About this apartment rental
My Beautiful 1400 Sq feet place with 3 bedrooms ( the 3 rd bedroom is walk trough) and two full bathrooms is located on a quiet street with the comfort of new furniture, Free WI-FI and Cable TV. You will immediately feel at home. It comes with Two Parking Spaces and brand new Fujitsu Cooling and Heating System for each room. It's a nice and cozy house on the second floor for each member of your family. The furniture was fully updated in july 2017. Relax and Enjoy :)
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
We are dogs friendly properties and unfortunately cats are not aloud because of some guests with severe allergies.

Great place

This second and third floor rental should be restricted to healthy young adults. Steep narrow steps can be hazardous for elderly or other visitors lacking excellent strength and balance.
A very soft sagging bed on the third floor exacerbated my back trouble (sciatica), although the owner says that slats were out of position and have since been fixed. She also says that the second floor bed has a relatively new and expensive frame and mattress, so if only one bed is needed, the sagging third floor mattress should not be a concern.
Otherwise, most aspects of this rental are good or at least ok. It's all clean, we saw no bugs, and appliances all work, except for a washer and dryer on the third floor that may have been repaired after our visit. Another washer and dryer on the second floor worked fine.
It was very difficult to find the property on our first arrival, after dark, even with Google Maps. By now the owner may have provided lighting for the address numbers.
Communication with the owner was fine except for a 24 hour lapse over a holiday.
We visited in late November and found the heat good after the first few days. We had to decipher six thermostats and replace batteries on the crucial one on the third floor. During the heating season, all covered wall switches must be left in the ON position, and remote controls in wall brackets must all be set to HEAT (or HEAT MIN). If baseboard heating doesn't come on, check thermostat batteries.

Semi exclusive stay not far from the university
This was a great family Christmas get away. The kitchen had everything you needed. The washer and dryer were amazing easy to pop a load in and be ready for the next adventure.
This property was just chalk full of little touches. Art on the wall and just homey aspects. It did not feel like someone else's home but that of a nice inviting hotel but larger. The baloncy was a great addition that made the property seem larger. 2 full baths are great for families so someone is not hogging them for showers or whatever.
Overall it was just a splendid stay. The host was very responsive to texts or any minor questions. Come try out this property it lived up to the hype and luxury price point.

What a lovely condo to stay in for a long weekend! Natalia was very responsive and communicated with us both at check-in and check-out to ensure a seamless start and finish to our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the bright and sunny condo! Thank you.

Excellent location and great condo.

Cozy & comfortable Thanksgiving week
Felt right at home in this well-appointed property. The beautiful light streaming through the spaces in the morning set the tone for each day. Experienced both the colorful leaves of autumn and winter snow flurries...a treat for us from San Francisco! Very warm, hospitable & responsive host. Hope to come back again!

Family Reunion
We needed a place to meet new found family and this was the perfect place. It was very comfortable, has a nice kitchen and very large dining table. We had a great day and the owners were fabulous. They provided a lot of information about the area.

Great Princeton apartment
We needed a place to stay for a family wedding and This place was perfect! Everything we needed, quiet neighborhood, and even on foot only twenty minute walk to great bakery & market, thirty mInute walk to downtown/ Princeton University. Would stay again...😊

This is the second time our family staying at this house, which means we liked the house so re-visted this place. It's like our second house-the location, facilities, comfort, but most of all, the owner!! The owner resonses within 5 min. and tries to help the things that we needed right away. AC works very well (this is very important because weather in princeton is really hot) and laundry works good as well. You can even walk to princeton shopping center and palmer square. After staying two weeks in here, we moved to the owner's another house. I trust Natalia and her husband and if I come back to princeton sometime, I will definately stay at thier house. Thank you so much Natalia and those people who are looking for house in Princeton, you should stay at here or other houses owned by them! Count on me^^

Perfect stay for wedding week
Our son was getting married in the Princeton area. With many events over the course of a week, our immediate family wanted a place we could relax between events and get ready without stepping over each other. Natalia's two floor condo was perfect. Comfortable gathering space with large table for meals, open to the living room, and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy, with plenty of closet and drawer storage - and comfortable beds! We enjoyed the patio terrace and leafy view out windows. The walk into Princeton was pleasant. The location was great for us - close to shops and services for last minute errands and the neighborhood very peaceful to return to each evening. It was a perfect choice for a busy festive week!

Natalia is the absolute best. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. We arrived a day early and she worked everything out so we could have a beautiful place to stay. The house was beautiful in a nice section of town. Very clean. Could not asked for anything better. Natalia checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.Thank you so much Natalia!! Priceless Princeton Vacay Home
This top floor condo is a wonderful location especially in the fall since it is surrounded by trees which are seen via all of the huge windows in the unit! The condo was spacious and decorated like a model home. It was super clean and the beds were very comfy with quality linens! The kitchen is modern and has all of the dishes and extras for fine dining in the unit! The owners were very hospitable and available for help if needed. They offered superb recommendations for fine dining! I will definitely rent this one again when in Princeton!

The size of house was good and all the rooms had good A/C and lots of bed sheets and blankets, towels, laundry detergent, dishes, shampoos and conditions and body wash,........
and the owners prepared almost everything that guests needed.
Neighborhood was very nice, quite, and safe.
Overall, I loved it!
Just book this house, you won't be disappointed.
If I have a chance to go back to Princeton, I will definitely stay at this house again.

5 min drive, perfect location, great apt
The owners have two units available. We stayed on the second floor. It is important to note that the second floor unit is actually a cute duplex with the second bedroom and bathroom one more flight up. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a lot of natural light and only a 5 min drive to campus. The owner is very responsive to any issues. I would definitely stay with them again.

Really nice to have a well stocked kitchen with utensils and kitchen tools, pans, etc. Lots of windows. A great table to visit around and comfortable beds. Loved the layout. A nice part of town, close to groceries and yoga. thank you!
