About this house rental

Ample room for a large family or 2 family's to share. Extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. Large living areas, 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, media room, 2 large covered outdoor entertaining areas and pool.

Upstairs has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge room and entertaining balcony.

Downstairs is the media room, 4th bedroom, bathroom, separate living area, laundry and garage.

Very easy access to the beach and a short stroll to some of the best restaurants and cafes in Hervey Bay.

This house conveniently located close to the beach met all the requirements for our family get together, with several different living areas very comfortably furnished. The games area and pool only added to our enjoyment of this house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the spacious upstairs deck is great for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is amazing and feels very homely, great for all ages and within walking distance to everything! The host was very friendly and looks after the property well. We had an awesome time.

House was very large with all the necessary equipment. Large yard. Could do with a mirror in bedroom downstairs. Upstairs fridge had a seafood smell. Overall an excellent house for our purposes.

Ample room for large or extended families to stay. Great big kitchen, awesome deck upstairs with views over the water. A bit to cool to use the pool but it looked beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Host communication was excellent. Will definitely be on our radar to visit again.

What a perfect property to stay with family and a friend for our week in Hervey Bay Kent the owner responded to any queries I had in a very timely manner. The property was exceptional and met all of our needs. Our son got married at the property with Kent’s prior consent - it was just perfect. The grandchildren loved the pool too (as did the adults) Will definitely want to book in the future when we visit my son & daughter in law who live in Urangan. Thanks Kent for helping make such happy memories

Firstly the house and location was beautiful. But, we weren't told there was a construction site right next door and getting woken up at 6.30am every day from the noise of machinery was not an ideal holiday choice. Then to go to bed at midnight to find that the bedsheets had brown marks and further more dirty footprints all over not acceptable. The house was tidy i wouldnt say clean. The kitchen didnt have any standard pantry items like oil, salt, etc. There was mouldy nescafe coffee jar in the pantry. The frying pans looked like someone washed them with a big rock severely scratched. Not all burners worked on the stove and not too clean either. Bbq was also dirty. For a house that sleeps 12 there is only an 8 seater dining table inside but there is a high bar seating outside on the front balcony. I have stayed in and looked after a lot of holiday homes and this has been the least popular due to the small things that make a holiday away from home easy. Luckily it is in a great location to buy coffee every morning and eat out every day. The house itself and the location is the only thing going for it.

We enjoyed this lovely home . Close to beach. Home was fully equipped with everything you will need. Plenty of room for multiple families. Kids loved the bunk room and pool. Enjoyed just sitting out on balcony having a coffee, breakfast or a arvo bbq. Would definately rent again.

We stayed for 4 nights for my 60 th birthday The house was a perfect size for family of 12 close to beach walking distance to parks cafes shops lots to do at Hervey Bay or if you just want to relax the pool is perfect for thst Big backyard for kids to kick a footy around Every utensil and equipment in the kitchen you could ever need to use huge bbq too the patio was basically used for every meal Will be back

Loved staying here- great pool, well equipped kitchen, beach across the road. Everything was clean and tidy. Definitely staying here again when in Hervey Bay. Highly recommend!!

The property and location were very good the house was spaclous and easily accomadated 10 of us The beach was a short walk from the house(approx 5 minutes.the pier wasgood for a walk or fish and the shops catered for a wide variety of tastes. Very nice.

This house suited us perfect for a family trip away. Plenty of space for everyone with multiple living areas. Table tennis was a huge hit, as was the pool. Excellent location. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the house. The house felt and looked dirty, even stains on sheets. With a deep clean, the house would be perfect.

Good size house for our family of 10. Disappointed with the overall cleanliness in some areas. Obviously hadn't been occupied for some time. We had to clean outside deck tiles as we all had black feet from walking on them and the tiled area near pool. Bathrooms surfaces needed to be wiped as well as the inside of fridge. Glad they had supplied cleaning products. One of the beds in the bunk room had a stain on sheet and mattress protector which we had to change. After our settling in period we all had a great time.

We were looking for a house to accommodate a group of friends for a weekend away that was close to the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. This house was perfect. There was so much room for everyone, the kitchen is a great size and so well equipped and the large deck upstairs with sea views is beautiful. Having the extra space downstairs with an extra lounge room and the ping pong table was great. The pool and large yard were also fantastic. I highly recommend staying here, we'd definitely stay again.

A perfect place to go with kids, they had an amazing tine with the trampoline (playground is not there anymore, but it wasn't an issue), the double bunk beds room was their favourite, with books, a few toys and an awesome set up.Kent was very friendly and prompt of replying messages and answering questions, definitely we will be back.

Great place with everything you need in a home. Close to beach, shops, cafe's, pubs, clubs. Good backyard for the kids. Garage for the car, room for the boat on the driveway. Pool was a treat - would be great in the warmer months. Will definitely stay here again.... Fantastic!! Nice and easy communication with the owner as well. Thanks again.

The property was perfect for our two families with young children to enjoy. So spacious and well set out, with views of the water from the front deck. The house had everything you could possibly need and more. Walking distance across the road to the beach. Excellent location. We all loved the pool and the kids really enjoyed the bunk room. Thanks Kent for an enjoyable weekend away. We will definitely stay again!

A beautiful place with a beautiful view. Easy access to markets, food & other convenience stores. Great stay but it was not thoroughly cleaned in between guests.

House, pool and yard great for families. Older parents stayed downstairs and other families upstairs. Media room was great. Very clean. Great spot one block from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Kids loved the ping pong and played cricket in the back yard. 3 bathrooms was perfect. Beds comfy. Verandah was just the spot for afternoon nibblies. Ducted air con was handy. 2 fridges held all our food n drink easily. Would love to come again.

Beautiful comfortable spacious house. Very close to beach and short walk to cafes. Pool is great, shaded in the afternoons. Kids bedroom was a big hit with the bunks, games and toys. Even kids crockery, sippy cups and a stool in the upstairs bathroom for little ones. The air con on the hot nights was spot on. Loved sitting in the outdoor areas listening to the beach. Would recommend 👌

this property is better than the photos. We had 2 families stay and had plenty of room for all. Thank you Kent. we all enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. Beds and pillows were all comfortable as well. and we played table tennis a lot.
