Nice set of rural apartments, clean and comfortable.

The apartments are well appointed and clean, for two people they are very comfortable. It's more of a push for three or more. There is a folding bed which is good, but regulations need invasive exit signs which can be a distraction in the kitchen living room area. The toilet and show are good, plenty of water from the shower head. Parking is directly in front of the apartment. Sound insulation is good and the buildings are warm and dry.

The location, on a farm, is hard to find especially in the dark. It would help to have better lighting at the gate. There is track lighting into the property, but it's rather slow to start. Due to the problems with the local bridge over the M4 the access road is now a busy rat run at peak times. However the property is positioned so you can get access to Yate and North Bristol relatively quickly.

Excellent host. Top location. Spacious and well appointed.

Really spacious and finished with modern fixtures and fittings. Very nice countryside around, particularly is you fancy a run. Good location for work and getting on the M4.

Modern and well appointed rooms, nice shower, good kitchen. Parking is good. Beds are comfortable and the folding bed is easy to open.

Emergency exit signs are highly disturbing for sleepers in the lounge area. It would be best if they were only on when a fire alarm sounds. Some noise from M4.

Well located comfortable cottage for visiting Bristol area but no view or nice outside space.

Good facilities. Easy to find. Nice welcome biscuits and drinks. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

No view. Website pictures misleading. Emergency exit lighting made it very difficult for person sleeping on sofa bed to sleep.

Amazing cottage , warm , everything you could want equipment wise . Great location for getting about to Bath , Bristol Clifton . Owner friendly good communication. Will definitely stay again .

Loved the cottage, it was incredibly clean spacious and comfortable. Incredibly great value for a very luxurious and comfortable place to stay in a great location.

The only complaint we had was that there was not a shower chair for the wet room, so my disabled partner struggled to use the shower. Also there were some issues with the WiFi on the first day which were later resolved.

Everything was amazing. all bedding and linen was provided which is so helpful. Lovely to have tea , coffee and a pint of milk when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable. would 100% stay here again.

Was exactly as expected. Great wifi, much to my daughter's relief. Every clean. Well lit. Nice quite location, but too far from Bristol and Bath. Owners couldn't be more helpful.

The only thing I can say is that I needed a scourer to clean the grill pan.😆

Very good

Location was good for accessing work sites. Also nice for a run in the morning. Quiet roads. Overall very quiet, no disturbances. Lots of space in the cottage/apartment. Much better than being stuck in a hotel room.

Some issues with accessing the WiFi. The network listed in the information folder wasn't the same as the one in the networks list on devices. Access was intermittent at best.

The location was perfect for our purposes and we enjoyed this peaceful retreat. Great to come back to after sightseeing

Very comfortable beds. Impeccably clean. Comfortable lounge. Well-equipped kitchen. Loved meeting Arlo (charming dog), so pleased he came to visit. Quiet, country location.

Initially difficult to find. No hair dryer. A couple of hooks in the bathroom would be quite useful.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious.

The property was spacious, the parking was in front of the cottage so very handy. The host thoughtfully provided tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water and biscuits. The kitchen had everything we needed,.

It would be very handy if the fridge had a freezer, only noticed this really because it was very hot while we were there, and we would have loved to buy and store some ice cream.
