Our family had a great visit to Frisco for 2 nights. Lisa our host was welcoming and her home was very nice. We were able to sleep 8 of us very comfortably and enjoyed the town including the local coffee shops, restaurants,
and shopping. It was only a few minutes walk to everything we needed. We only had a 10-15 minute drive to one of the local ski areas too (Copper Mountain). We hope to visit again and would highly recommend this property…

The house was very spacious and conveniently located. There is an upstairs loft for kids and plenty of room for adults. There is even a garage to park in. Located close to copper mountain and walking distance to downtown frisco for anyone not skiing.

Great home for a ski trip. Short drive to all the larger Colorado resorts. Short walk to downtown Frisco for dining or shopping. House is very well equipped with everything one needs. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook any meal. The property manager was great and was easy to communicate with before and during our visit.

Great home for a family
This house is just as pictured. All the beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. The floor plan is nice for a larger family or two to share. Games and movies too! Overall we felt this was a very nice house. Our only complaint would be the location. The location is close to everything (very short walk to main, hiking/biking trails and short drive to everything else). Our only complaint is noise due to location. With all the windows open to cool the house in the summer we heard a lot of street noise from nearby construction.

Perfect Frisco house
We have rented a lot of homes in a lot of places and this is by far one of my favorites. The house is a perfect location, perfect size and perfectly stocked. We had no problems and Lisa was overly accommodating for our early arrival. Will definitely be booking again!

We stayed 3 nights here. Home is in great location with everything nearby. It’s a clean, beautiful home with pretty views. Slightly tight fit but we were Able to park 2 minivans in the garage after folding in the side view mirrors. Would consider staying here again.

This condo is clean and well kept. The location is great; walking distance to great restaurants. We had family in Breckenridge & Silverthorne so it was great being in the middle. Kitchen is well stocked.

This house was perfect for our family. Upstairs was perfect for all the kids and the main floor was just what the family needed to all gather together. Lisa was exceptional in ensuring our stay went well and extremely responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Definitely very convenient to the downtown Frisco area. The house was clean and well laid out, although if you have any aversion to stairs this wouldn't be for you as it is 3 stories. The range is a bit tricky but we got it figured out! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Frisco Getaway

Amazing Girls' Weekend
This property was perfect for our girls' weekend. The location was about a block from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house was impeccably decorated and incredibly clean. (We all commented on how clean the rooms, kitchen, and baths were.) The luxury mattresses, bedding, and state-of-the-art security system ensured we all slept well! We will absolutely attempt to stay in this house in the future!

Immaculate, comfortable, well appointed property in prime location. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend with our children and grandson. Very well managed and maintained with really nice amenities. Being able to walk to main st is a huge plus. The double garage was a big bonus when the snow kept piling up! We had 4 in our group but this property could easily sleep twice that, very comfy and spacious. This is a real gem ! Property manager was extremely courteous and communicated check in details well in advance. Will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful home! One block off Main St.!
Outstanding location! Just one block off Main Street right in the center of town. The home was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities you would ever want. It was well stocked for cooking with even some spices left for our use. The layout was well configured and the beds were all very comfortable. Our two families of 4 and grandma enjoyed the large selection of games available. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Our rental in Frisco was in a wonderful location, very close to downtown stores and restaurants.
The unit was roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner went out of her way to help us plan activities and restaurants.

Great location to main street and marina.
This was a great house. Only thing I would mention is the long staircase to the main kitchen and living area for those that have a challenge with stairs. Also, small outdoor balcony overlooking back of restaurants and parking lot not the best, but maybe the price reflects that. A beautiful views from the main living space with lots of light and windows. Nice high end appliances. Clean, comfortable master bedroom (which could have used a sitting chair). I would recommend this house.

Family ski retreat
We had a wonderful Spring ski week with our family - and this beautiful home was perfect for us! So convenient to Vail, Breckenridge, Copper and just a block off Main Street. And fantastic mountain views from the open kitchen/dining/living area. We hope to return next year!

We had two families staying here every weekend in February for skiing- we had a blast and loved this house! So convenient to walk to Main Street for dinner and lots of room for the kids to hang out. Plus loved being able to bring our pup to join us. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Clean, Comfortable & well appointed
We stayed at the house for a long weekend in the fall. We had two kids (4 & 1), and 5 adults (2 couples, 1 single). There was plenty of room and we liked that the bedrooms were spread out (kid bedroom on top floor with a great play loft, master on main level, and two additional on lower level). It could easily sleep 10.
The kitchen and living space had plenty of room for all of us to watch a movie, and the furniture was soft and comfortable, which was perfect for a cruising baby. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! The keyless entry made coming and going easy, and felt very safe.
We really appreciated how kid (and dog) friendly the house was! The upstairs loft and bedroom was a great place for the kids to play and had plenty of space to set up a pack’n’play. There were some kid and dog toys, and lots of family friendly DVDs. The carpets and furniture were clean and free from any dog smell. My one recommendation would be to bring baby gates if you have a toddler because there are two stairs.
When we arrived at the property, the fridge wasn’t cooling (a power outage had kicked it into demo mode). I contacted management via text and heard back within a few minutes. An appliance repair company had it up and running within a few hours. The manager and owners were helpful and responsive.
The location was awesome! Only about a block to Main Street, which has shopping and restaurants. Also, Frisco has a great network of trails, and we were able to walk to them in about 5 minutes. We even saw a family of moose next to the trail one day! During ski season, you could easily get to Keystone, Breckenridge, A Basin, Vail and Copper with only a short drive. We would love to stay at this property again!
