Amazing!

From the moment we got to our accommodation to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The reception works 24h, we felt really safe and taken care of. Clean, quite, friendly.. They made a dinner reservation for us one night at a beautiful restaurant and then in the evening we couldn’t get a taxi to make it for dinner so our host offered to give us a ride to the restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make this experience the best one! We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Palma. We cannot wait to go back!

Geweldige herinnering!

Voor een workation van 4 weken in Palma de Mallorca was Terreno studio’s voor ons een geweldige keuze!De bruisende wijken ,Terreno en Santa Catalina ,de prachtige binnenstad, strand en badplaatsen maar ook het heuvelachtige bosgebied op loopafstand. Winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen, variëteit aan restaurants, openbaar vervoer in de stad en op het eiland perfect geregeld!We hebben geen auto nodig gehad en zoveel leuke plekken naar onze keuze kunnen bereiken! In het gebouw en ons volledig ingerichte 3-kamer appartement,ervaarden we een heerlijke kalmte.Bij het zwembad en op het dakterras genoten van de aangename temperatuur en rust.Maar natuurlijk niet te vergeten,de voortreffelijke gastvrijheid van team Terreno Studios!We voelden ons thuis en vooral zeer welkom!Nogmaals dank!

De slaapkamers van het appartement waar wij verbleven liggen aan de straatkant wat met name ‘s nachts en in de vroege morgen stadsgeluiden met zich meebrengt.We wenden eraan, de rest zoals hierboven beschreven maakte alles goed.

Prijs kwaliteit het beste dat we al geboekt hebben in Mallorca

De orde en netheid van de enorm ruime kamers. En het onthaal was echt extreem aangenaam. Zo een vriendelijke mensen. We zijn een gezin met 3 kinderen en vonden deze studio's echt geweldig. We hebben in verschillende verblijven gezeten in Mallorca maar hier komen we zeker terug naartoe

Eigenlijk kunnen we niet meteen iets bedenken maar de kinderen vonden het niet praktisch bijvoorbeeld dat het een ondiep zwembad was (wat normaal is op zich:)) en de garage was heel moeilijk om in en uit te rijden door de smalheid van de straatjes. En neen dat lag niet enkel aan mijn driving skills ;-)

Una estancia de 5 estrellas en todos los sentidos

Excelente la atención al detalle. No es que no faltara nada, es que estaba todo y todo estaba de sobresaliente. Per y Vincent rule the place (una mañana nos atendió una chica pero no me quedé con su nombre, fue muy amable también). La piscina en la 3a planta y el rooftop en la 6a, la guinda en el pastel.

Clean, modern, well-equipped apartment in a great location with welcoming and efficient staff. Shops and cafes nearby. Easy to get on the bus or taxi to go into central Palma, or Porto Pi and on to Portals and Palma Nova.

Some construction work was being carried out (at August 2023) on the main road Av. de Gabriel Roca next to the Port, which did not impact the venue at all, but limited access to some bars next to the sea front. Plenty of other places to go however!

Amazing stay in a well equipped, spotlessly clean apartment! We had the best time!

We travelled with a 6 year old and 2 year old. The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Cot with bedding provided. Highchair also provided. Pool was clean and the children loved it. 5 minute taxi ride into the main heart of the city. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful! Such a brilliant place to stay! Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful apartment with amazing pool area

Beautiful apartment. Very trendy, spacious and well designed. The pool area was amazing especially if travelling with young children as it’s very shallow (3 year old could touch the bottom at all depths). Staff were very accommodating and happy to help with any request. We had a fabulous time. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful and spacious accommodation with the best customer service.

This property was beautiful, but the most memorable will be the service. We felt at home and so welcome from the moment we walked in. The owner needs to run workshops on how service should be.

The location could have been better, but the service would make us stay there again versus choosing other locations we passed up.

Immaculate apartment, beautifully furnished, staff could not do more for us and we’re super friendly.

A little far from the old town (about 30 min walk) but the property was worth it, still very close to the harbour and plenty of bar and restaurants near by

Beautiful clean and modern apartments, in a great but quiet location.

They absolutely great apartments - lived up to the excellent reviews. So clean and modern, and kept clean throughout our stay, which was a huge bonus when travelling with a toddler! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything we needed for our toddler was ready and waiting when we got there - baby bath, high chair, cot, comfy cot mattress and bedding. The kitchen was fantastic, with everything we needed for preparing food for our toddler, we all had breakfast every day, and we cooked two meals on two of the evenings we stayed. The bedroom was super comfy and the bathroom was lovely, with a great shower. The rooftop pool was an added bonus, and great for a little splash for our little girl. And a great sun trap for sunbathing! The location suited us perfectly, just a short bus ride either one way into Palma old town (10-15mins) or to the beach the other way (10-15mins) and the bus stop was only a minute walk from the apartments! There were also shops nearby for groceries and nappies etc. We also had a lovely coffee and croissants from the bar (Bellver) just up the street by the bus stop. All in all a great stay, and we will definitely stay again when we next come to Palma!

Perfect place for a happy stress-free holiday.

Spacious apartment, really comfortable bed. Lovely roof terrace with view of the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for restaurants - not too touristy- but with Palma or the best beach just 15 mins away on the No 4 bus.

Totally overpriced and not worth the money

Central location, pleasant host, very warm welcome

First of all, it is like sleeping on the street. There is absolutely NO isolation in the room. There are no proper door, balcony door or windows that can actually be closed. Every sound from the street and from the neighbors - you will hear it. For us it was impossible to sleep. Rooms definitely need renovation - there are dirty stains on walls and doors. Also toilette seat has seen better days. Refrigerator was useless - seems like something got rotten there, impossible to use due to the bad smell. Dirty pool towels. Renovation of the pool started on Saturday morning - banging and drilling is definitely the first thing you want to hear early morning on your vacation. Also no possibility to use the pool due to renovation. WiFi with bad signal.
