We enjoyed our stay at the condo overall. It was clean and as described. The pool at the complex was closed which was a bummer for our 7 year old and part of the reason we booked this condo. Additionally there were not games in the house (listed in the description of the house), they could have been elsewhere at the complex but they were not in the condo if you expect them. It’s close to Main Street and convenient for walking/shopping/eating.

The property was as advertised. It was a nice end unit which allowed for tons of windows and beautiful views. Location allowed us to walk where ever we wanted in Frisco. The unit was clean ans exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Loved it! Lots of stairs so if you aren’t used to the altitude and going up stairs you may want to train a bit before coming! having multiple table options was perfect - the round table was set up for cards and board games; the coffee table had the puzzles; dining table for meals and the bistro table for morning coffee (the two chairs on the top floor were also perfect for sunrise coffee).
Took some figuring out how to fit vehicle in the garage (Chrysler Pacifica) but it worked. Walking distance to everything you need - coffeeshops, trails, rentals, Crossfit gym, downtown, etc. Quick drive to Safeway, Walmart and fast food. Great place to stay - looking at a future date to return with friends to this condo!

We loved our stay in Frisco. The location was wonderful. Right on Main Street but still had some natural views. I absolutely loved meditating in the sunlit room upstairs. Kitchen was wonderful as well. Great for a large group. The steps were a challenge . If there is health or mobility issues, this may not be the best fit. We will be back.

This our second stay and we absolutely loved it! The views are fantastic and pictures don't do it justice - we loved morning coffee on the top floor looking at the lake and meals overlooking the mountains. The location is great - just off main street and having a garage is such a nice treat.
Perfect for multi-family stays as there are so many beds and bathrooms along with everything you could need in the well stocked kitchen. We will absolutely be back!!

This property was great for our family. Plenty of space and the upstairs sitting area was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The pool is very small but warm so our boys enjoyed it. There were a couple of minor issues with windows and doors not locking and the freezer doesn't seem to seal properly. Overall it was very nice and we would definitely return.

Beautiful Property in Amazing Location, cleaning and maintenance are lacking
As mentioned, this is an amazing property with one of the best views/locations in Frisco. We stayed here in 2008 which is why we came back. However, since that time the maintenance and cleaning have gone awry. The master bedroom shower knob was broken (as noted in another review), the master bedroom doors don't stay closed, the sheets on a few beds were dirty/stained, the floor in the kitchen was visually clean but had not seen a mop in months. We spilled a water bottle on the kitchen floor and when we cleaned it up with a paper towel it was black (which also explains why everyone's socks were dirty). The door in the guest bedroom shower was very difficult to open/close. Also as noted by others, the WiFi is messed up. Overall the property is awesome but the upkeep would keep us away in the future.

Great location!
The property was beautiful and very clean! It was an excellent location for skiing at nearby resorts as well as a quick walk to the adorable Main Street. Great kitchen for preparing meals. We could have used a couple more dish towels. We could not connect to the internet the entire trip and did not have quick response times with the management. One of the shower head in the upstairs bathroom was not working. The beds were very comfy, but it seemed like they were heated, which was a little much at night. There was a nearby jacuzzi pool which was welcome after a day of skiing. The kids loved the “attic” nook which was so relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out in the home. Thanks for letting us share your beautiful home!

Great spot for our family
Great stay over thanksgiving. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and have privacy, with a wonderful kitchen and living space for us all to be together. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make a big thanksgiving meal. The beds were comfortable, the entire place was sparkling clean and a great location right on main street Frisco, walkable to all the restaurants and shops it has to offer and a very short drive to larger grocery stores by the freeway. Highly recommended.

Will not return
I would love to say great things about this property but from the beginning when I called prior to our stay to find out more info the gal could seem to careless about helping answer any of my questions and with a direct attitude, to the time we arrived and seen how dirty the place was was ridiculous. Dishes were put away dirty, sofa beds had old sheets crumpled up and crumbs and dirt all over, dryer did not work adequately, the photos of the place was not what we walked into (aside from the cleanliness) balcony doors do not lock, and the deck gets extremely icy so a notice of such would have been sufficient enough to warn guests who step out after check in when it’s dark and no snow around to indicate one would fly into the air on their backs and hit their head. I’m glad my grandmother did not step out before me! I have stayed at plenty of homes and Resorts and would have to say this was our worst one. I understand the cleaning fees are pricey due to Covid-19 but there is clearly no cleaning that took place here before we arrived.

we had a little family union with our son who lives in Denver. Rented boat on Dillon reservoir, ATV, hiking. Great house to relax and spread out. Played cards outdoors on deck. Perfect house.

Frisco Home
The property was beautiful and the location ideal . There was plenty of room for all our family. My husband and I are seniors and the walk up the many flights of stairs to the master bedroom, combined with the high altitude made it challenging. We had difficulties with the WIFI. Property managers were responsive and helpful in getting it going but it did take time before we were able to use it and then it stopped working again. Overall we enjoyed the spacious and well equipped home.

Beautiful condo in Frisco
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a long weekend. We knew in advance, because of the location in town, that the views would be stunning, the easy walking distance to downtown convenient, and the area a bit noisy with traffic if windows and doors were open. The outdoor areas, in addition to the interior, were lovely.
Because the condo is right on a small park we were able to enjoy a meal outside on a park picnic table while social distancing. Frisco is doing a good job of requiring safe practices during the Covid 19 outbreak. This is definitely a home we would enjoy returning to with family members. We loved the private top floor with master suite and found that the 2 family bedrooms were wonderful spaces for parents and children.

What a gem!
Wonderful location, well-equipped and beautiful home. These owners have set up this place with everything you can possibly want - we had 8 people in our group and had more than enough room. The views of the lake and mountain are incredible and location could not be more perfect. We loved our stay and will be back again!

Guys Ski Trip
We had a great time in Frisco! Perfectly centrally located between 3 epic ski resorts. Away from the mayhem and outrageous prices associated with staying on a resort. This condo made for a great base camp during our trip. It was incredibly spacious for 6 guys. Felt just like being at home. It was nice being able to sit back and relax after a long day in the mountains. 5/5

Majestic views!
This place has the best views in the summit country. It superseded our expectations. The interior furnishings are just perfect, the beds were very comfortable. The attached garage is specious and convenient to walk up directly into your condo. The location is perfect to drive in and walking distance to the Main Street down town shopping and dining. Directly across from Lake Dillon to all water activities. The trails are outside your door to bike or walking with exceptional views. My family absolutely loved it! Lord willing we plan on returning with more family. Looking forward to building more family fun memories. Thank you!!

Great location and great house!
This location is great for those who want to stay out of the madness of Breckinridge but still be close by! Right off of a main road with easy access to Breck, Keystone, and grocery stores! More than enough room for our part of 10! Lots of stairs and being from Texas we got winded hitting the second floor! But the large amount of windows gave incredible views! Love the heated floors!

Beautiful 4-level unit near major ski resorts
Fantastic place to stay with multiple families. Frisco was very convenient for accessing the nearby ski resorts but had cost-efficient rentals and groceries nearby. The rooms are themed, and the entire unit had a lot of character. We really enjoyed the back view of the mountains and the front view of the town's Christmas trees. My large party enjoyed preparing food at the multiple kitchen sinks and island. The electric griddle was convenient (though loose connection sometimes). Though we didn't utilize their spice rack, the unit had many basic spices though maybe not oil and such. The community's heated pool and very basic gymming facilities (the cardio machines didn't turn on) are a short walk away from unit and accessible by keys (in the kitchen). After the initial supply of toiletries, you have to refill on your own if you have a long stay. Otherwise, a couple nights with the initial supply would have been great! The dishwasher doesn't work very well (I hope they fix it), but my party cleaned the dishes by hand for the entire trip. The wifi also had issues on the first day, but the management was very responsive and came to fix our wifi as soon as possible. Overall grateful for this listing and would stay here again.

Nice Mountain property and great location
There was plenty of room for our entire group and the location is perfect. Note this is a townhouse, which means stairs, not a problem for our group, but note the bottom room has a bathroom which could be a benefit for those having issues with stairs. We were pleased with fresh snow during our stay and the views were incredible. It was a extra nice benefit having a garage as well.

Really like the place and location. WiFi did not work and message to Molly through VRBO not responded to. Had to purchase dust pan and dish towels. Garage door opener did not work. Would come again but would suggest taking care of these items.
