever had in any rental! The pingpong table was a fun extra and the pool was just wonderful!! Its just a few minutes to the beach! The owner definitely aimed to please! Every time we texted her with any question or request she immediately responded. We would definitely rent again!

We have been the Grayton Beach area several times in the past and have stayed at different homes. This was the best by far. Ronee is the perfect host and very responsive. The home has everything you need, has plenty of space, has a great pool and is just a great space for a larger family. The walk to the beach is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was just a great experience for everyone involved. Thanks again Ronee and see you again soon hopefully!

This property was in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Everything was very clean and functioning. This property is very well taken care of. We loved the location of the home and all of the attention paid to the little “extras”..(nice beach supplies, everything imaginable supplied in the kitchen, cleanliness etc.). Communication was fast and easy. The pool area was wonderful and our kids loved the screened in ping pong area! Walking to the beach was short and easy. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the bike trails and grayton beach state park. The home was the perfect place to meet up with friends and spend a week in the water!

Best experience we’ve ever had renting a house. The house itself is beautiful, well laid out. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants like Red Bar. The pool is terrific, we spent so much time there. The thing that makes this house REALLY special is Ronee. She’s incredibly thoughtful and efficient. A nice welcome basket including a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Even when there was a problem, Ronee was terrific. A contractor working next door cut a cable and we lost Wifi/TV for a while. Ronee was all over it. Sent the property manager right away, got the WiFi company contacted quickly, and solved the problem. Then she had someone bring us a gift certificate to a local restaurant to apologize for our troubles. Truly exceptional customer service!

We had the most lovely stay! I can't say enough. The host Ronee was BEYOND helpful and ensured our stay was seamless! Communication A++. The home had what we needed from beach towels to kitchen spices. We cook a lot and she had all the pots, pans, cutting boards etc. The pool was great and used by all! It was also really helpful flying in and there being chairs and a beach tent for us to use. So nice to be able to walk to restaurants, AJ's, Red Bar, the general store etc. Highly recommend Grayton and this home!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie! We love Grayton Beach and Sea La Vie was the perfect house for us. The house is roomy, clean, and comfortable, and Ronee greets you with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with some special treats! She also provides all the essentials, such as paper products, cleaning items, beach chairs and towels. You will find all the kitchen items you need - plenty of pots and pans, and also Tupperware to easily store any leftovers.
The pool area is large and beautifully landscaped. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and the Gulf was sparkling!
If you want a stress-free vacation in a beautiful well-maintained home, you should definitely consider Sea La Vie.

5 adults and a one year old spent a week at this property. Great location, very clean and open. The pool was key after spending time on the beach. There is a grill for cooking outdoors and ample parking.
Ronee (owner) was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We determined upon arrival that one of the pool umbrellas was broken. Sent her a text and 2 days later a new one showed up.
30a area in general is pretty crowded, but Grayton is just enough off the beaten path to not feel overwhelmed by the number of people. We enjoyed the stay and loved the house. We will return.

We rented this wonderful home for our family summer vacation. We had 3 couples and four kids ages 8 to 18. Honestly, we can’t think of one thing we didn’t like ! The layout was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the two living room/ TV areas. The kids loved the ping pong area. There was PLENTY of parking and the pool was delightful. We have rented many summer vacation homes all over Florida but this one was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, paper products and the kitchen had everything you could want, right down to an electric juicer ! We love Grayton Beach and we love this house. We will definitely be back !

First I want to say how great Ronee is- so considerate, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The home is roomy, comfortable, immaculate, beautiful, with artistic beachy touches. We were a family group of adults and young kids - the pool was a definite plus as some weather events had the ocean pretty stirred up. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and is so amazing. The neighborhood is very peaceful. If we ever are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Our trip was amazing and we are already planning the next time we can come stay here! The house was perfect for our group! The location is great… short walk to the beach, off the beaten path, and still close enough to get to shops and restaurants with just a short walk/bike ride/drive. The house has everything you could need (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, all the kitchen item you could need, pool floaties, towels, bedding, etc.) Communication with the host was great! We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous! There were 6 of us and it was perfect. Stocked with everything too including spices, and all kinds of basics (laundry supplies, bathroom basics, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) so we didn't have to buy them and throw them away. Loved this place and will be back.

Let me first off start by saying how amazing Ronee was as the host of this VRBO property. She was attentive to our questions prior to our arrival about items we would not need to pack for the trip that were provided for our use while we were there, and it was accommodating and helpful with suggestions. She provides you with a list of local eateries, activities, and shopping. All around as a host, she is the best we have experienced in our years of renting. We have been renting VRBO homes for the last five years within the panhandle, Sea La Vie has been the most beautifully kept home we have had the chance of renting. The house was immaculately clean and felt comfortable and spacious enough for 12 people we had staying there. The weather was not what we had hoped for during our trip, but on those rainy days we were able to sit on top of the balcony and watch the storms roll in, play ping-pong, swim, or play board games that were provided. Speaking of swimming, the pool is perfect. The tanning/relaxing pad allowed for our younger children to enjoy the pool and splash around without needing held. All in all we would rate this property and the host as five full stars. The best vacation ever!!!!

This property is top notch! Beautiful home, incredible pool, tons of amenitites, location is perfect, and owners are awesome. Ronee was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process from booking to answering questions prior to arrival and during our stay including a welcome basket of wine, coffee, chocolate, and so much more. Our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 young adults between the ages of 18 & 22) enjoyed EVERY aspect of this home: gorgeous kitchen with everything you need, plenty of room to spread out, beautiful views from top deck, 5 minute walk to 2 beach accesses, beach chairs & umbrellas, and relaxing (and playing volleyball) in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Our group of 3 families with kids of all ages had an amazing stay at Sea La Vie! Ronee is an awesome hostess who goes well beyond what you would ever expect. Anything you need, you will find already supplied for your stay. Even a thoughtful welcome basket! If you need to contact her for anything, she is so quick to respond. The home is beautiful! The pool area is its own little paradise!
The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 12. The teens loved the sectionals and TVs, and all the kids had fun with the ping pong table.
Two different access points to the beach, but we used the sand path by the dunes. It was a short but scenic walk. After many beach vacations, this has been our favorite property. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

We had the best week. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family with room to spread out and room to gather! Communication with the owner was seamless and graciously allowed for early checkin after a very early morning flight. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at Sea La Vie! There were 4 adults and 3 small children in our party so the house had way more room than we needed. Proximity to the beach and awesome Grayton Beach restaurants is a huge plus. The pool area is like a resort and perfect for any family who have smaller children. Our kids also loved spending time in the teen room during "quiet time" and movie time in the evenings. Ronee was a huge help before and during our stay and always answered texts immediately.

Just left this awesome property! So many amazing things…the large private heated pool with all your pool essentials supplied, the close location to the quiet white sandy beach, restaurants, and shops, the ping pong table and separate teen living room, sunsets from the top balcony, the well stocked house, and the owner’s communication with you throughout your stay to make sure everything was perfect. We’ve stayed at Watercolor the past few years, but this place is now our favorite on 30A. We hope to be back soon!

The media/tv room worked so simply and provided great kid entertainment for rainy days. We loved the nice warm pool with the shallow end for our little one. Everything about this property was better than expected. And our group has very high standards so that is saying a lot! Super clean, beautifully decorated, perfect location. Stocked with all the extras so you ditched have to buy paper towels, laundry detergent etc. We had two families and the space was perfect for us—easy walk to the beach and local restaurants and a 10 minute bike ride into Seaside. Grayton Beach has tons of charm and is the perfect location for biking, hiking and enjoying sunsets on the beach.

Our whole family absolutely loved our stay here! The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 9. Communication with the owner, Ronee, was spot on as well! The house was extremely clean and well stocked with almost anything you'd need (towels, cooking materials, beach gear, washer/dryer/dishwasher detergents, even a thoughtful gift basket!). The pool was much bigger and nicer than expected and the location to the beach was literally a walk around the block. The extra living room/game room really came in handy for our large group, as well as the ping pong room for rainy weather. In the evenings, you can see the sunset from the top porch (which is amazing). A lot of thought and detail was put into this property (even down to the comfortable beds). We really hope we can snag this property in the future, it really made our first trip to 30A/Grayton Beach even better!

No review of this property would be complete without mentioning the owner. Ronee was amazing... Checking in on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. The property had all the amenities, the pool was gorgeous and the home was extremely clean. Its proximity to the beach was just an added bonus. This property by far is the best vrbo home that we ever stayed in. We never had a huge basket of goodies (snacks, coffee, ingredients for a full pasta dinner, and much more) awaiting us. Ronee, the owner, absolutely pampered us beyond our wildest dreams. She even had a bottle of champagne awaiting us to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the birth of our newborn son. Ronee went beyond making sure our stay (from check in to check out) was the most wonderful stay ever.
The property is absolutely stunning! Pictures do not come close to the beauty and the perfect care given to this home. It is extremely clean, tidy and gorgeous. You do not need to buy anything except some groceries. The house is well stocked regarding all toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials. The only thing you need to do is come ready to relax. We cannot rave enough about Sea La Vie and Ronee. We are excited about a future return!

The owner was very helpful and thorough with directions when checking in and out. If you have any needs they are very quick to respond. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We ran into a couple days of rain so it was nice that there was a ping pong table in the screened in porch. I found it very helpful that they provided chairs and a wagon. This was our first trip to Grayton Beach and we loved it! This house is amazing, with lots of space. It was very well stocked with supplies and there was a gift basket with lots of goodies waiting on us. It's also really close to the beach and has a great pool. Our family had the best beach vacation we have had in several years! There were 6 adults and two children (8 and 12). Everyone had plenty of room to relax in different areas of the house. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook large meals. It was lovely to be able for everyone to sit at the same dining table for meals. The pool was definitely a hit! It is beautiful with very nice landscaping and comfortable lounge chairs. The driveway accommodated 3 vehicles and two golf carts without issue. Overall, this house had the best floor plan and amenities for a family that loves to be together and also enjoys a beautifully decorated home! Ronee was very responsive with any questions we had and a great source of information for the area. We hope to stay here again!

We have been coming to 30A for our summer vacations for 11 years and this was our favorite house yet! It was absolutely perfect. Our two families, 4 adults, and 5 children, all had space to spread out. The kids loved the bonus room, especially the two TVs. All of the TVs are Smart TVs, so you can access your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, and even Peloton, which we used to do our daily yoga! The house has a YouTube TV account. Additionally, the house came stocked with essentials, like toilet paper, cleaning wipes, trash bags, laundry soap etc. The kitchen also had all of the items you could think of, which we used to cook fresh seafood from Goatfeather's every night!
The location in Grayton was perfect. The kids rode bikes to the coffee shop and the Grayton General Store every afternoon for treats. It is also just a short bike ride to Watercolor and Seaside. Access to the beach is quick and easy, with just a short walk across the dunes (flat, no stairs). The house and this access point are right next to the state park, which means it was significantly less crowded, than the main beach access in Grayton. No need to rush out at dawn to get a spot. The house provides plenty of new beach chairs, a cart, and an umbrella.
Communication with Ronee was seamless. It was great to connect before our trip, ensuring we had everything we needed, as well as check-in throughout in case anything came up. Ronee also let us know as soon as the house was clean and ready for us to start our vacation.
We really appreciate the opportunity to spend our beach vacation in Sea La Vie. It provided the perfect spot for us to reconnect after a crazy 2020. We will definitely be back!
