Very good, renovated hotel in very good location in Palma, Mallorca

The hotel is very good. You can understand that it is recently renovated. Especially, the bathroom is exceptional, also the new decoration in the room as well as the bed. It also has a nice terrace you can relax (and smoke, if you are a smoker). The location is also decent, not far from the old town but also close to several bus stations. Surely recommended to anyone wants to visit Palma.

Breakfast was good, but it could have been slightly better, for example eggs were missing.

Abelux if cheaper would really be worth it.

First day check-in person was really kind & helpful. My friend was unhappy with the cleaning & next day the cleaning lady fixed it. We needed 2 glasses with ice & he immediately arranged. Next day we could checkout 1hr later💃They even called a cab when we requested them🙏

Second day staff, the man there was weird. Breakfast is really sad & even that is gaurded😬 One man wanted to take one pastry with him & he was shouted at😅 I even skipped one breakfast! Also open till 10 only. Like who on vacation wants that! Way too expensive stay for what we really got!

The property is clean, rooms are decent for a short stay. Front desk staff are very nice.

Superb

Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. There was always someone at the reception. They provided us with everything we asked for. Really helpful and kind. Value for money. I would definitely want to go back there.

The window in the bathroom opened to nothing, it had no net so insects could have come inside also the a/c unit on the ceiling. Also if the hotel offered parking slots for it's customers it would have been really helpful.

Fine for one night

Good location, friendly staff.

You can't open the windows and when it's not that hot outside and the air conditioning is too strong it can feel a bit stuffy and claustrophobic.

Highly recommended. Will stay again!

Central location; easy to walk around; several options for restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area. Check in was easy and good. Staff were nice and professional. Room was neat and spacious. I was able to store my luggage for some hours after check-out. Reception area is very comfortable. Overall good stay. Highly recommended!

Convenient walk to centre of Palma. Not much else to recommend it.

Beds were not very comfortable. Too basic and not value for money. Breakfast poor.

Thin walls can deprive you of proper sleep

- The staff was very friendly and flexibly supported us with a new digital room card when we lost the original one. They did not charge us any money for it. - The beds were comfortable.

- The breakfast did not offer a lot for 6 EUR. - We requested a double bed, but got 2 separate beds. This is disappointing for a couple. - The walls are very thin and we had very noisy neighbours who returned to the hotel at 3 am and disturbed us with their own party until 5 am. We could hear everything through the walls. Therefore, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Very clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, simple but nice breakfast. Good for 1-2 nights stay.

There was no ceiling hood in the bathroom.
